I contacted you on 19 December and told you to cancel my membership as I did not want it renewing.
You told me after a bit of a fight that you would not take payment and now I see that you have taken £77.11 from my account.
Please advise if you intend to repay this money before I seek legal action,
You have also sent me an email yesterday to say that my account has been cancelled and would I like to reopen this account.
