As per our two lengthy conversations with Aryn and then the supervisor Heena (totaling about 1 hour - you have everything recorded):
I kindly request formally again as advised by the above people:
1) a full refund of the annual Opodo Prime Plus subscription of £89.99 (see the screenshot of proof of your misleading marketing still being used on your website when booking flights and selling the free trial), and
2) immediate subscription cancelation due to misleading information on the booking website.
The attached proof clearly states that the FREE Trial is for 30 days and not 15 days. To avoid any further legal action please do the above two actions and reply once done.
