I've had Numerous unauthorized charges to my card. Even Days and weeks after I ever opened the app. I've sent Multiple emails to the company with nothing in return and no responses or refunds. $100 in unauthorized withdrawals! Absolutely ridiculous. Filing a dispute and taking legal action with my bank now because all I've read is that they're from Israel. No one can come up with a number to contact them and obviously they're not attempting to contact me

I've Paid Playtika over $1, 500.00 in the years I've been playing their online games.
Recently they have Not paid out the coins, rewards and free spins I've won (Over 800 Million coins) ...and just the other day, 2 prime suitcases, 38 million coins, 26 free spins at Fifty Thousand coins per spin. They did eventually send me 26 spins worth only five thousand per spin and told me that was fair!
Again, I have paid them over $1, 500 in real money...MY money.
I just wanted the fake coins and prizes (rewards)that I actually won.

On Tuesday, the game showed that if you set up Messenger with Lucy, somehow Turbo would given. I clicked on the ‘Tell Me How' link and it took me to Messenger. I did a couple of days on the trivia quiz, daily quiz, etc but haven't gotten Turbo. Plus you can't send a message asking about it. When I went to the FB page and clicked on ‘Send message' it just takes me to the Lucy one that you can't send a message on.

Hi I have been playing soltomania for a few years now and have never really had any issues until recently. I have not got any of my rewards from the clan chests for the past couple of weeks. It will say my rewards earned so far are ... But when it ends I don't receive them. Could you please resolve this problem and it would be much appreciated by me and several other people too. I play slotomania. daily dash has 3 requirements . second one you need to find three items in private eye. total bet can not be less one hundred million. I blew 9 billion coins didn't get one item towards the 6 you need in private eye. That's ridiculous. . You can check with my Clan. I am not the only one who is fed up with Slotomania.. For the past 5 days(today included) Miami has frozen or booted me out mid round! I have lost 4 shadow cards, all my treasure chests, credits, etc etc...I have contacted support (8 times now) and nothing! The one response I did get they sent me 6 credits to replace what I lost! 6 credits, playing on 4 cards! With getting multiple bingo's through the last 5 days and not getting the pay outs, shadow cards, treasure chests, power ups, coins, experience points, ingredients..etc...
I sent support tickets multiple times, and this is the response I get

If it was just me having these issues I can see them possibly not believing, HOWEVER if any of the people runny Bingo Blitz took the time to read what the people play the game are saying they would realize that the majority of players are having the EXACT SAME ISSUES! Not to mention they keep sending out the same response to everyone! I have been trying and trying to get contact information for someone to file a complaint against the individuals who are sending these emails to everyone. Fix the game or refund people what they're losing! It doesn't cost Bingo Blitz a damned thing to replace what players are losing! However calling players liars is going to wind up causing a lot of people to stop playing.

The wheel of stars does not work for me. I've collect stars from all the different seasons bur it will not allow me to spin to have a chance of winning free coins. I've been down to almost no coins and I've refused to spend big dollars on a game I love, but than I break the piggy. I would spend more for the game but I refuse to not get my monie worth . I find the game sometime does not function as it suppose to do. Wheel of stars is the feature causing me and one of my clan the same thing. Can't somebody help us. Wwe can't be the only two.

This is not a complaint but a request. As I was shutting down last night (8/22/2019, around 2 AM), I accidentally hit the max bet button and lost everything. If you can check my play you will see that I do not ever offer that high a bid. It was an accident.

dramatic increase to minimum bet for bonus game features
Before the recent update, my minimum bet for the bonus features was 25-37.5 million per spin. On King's Valor, 50 million for all 5 characters gold. Effective this week, this amount has suddenly jumped up to a minimum bet of 125, 000, 000-150, 000, 000 per spin and 200, 000, 000 for King's Valor and the newest game released today.
These minimum bet levels are just too high. The minimum bet increments have never jumped so high so fast - This is a 4 step jump, usually just 1.
I can no longer play the games I enjoyed. And why pay to do something I no longer enjoy? Was this an error or permanent?

494.82 in over charges/double charges over the last 2 months. And they are subtlety, so one does not catch them. No return emails. No contact phone numbers. Unacceptable. I have spoken with Apple/iTunes and they have given me information needed. I have filed a complaint with Apple and will also file with my bank Monday morning regarding fraudulent charges. I just wanted to share how deeply frustrated and annoyed I am with the direction this game has taken over the last few years. This used to be a fun game - the progress was slow but you were still rewarded in the end. The community was happy, the games were evolving, things were alive.
During the last few years it's obvious that you want players to pay for the experience. I get it - you need elite and paying players to be able to function and pay your salaries - but at least, don't make it so goddamned obvious with all these insanely stupid PIGGY BANKS and whatnot. Don't make this whole game look like some silly class society where the rich are rewarded and the poor stand outside without anything. You want people to enjoy your game and pay because they like it - not to pay because they are frustrated and see no other way forward.
Also, this is a way to make desperate and addicted people do poor decisions - wasting their money on your stupid little game that has no real value whatsoever.
You haven't updated the slot games in... I don't even know? It's just pathetic. I would be ashamed if I was in charge of how Bingo Blitz works nowadays. I have saved up to 6000 credits now and if I'll lose them in 2 hours like last time, I will also be one of the hundred thousands that are leaving the game for other, better developed bingo games this very minute.
