In the orlando, florida, Metro pcs store located in semoran blvd, offert replace your old mobile for the new samsung galaxy j7 for around 200 dollars, plus offert confortable monthly payment, and financing, for 2 they charge 415. 00, after the first month they billed 70 plus 60 of monthly service, when I visit the store they refuse the responsability and said me to call the financial company, that charge 960.00 dollars in 13 payments, that never was informed to the customers resulting in false advertisement, be aware not fall in this scam from Metro pcs.

On October 8, 2017, My boyfriend went out and bought me a lg bluetooth headset for my birthday. When he purchased it, he told the guy that he wasn't sure that I would want it. My phone is an iphone and I would rather stick with the apple products for it. When he purchased it the sales person said he could return it the following day if I didn't want it. When he went back the following day, he was told all sales for accessories are final and that he couldn't return it. Why would the sales person tell him different? Now we have a headset that we will not use.

I am a very long time and loyal Metro PCS customer and small buisness owner in the Culver City, California Community, every month i come to the same Metro PCS location to pay my bill. The customer service in the last 4 visits ive made has become increasingly lacking i.e: employees socializing on the sales floor instead of assisting customers, employees eating at counter, employees only speaking spanish between eachother then laughing which will of course make any non spanish speaking customer feel extremely uncomfortable. Today a newer associate "Mario" is what it says on my receipt, was busy flirting with a fellow employee, i had to walk up and actually greet him, i paued my bill, he took my number but didnt confirm my info, then i asked about an add for a free phone and his response was "No, not for you..." i was a little taken aback so i asked to clarify and he said "you gotta cone from another place...well check ya number..." then proceeded to tirn his attention, i was mid sentence TRYING to tell him i have my buisness cells in a different company and would like to switch all 4 of my lines to metro which would in fact qualify my for that offer, but he decided he was done with helping me and talked with the associate who looked to be leaving. He didnt say thank you, have a nice day, see you soon, good bye, nothing. Im not happy and i feel mu buisness is unappreciated frankly because today it was made clear to me it isnt. At all. I wouldnt accept half the disrespect Mario showed me today from any of my employees, not for one minute. They are the face of the buisness and need to respect the customers who keep their job on payroll or they should give their job to someone who will appriceate beung employed and treat customers how they should be treated. I hope Metro will reach out to me promptly and rectify this situation and i really hope next month that the atmosphere and employee performance is acceptable because today was not, not even close and i will not continue with metro pcs if there is no improvement.

I had 2 phones on a account and removed one of them have been paying for the lowest plan since it was for my son he really does not need internet. So at 25.00 i kept his phone on with metro. I payed his bill today and phone was shut off. I called and was told that i owed another 30 dollars that his plan went to 40? I did not change the plan and i have been paying 25.00 for months... I can transfer his line and get it for 25 anywhere else. I asked for a refund since she would not turn phone on she told me 8 days it took you 30 seconds to take the money from my account and i have to wait 8 days to receive my money? Terrible customer service. I will make sure i put on fb how much of frauds this company is.

I have had Metro PCS for almost two years. The plan I have is $50 with unlimited data and text and I had 8GB of hotspot data. I recently added a line to my account and now no longer have access to the hotspot. I called customer service to be told that I hotspot was not included with my plan. I attempted to explain that one had access to hotspot with my plan the entire time I've had this service. Since I've added a line is when I had an issue. Spoke with a supervisor, would not let me explain, added two GB of hotspot only for me to still not be able to use hotspot. Told me that I would have to "upgrade" my plan to a $60 plan to have access again.
fifteen dollar activation fee
Unfortunately dropped my phone in water. Had to purchase a new phone and charged a fifteen dollar activation fee! Seemed very unnecessary since my phone was activated and had been a customer over two years. It appears that Metro PCS has joined the no customer service band wagon. Will be searching for another carrier immediately. No customer service and bogus charges are not a desirable way to build a loyal customer base.

