parts order
On March 8th we ordered parts for our Cindy Crawford Sofa. We submitted the check for $193.00 and it was cashed 3/17/2018.
The parts came in April and when the delivery men brought them in, they said these were the wrong parts. They called this in took the parts and left. They indicated we would get a credit or a check for the parts.
We have received neither. RTG customer dis-service claims we have the parts and that they were left at the door of our home. I have escalated this to management and was told my wife lied about the delivery and the parts.
We have no parts and our out $193.00.
Repeated phone calls have fallen on deaf ears. We would like the $193.00 returned.

cindy crawford metropolis sectional
We purchased the Cindy Crawford Metropolis sectional from rooms to go 1.5 years ago for over $2500. It is a complete peice of junk. One side of the couch that does get sat on, is sinking and completely uncomfortable. The other side that very rarely gets sat on (chaise) is ripping at the seams. I have seen numerous complaints about this exact sectional ripping in the same place, and is clearly a manufacture defect. Not to mention hundreds of complaints about Rooms to Go continuing to sell this furniture that is known to be garbage. Why would a huge company like this continue to sell something that they know is going to leave customers unhappy, frustrated, and feeling ripped off?! Why sell garbage?

I bought a big leather couch with recliners
For some unknown reason the couch sectional have come apart i'm seven years old I called customer service I called the store and no one really gives a hoot about coming out and putting my couches back together again my sectionals that's all I wanted was someone to put my sectional is back together when I purchase this item I did not want any of leather protection on it even though the salesman and I will run anyway I have another $300 on and I never said anything at this point i'm saying watch your salesman there out to rip you off around to say things you don't mean I bought it anyway so I called today maybe the 29th to ask them to please send somebody out and they say were sorry sir it's been a few months now you're out of warranty and screw me when i'm trying to put my couches back together again so it's far as i'm concerned no one cares at rooms to go the manager doesn't care the customer service department could give two hoots about it I don't recommend buying anything from rooms to go you're just nothing but a big rip off company

parts not received
On 28 Apr 18 I purchased the Brown Acacia Console, Bridge/Metal Track, Left/Right Pier w/Door entertainment center from sales person Robert Ibarra (031915) of Rooms To Go (RGT). The center cost $1, 599.00 plus an additional $89.99 for delivery/setup.
The entertainment center was delivered on 30 Apr 18 but upon assembly, the delivery personnel noticed four pieces were either missing or wrong, they were:
1. Two of the four glass shelves were the wrong size
2. Half of the back wall panel was missing
3. Two door handles were missing
4. Two left-side doors were sent
A customer service person telephoned me right after the delivery and I told her what parts were missing. She assured me they would be ordered and a delivery date was set up for 7 May 18.
On 7 May RTG delivered the glass shelves and right-side sliding door but there were no door handles or back panel. When I contacted RTG and told them what was missing, the the customer service couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. She kept wanting to send me the glass shelves and sliding door. I had to continually correct her. Finally, she seemed to understand and stated she'd order the parts.
On 16 May I again called RTG and this time spoke to "Sierra" to check on the status. I was told the parts had not been ordered! She (I had to correct her and tell her I only needed the handles and panel) said she'd order the parts but it could take between 10-90 days to get the handles and panel to me and that I should call back within three business days to check on the status. Unbelievable!
On 16 May I sent RTG an email on what I'd experienced. I received no reply. I sent another email to RTG on 18 May in which a representative named "Cindy" finally contacted me, by email. On 23 May she sent me an email that stated, in short, "I can confirm the delivery scheduled for 5/25 is for parts needed for your wall unit."
On 25 May, after not receiving the parts, I contacted RTG at approximately 6:50pm and spoke with "Amber" who told me (again, having to correct her on what parts were needed) the parts still had no tracking number. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or the Parts Department, she refused to give me a name of a supervisor (per Amber, they all had left for the night), the only telephone number I could call was the one I'd dialed to speak with her and the Parts Department was closed. The only thing she could do was send an email to the Parts Department and that I would have to contact RTG Customer Service on Monday.
It has been almost 30 days since I purchased the entertainment center. It should not take this amount of time to get door handles and a back panel. I fulfilled my part and paid RTG for the entertainment center. They now need to fulfil their end of the deal by delivering the product in a timely fashion.
I've attached a copy of the email exchange from RTG and myself. The 23 May 18 email, is where you will see "Cindy's" statement of delivery.
Desired Resolution: I want my door handles and back wall panel immediately and I'd like partial repayment for the $89.99 I paid to have the entertainment center put together.

