2 stalls plus a handicap stall. 1st stall out of order for month+ 2nd stall cannot lock, for years. Lady's restroom is a disaster, no locking stalls, no water in one sink, No soap at times. Paper products not in stall, floors dirty, stained.
Referred to store managers many times over last 2 years, no results!
Desired outcome: Repair & update so useable!Fix 1st stall so not out of order Repair door lock 2nd stall, fix sink so water works, CLEAN!

On 9/12 requested for a Prescription medicine refill # [protected] and confirmed pick up after 2.00pm but when on 9/13 11.45 am went to store 8011 for pickup was told that medicine is not available and have to oder which might take 3/4 days or can collect at any other Kroger Pharmacy when asked for Prescription copy was told by Pharmist Lady no need everything is on line, when went to Kroger store at 1464 the Pharmist girl said they don"t have any record after half hour waiting ultimately I called for Store Mgr whose name tag was KHALED whose attitude was nothing but insulting pointing out that he cannot interefre in Pharmacy issues was WALKED AWAY.

incorrect medication given & another script wrong amount
Date 9/9/2022. It was after 2pm. Went to Kroger Pharmacy on 13 mile & Little Mack in Michigan. The phone # for the Krogers is [protected]. My Husband went to pick up his script for D3, when he paid & got the script, he looked at it, as he always does & it was completely the wrong product & amount. Most of the people they have hired cannot speak or understand much English, so he asked for the pharmacist, disgusted she came to the drive through window, my husband told her that what he was given was the wrong D3 & it was 30 days given, he gets 90 days. She started arguing with him, he asked her to just please check the computer, after she checked it she asked for the script she had given him back, that it was in fact the wrong D3. I know that there isnt much of a chance of anything happening to my husband if he had Taking the wrong D3, thats not the issue. What if it had been something that could interact with his other meds. My husband is a stage 4 cancer patient and is in an experimental cancer program at Karmanos Cancer Center. This is not the only problem we have had, this is just the most serious. This could have been a deadly mistake.
Desired outcome: I know it is very difficult at this time to get people to work. In the case of medications being dispensed, There has to be competent people doing this job. The Pharmacist & staff are not.

Last Friday evening I was shopping in the Shelbyville, IN store. The date was 09/02/22. I get to the front of the store to check out and all they have open are 3 self-checkout lanes. I am 59 years old, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, my grocery cart is over flowing. I asked an employee to ring up my groceries. His words were " I can't you have to do it". I asked to see the manager A young lady walked up and asked me what the problem was, and I asked her to ring up my groceries, and again was told NO. I wanted was an employee to check out my groceries. I look up and see 4 employees all standing in front of the time clock, and one of the women snickered at me and shrugged her shoulders, as I have to check my self out.
Desired outcome: Please do a better job at teaching these young employees the correct way of Customer Service and how to respect their elders. I will now have to drive to a different town and find a different store.

I have been trying to reach the Kroger store at 4915 Dixie highway Louisville, Ky 40216 for 3 (three) days to inquire about a product availability. EVERY time I attempt to call this store, the phone is busy at all times. Is it Kroger's policy to ignore customers? I am trying to determine a specific brand and product's availability. On Saturday September 3 I opened 3 pork butts that I had gotten earlier in the week on sale for .97 a pound, and they were rotten. The smell was horrible and reeked of rotten eggs. I loaded them up and returned them to the store. The gentleman at the desk called for a manager and a lady named Roxanne came and was assisting us. I requested for replacement pork at the same price I purchased them and was refused. Roxanne even told me that I was need to leave the store with the rotten meat and come back another day to speak with a manger about a replacement. I refused to take the meat back home and suggested she could if she would like. As it seemed I was getting absolutely nowhere with Roxanne who wasn’t even a manager but someone who felt the need to assert herself in the situation, I accepted a $20 gift card just so I wouldn’t have to leave the store with the rotten meat. I simply feel like nothing was resolved in the matter as now I am out of 3 pork butts that was going to be used for a big dinner the next day and a lousy $20 gift card that wouldn’t have even bought 1 pork butt.