I keep receiving calls from metro pcs costumers on my private number, 10-15 calls every day! because metro pcs has my number registered as a store number, on their web page, on google maps and I don't even know where else. There store address is 716 Rockaway Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11212. I have complained several times via chat on their webpage and they say they provide a ticket about the issue and that it will be resolved in 72 hours. Doesn't happen, this has been going on for months.
I want them to update the info about that store and remove my number as it's contact number, I want to keep my number, and I don't want to block unknown callers
switching service provider from consumer cellular to pcs metro
I switched my service from Consumer Cellular to PCS Metro. Was told for switching I could receive a free phone that was valued under $100. I had the service transferred but I'm now being told I cannot have the phone because the phone number was not transferred to it as well even though I was never told that I could not have the phone if I didn't transfer the number. I should have been informed of the policy before switching my service. I've gone back to the store which is located at 988 Civic Center Drive, suite c, Vista California 92083. I've tried discussing this issue with the supervisor and was told that that I am not going to be allowed that phone which is the LG K20 Plus. All I want done is the number be transferred to the LG phone and I will be satisfied. It seems like a no-brainer. I'm ready to switch carriers after 30 days because because of the lack of customer care at that store.

On this account I have 3 phones. All with different cell phone numbers. I will furnish my account information when I receive a response.

To make this easier to explain, I have been inquiring about a Mortgage Loan from a variety of lenders. The messages that I have sent do not go to the other 2 phones, but the reply that I receive from the banks some answer's are going to the other 2 phone lines. We have compared the responses and this has me very concerened.

I was a current metro pcs employee at Westchester Ave, Bronx, NY, I was just recently I was "let go "with out any reason or explanation not a text or phone call. After being told to wait for a Call/text about my full time position . I consistently texted the "manager" and the person above him BOTH chose not to respond to me and yesterday I received a payment of $60 for 3 days work of pay a total of 21 hours ! You need to fix this and dept of labor will be contacted ! This is totally unfair and NOT the first I've heard of it . And it is against the law

I'm requesting a new phone, not a refurbished one. I bought my phone on 8/22/2017, i was told it was a manufactures defect. I was given a refurbished phone, i should have been given a new one since my new phone had a manufactures defect. They are operating a very unfair way of doing business with people. The salesman told a consumer that her phone was old and garbage and it's broken and doesn't work anymore! But to the contrary it only needed its monthly payment ! Her phone was only 2 years old and he wrongfully told the consumer her phine does not work anymore. The salesman speaks English and the consumer only speaks Spanish and can not understand English . I feel that the consumer was taken advantage of and now owns 2 phones and can not afford two phones, I had asked the salesman to turn off the second phone and apply her payment to her old cell phone and he said he was unable to do so, he told her just to not pay the next months service! But she is stuck with a second phone.

Jackson, Miss. Her name is Shaquida Wingard and she actually made the video while CLEARLY at work, on the clock, inside and outside the store, and in work uniform. Employees like this have made me leave one location in the Atlanta area because a male employee wreaked of marijuana smoke and was CLEARLY high. This is a horrible look for your brand.
Miss Shaquita was clearly a victim of cyberbullying and unfortunately it got so much attention she need her job and please don't fire her because it sould have not gotten to this point... she's being cyber-bullied thank you have a nice day.

The only thing I was able to do was to get an extension. I was not able to speak with any representative I did not have any power due to the hurricane and no electricity at all. Alot of the towers were down and had very little to no connection at all. I think I should have been acomodated some kind of way because I didn't receive a full month of service.

My Mother a elderly senior citizen went to our metropcs store we have been going to and buying phones for 7 years at 1259 Ariana St. Lakeland Fl. Luis and the active Manager Kal are unethical and lying scam artist. My mother took her phone to this store and asked why isn't my phone working? they said it "Overheated and ruined" and she had to buy a new phone, The phone ONLY had a dead battery and needed charged and works PERFECTLY we learned 5 min after she bought the new phone which Luis and Kal pushed HARD for her to buy the upgrade package.. Of course they say now upgrade purchases are non refundable and they would not take the 20 min old phone back IF it was a upgrade phone? went back home and called corporate metro pcs and rep "rose" told us to go BACK to that store and ask 2 things, ask for the manager and a refund and take the phone back, again Kal refused and rose then talked to the manager which he got tired of talking to her and gave my phone back to me and demanded we leave the store, I then said its WRONG for you to lie and scam senior citizens to make a 180 dollar sell, he then acted like he was calling the police.. remember corporate "rose" TOLD us to go back there, it was a lie he never called the cops, I stayed on the phone with rose/ metropcs hoping the cops would show, we did NOTHING wrong.
