Popeyes Service & Cleanliness of location..

PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN! The physical location is DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. It looks like it was abandoned & closed down before I opened the entrance door. The Staff very unprofessional. Scary!’ Believe me, you’re setting yourself up for a potential lawsuit. This isn’t fair to your customers nor is it healthy. I will be calling the board of health so they can investigate this place.

Shame on Popeyes Executives!

Popeyes Popeyes 332 Delaware Dr North, Glassboro, NJ

I stopped going to this Popeyes bc service and sanitation at this place is consistently horrible. Servers licking their fingers to open bags then touching food; touching money then food. I hadn’t been to this Popeyes, (1 mile from my house) in 4 years. I went today ordered 3pc meal with Cajun rice & drink. I’m told Cajun rice is discontinued, so reluctantly order red beans & rice. I get home and instead of red beans & rice, I have mashed potatoes & gravy. The chicken was dripping with old grease. Some brain surgeon thought they would make the mashed potatoes & grave better by adding a ton of CURRY! DISGUSTING!

I used to love Popeyes. No Cajun Rice, no more Popeyes at any location!

Desired outcome: Wish I could get all the money I spent at this location back. I’ve never had a satisfactory visit!

Popeyes About one of your managers in your stores

Good morning,
My name is Cornelius Streeter, I applied on line at one of your stores for a position.
Few days later, I received a call from one of the store manager for an interview.
Upon meeting him for the interview, he offered me a position.
In the completion with the paper work.
He asked me to create a screen name and password. The he gave me the legal right to work forms of which am a citizen.
I gave him my passport, driver license.
After the completion of my applications, we set up my dates schedule to work.
Upon me getting home, he asked his assistant to call me and asked me for my DOB, Social security number and my screen name.
Which was already given to him. That pause a concern. Then he personally called me and asked me for my password. I questioned him why is he asking me for all my personal information? Which is not a lawful thing to do, asking me for my password.
I made a mistake to gave him my password, copy of my passport. In less than two days, strange calls started coming from spammers that they had court documents on thier desks and was hired to collect debts that I didn't owed.
I never had such calls, until your store manager invade my personal information.
I believe that my information was compromised to third party, two times, he of himself called me and I recognized his voice, pretending to be a debt collector.
I believe that my information was compromised, and am very worried.
I am asking your business to investigate this matter, before, legal action can be taken. Because of that reason I turned down the job.
The store in Clifton, Virginia. The store manager's name, couldn't remember, but he is originally from Ethiopia. When I asked him during the interview.
Waiting to hear back from you at your earliest convenience.

I drove 3 miles one way to get a Popeyes meal at the Panama City Florida store at hwy 231 and East ave. I was given the wrong meal and drink. Popeyes Messed up order, treated rudely by manager

Messed up my order, did not give me the cookies I payed for and only gave one of six sauces we asked for. I was in the drive through and didn't notice until I pulled away. The doors were locked so I had to walk up to the drive through window and squeeze between the car at the window and the building to ask for my items. When I told the guy at the drive through about my missing sauces he told me I would have to pay for them. I asked why didn't you say so when I asked for them I would've paid for them then. Meanwhile I'm slipping off the curb between the car at the window and the window trying to talk to this guy. He says I will charge you for them then you can have them. I said fine charge me for them. At this point I'm fuming because of the big deal he is making over some sauce that he should have rung up when I asked for them. I said this is stupid while watching him ring me up as I'm sliding off the curb into the car at the window. He yells at me and says you shut your mouth, you get out of here and was flailing his arm at me like he's shooing me away. I never even got to mention the cookies that were missing. I said I am going to call your manager. He said I am the manager. There were only two people working as far as I could tell. Both seemed like middle aged men with Indian or middle-eastern accents. One had grey hair, the other had dark hair. The dark hair guy is the one who shooed me away and would not help me.