Hello today I went to my neighborhood Kroger to get information about donations. I waited for a manager to have a couple seconds of his time after all I just spent $108.00 at the location. He was an African American who did not introduce himself but had on a plaid blue & white shirt. he basically took my donation letter out of my hand with no interactions with me and said we base donations on who we want to give them to. We'll that was a horrible thing to say to one of your loyal customers for over 28 years. 18 of them coming to that exact store. I was trying to ask him if the store could donate 3 bags of candy or some drinks. which would have cost about $40.00. I went to Kroger to buy groceries and a case of beer. My wife was with me and even though I unloaded everything on the belt and she had no part of buying or loading/ unloading the groceries. My wife CLEARLY looks way over 21 and the cashier asked for BOTH of our I.Ds. my wife did not have her I.D on her since I was the one driving. They refused to sell me the Alcohol. I wish I would have just walked out of the store and left all the groceries behind because this "policy" is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I will not be shopping at Kroger anymore. I have a 13 yr old daughter. So if my daughter is with me, they aren't going to sell it to me? Kroger needs to get their [censored] together. What a garbage store. I'll be taking my business to Meijer from now on.

Employee tim racial profiled me for the last time

My name is April. I am reaching out to you regarding a racial issue I have experienced 4 times in the same store.The store is Krogers located at 8960 Main street Reynoldsburg, OH Last summer there was a white male following my children around the store calling them black [censored]. I couldn't believe it I watched him for a few minutes I became very upset the kroger employees stopped me from arguing with the man and then another male walked up and said he did the same to me he followed me from isle to isle doing this. The store manager at the time a black female took the complaint. Kroger has an employee there that wishes to humiliate and embarrass colored people. I'm not sure what his issue is but yesterday was the last day for him to treat me like that as I had been treated unfairly by him before.
A few months ago I went into this Krogers and the same employee Tim accused me of not paying for pads. I had him pull up the digital receipt and it was listed as feminine product, I then. stated to Tim there goes the product right there and it clearly says feminine product. I got my things left the store. Then I go back to the same Krogers, this is my local grocery store by the way, on this day I had stuff at the bottom of my cart he comes over to my cart start movings things around saying owe you still have stuff at the bottom meanwhile i'm still pulling things from my basket in side he all down at the bottom around my cart and starts scanning stuff from the bot
tom of the cart, I said excuse me if I need help I can ask it looks like other people in here need help I don't he then says well are you getting the mugs, why are you policing my cart hanging over me. At this point I have had enough of his behavior.
I went into the store on 8/28/2022 around 10:00 and I checked out about 10:53 am. I rang up a plastic container I thought was a sandwich box. I ask for someone to come remove the item. Tim comes over starts going thru the cameras saying I didn't pay for the fruit snacks now mind you I called for assistance to remove and Item, he continue to refuse to remove what I asked to be removed calls his manager dan who comes right over and immediately says you didn't scan one I said no I scanned both attached the video as you can see on the video I was able to prove the items was paid for in the video you will see me turn my car to another white male in the store telling me I should shut the hell up. I was in the store with my children at the time.
As I was leaving, another family stopped me and stated that they were glad that I had done this because they have filed complaints before on Tim because he treats them the same thing when they would come in the store before their complaint was filed. Mesha is her name and she shared her contact information with me because she wanted to provide me with the complaint department information she has filed a complaint with regarding the same issue.So here is another person who I don't even know able to identify that this employee wishes to humiliate and embarrass black people any chance he get.
Black people should not have to be racial profiled when grocery shopping. Today 930 A police came to my door stating I can no longer go to Krogers because they were notified that I came to Krogers and started a disturbance. Grocery shopping is not a disturbance as you see from the video. That's all I was doing shopping and paying for my items. So now you lie to the police to have me banned from Krogers after I can prove unfair treatment. Ohio has no integrity from what I have experienced here. I showed the cop the video that I attached allowing him to see what really happened in the grocery store and I'm still told if I go there I'm going to jail, to jail over a lie.
I work everyday and take care of my children. I moved here from NY 18 months ago and the treatment I receive from the white people here is not only unfair but humiliating and distasteful. I work a good job paying taxes finishing my law degree at Cincinnati State, a functional member of society. I need someone to point me in the right direction with my complaint. are you able to assist me or direct me going forward.

For months and months people are wrapped around the back of Kroger building waiting in line for their prescriptions. Why is it that the second drive up we are told is broke! Why can’t Kroger get it in operation for their thousands of customers? I had a dr call in a prescription yesterday and I’m here to pick it up wrapped around the back in line and decides to call and wks you believe my medicine she said would be 30 min to 1 hr ! I told her I would be in line longer than that and to get it ready! 😡😡

Huge price increase
We have used Benecol margarines for well over 15 years. We've referred the margarine to many business associates family. I was literally SHOCKED to see the HUGE price increase on Benecol margarines from $4.59 to $6.49. Literally a $2.00 increase! Are you kidding me?! This is greed & insanity! Not a 30 or 50 cent increase, but $2.00! Many of my friends & family have all complained about this huge increase & are already starting to purchase other lower priced margarines. We don't know if it's Benecol that we have to thank or Kroger for this huge increase but none of us are very happy about it & I too will be switichng to another margarine. Tha't s RIDICULOUS!

The incident happened on 8/15/2022. My husband made spaghetti with the kroger brand meatballs and there were pieces that looked like bone inside the meatballs. The barcode on this product is [protected]. I still have the pieces that were found in the meatballs and it was in more than one.

I have a Kroger Rx Savings Club family membership and I am covered by CVS Caremark through my health insurance. I was told that Kroger cannot automatically check to see which insurance is cheaper for my prescriptions. The local pharmacy must check each insurance individually to compare the prices. It seems to me that Kroger would save time, and possibly money, by upgrading your Rx system to perform an automatic check of 2 or more insurance carriers for the lowest price.
Desired outcome: Upgrade the Kroger Rx system to auto check multiple insurance carriers for the lowest Rx pricing.
Apple gift card
I purchased a $50 apple gift card @kroger 363, located at 48 Bullsboro Drive, Newnan GA 30263 yesterday at 11:45 am. When I attempted to redeem it I was given the message “cannot redeem” “the code entered is not valid”. I went back to the store this morning where it was discovered that the number on the card inside the envelope did match the number on the envelope. After answering their question about could I have mixed up the card with an old envelope to which the answer was ‘no’, I was told they could not help me I would have to call Apple. I then spent a great deal of time on the phone with the Kroger number listed on my receipt. I was told by them that I would have to contact Apple and was given a reference #[protected]. I then called Apple and after another 45 minutes I was told they could not help me because the card inside the envelope had to have been replaced in store and it was Krogers responsibility. I bought this card for myself fortunately not a gift, but I am not in a position to throw away $50. I need help, please.
Desired outcome: I would like a valid $50 Apple gift card to replace the one that is no good.

I was no able to order 6 catfish with my grocery order. The store did have whole catfish but refused to add them to my order. This is very frustrating to seniors with limited mobility. No one answered the main store number. This was an online order.

Fired and I don't know why
I am 18 yrs old was hired at Kroger in Murfreesboro, TN 2947 Church St 37128 part time for my 1st job over the summer. I was hired to help in Pick Up, but for some reason, they moved me up front without any reason. I enjoy being outside, so I was told that I could mostly stay outside and bring in the buggies and then bag when needed. I was told more than once by the manager I was doing a good job, I was given several Kroger cards by 1 manager as a reward for doing a good job. I have worked every shift they scheduled me for with no complaints, even working til close and being scheduled to come back in at 8 am. I have worked very hard and I was under the impression that I was doing good. Today, I was scheduled to work 4-10 as today was the 1st day back at school. I showed up to work, was told a manager wanted to see me, and I was fired by Brent. I asked him 3 times why I was being let go, and his response was "I can't go into that", and I was given no separation papers or ANYTHING! I had never been written up, never told I wasn't doing something right, as a matter of fact, everything was the opposite, I thought everything was going well. I think it's very strange I was fired on the exact day school started back, after I've worked my butt off being outside most of my 8 hour shifts in 90-95degree weather. And then to not give me a reason, no paperwork or anything? The State of Tennessee requires that employees receive a copy of their separation papers. Everybody around town is hiring, saying they don't have employees. But here's Kroger firing employees for no reason and no explanation. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST KROGER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A JOB! You'll work really hard and get false expectations from managers who turn right around and stab you in the back.
Desired outcome: I think corporate needs to fire those managers who are doing things like this to employees. If I do not receive papers with some type of explanation, I will report Kroger and Brent. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN KROGER AGAIN!!

I get a salary and i come to buy food at that frys, i spend my salary and after that i get as you spend your salary to feed your family. That's what the manager with red west of that store told me, how do i feel now and what will happen next... I feel bad.