Popeyes Service

I arrived at the popeyes location 311 north capitol ave. san jose, ca. january 14, 2022 at 4:50 pm i told the cashier i wanted the 14 piece dinner meal mixed she gave me the receipt number 204 i heard the cashier called at least 10 customer ahead of me i finally approach the cashier and ask her about my order she told me it will take another ten minutes because i order half and half the spicy chicken would take longer i waited 30 minutes at that location!
This incident could have been avoided if the cashier would have told me the truth from the beginning how long it would have took.If i would have known it took that long i would have never order anything i reported to the manager Elizabeth she told me that they were to busy and it would not happen again but this is the second time it happened!Also they got my order wrong attached is my receipt and hopefully i can get a refund for all my inconvience.

Popeyes Given the wrong amount ogf chicken twice in a row

I ordered and paid for 10 pieces of chicken but only received 8. I let the cashier know that this happened the last time I was here and she assured me she would make sure there was 10 pieces and not to worry about it...We get home and count 2 legs, 3 wings, 1 thigh and 2 breasts...8 pieces again! This has to be the worst service I have ever received and I am not sure I will ever go back.

Desired outcome: I want the 4 pieces of chicken I paid for please.

My 12-piece chicken was soggy, and I can tell it has been sitting for a while it was not cooked fresh, and we ask the cashier to let them know to cook the chicken fresh and they did not do that at all. I am very disappointed that I wasted money on this order, and they did not follow directions. Either one refund my money back or replace all of my food and cook everything fresh.

Popeyes Both

The chicken is too small for the high prices.There was no paper towels or soap in the restaurant.The employees could not speak English at all or very poor.They did not care if the restroom had towels and soap or not.The restaurant is in Dickinson Texas.Very poor customer unfriendly. I will not go back there.Also, they stopped serving dirty rice.Also the wait time is bad at lunch time.

Popeyes The Whole Store

Your Restaurant number 12797 (Canton, Ga.) has to be the worse Popeyes I have ever been in. I have been to your store on numerous occasions and even quit going for about 6 months because of all the problems I have had. It has stemmed from wrong orders picked up through the drive thru, overcooked chicken, some like hard tact and the best one was about 3 weeks ago. Went to your drive-thru at 7:15 was told they were out of chicken and all they had was chicken sandwich's. Now that brings me to the latest. Just last night 12/23/2021 at 5.57 pm (Order 29), my wife drove to pick-up our order. When she gets there you had no biscuits, Cole slaw so they threw a leg in to make up for the difference. We couldn't get our money back because I ordered it on your "not so friendly app". Your service worker didn't know how to give my wife the money back. My wife asked why they didn't have biscuits and Cole slaw. The remark was we don't order someone else does. I do not know how this store of yours or your franchise owner stays in business. I don't want to hear this is due to COVID, this has been going on before COVID. I even had your franchise owner telephone number because I complained so much. I have lost it but I remember he lived in Jasper, Ga. I really don't know what to tell you but I will not be visiting this location anymore. There is a Bojangles about 1 mile away and we will be visiting there. Thank you for your time. If you are concerned about this complaint you would make a visit unannounced and see what you fine out. Not telling you how to run the business but it seems like whoever you have running this store needs some critical training. Thank you

Popeyes 3 piece chicken dinner

And 1 wing (equivalent to 1/2 or 1/4 of one piece of chicken is RIDICULOUS! If POPEYES is going to count a wing as one whole piece of chicken then you BETTER include a Chicken Breast. RIDICULOUS!

Popeyes the meal in general

went to medford NJ popeyes this afternoon and ordered a 5 piece chicken meal. asked for no wings, was told I would get what they gave me and no substitution. ok
then asked for the sides to be larger and I would pay the surcharge. nope- cant do it.

in this day and age, I can shop at least 15 places for lunch. guess what? no more popeyes for me. bad enough that I cant even sit down inside...

you could have made more coin from my bill- but you adamantly refused me- the customer. guess what- bye bye!

Popeyes 4 piece 50/50/mix

I have always had good luck with the quality of Popeyes...but I have been slowly disappointed in it in Corinth MS lately...This last time was the absolute worst... it was dry and old and just not good...please check into whats going on with this store...Your chicken has always been my favorite, the red beans and rice are wonderful...please check intp what is going on with this store...Thank You...Bill Reiselt