I am complaining about the delivery service that rooms to go used to deliver my furniture.
The delivery service scratched up my floor and broke the wood border around the floor when the delivered my furniture on 05/04/18. I reported it the day it happen and now I can not get anyone from their claims teams to call me back or even address the issue. I have been calling every two days since this happen on 05/04/18 and getting no where. This is the first time I have bought furniture from Rooms to Go and it will be my last time as well. I have called the store in Lakeland FL and spoke with the sales person Bill who sold the furniture to me but all he could tell me was to ask for a supervisor when I call Customer Service again. All I am looking for is for them to fix my floor that they messed up, that is not asking too much! That is the least they can do.

Rooms to go hired a 3rd party to deliver my furniture. During delivery, my wall was damaged! After several phone calls, emails, forms and pictures have been sent, I'm still waiting! I was told by Keith Harrison (rep) from Cory Compaines that I would receive a check for $150.00 for damage, all I had to do was forward pictures, fill out the form...that was in April. Several phone calls to both Mr. Harrison and to customer service at Rooms to Go and all I get is a run around! I did not hire Cory Companies for anything! I bought furniture from Rooms to Go! Yet, I'm left dealing with Cory Companies. By the way, this was not " free delivery " I paid Rooms to Go for delivery! This damage may be insignificant to you, but not to me I will have to pay for this damage.

I purchased a living room set & chest on 3/31/18. I did not receive the chest until 5/12/18 It took them 4 different deliveries to receive the correct chest. The chest only comes in 2 different colors and for some strange reason they were unable to get the delivery correct. You would think if the first color was wrong then send the the only other color that it comes in. unfortunately that did not happen. Instead they delivered the same color chest 3 times. Then to top it all off on the 4th delivery they gave me a delivery date of 5/26/18 & If I wanted the chest sooner the delivery window would be from 7am to 10pm Unacceptable and poor customer service with no consideration of my time. I was planning on purchasing more furniture for my home from rooms to go but after this experience I will purchase from another store.

I bought a Cindy Crawford couch last November and it has already fallen apart, the
wooden piece at the bottom of the sofa has split in half through no fault of my own.
It has no support brace and no I have a block of wood holding it up to support the
middle of the couch. I paid good money and it only last not even a year. The cushions are of poor quality and do not stay firm. This furniture is the worst that

I called the customer service line, "customer service"( we'll use that term loosely ).same runaround. once they got your money you are at their mercy. delivery on their terms. customers sit and wait. ask for a supervisor and get the same disrespectful treatment . no call backs as promised, no answers to emails .Ask for the supervisor's supervisor, just more of the same. For my troubles I'm offered a $50 certificate to a store that I will never do business again. I rate you ZERO STARS

The guys that delivered my furniture to day, was terrible! They quickly left when i asked to help me to put mattress on my bed, N left fingers prints on the headboard of my bed, my bedroom set is white, I called the company n complained n cried, seriously. I'm frustrated...n still upset, I paid a lot for this delerery, and was told that these guys would be nice and courteous, that not at all what I received and now I still has to wait 2 more weeks for someone to come out and try to get these finger prints off my headboard, I tried soap n water and that didn't work, I'm soooo frustrated..

My name is Janet Boyd and I purchased a living room set and rug from rooms to go in Gulfport Mississippi. When I receive the furniture upon delivery I told the people that this was the wrong set, wrong material, this is not what I was shown in the store which at that time they did not have the exact set in the store for me to inspect. It took three weeks for me to try to get a hold of someone so I could change out the living room set for something that was actually in the store and I could see and feel. I purchased a larger dollar amount on the new set. After receiving my first bill I noticed that I was being charged for almost 2 sets of furniture. It took six months to try to correct this billing error and I am still over charged $254 for delivery fees and furniture treatment that I didn't want to begin with! Six months, six months it took and it's still not right . You're store will turn around and say all the exact same furniture that they picked up from me just someone else and charge them another treatment fee, and why am I being charged for three delivery fees. They came to my house twice and as I said the first set was wrong, there is a six month history on my account Between your stores and synchrony bank I'm trying to correct this problem. I want to pay this off but I won't back $254 off my bill…

We bought a sofa for $1500 in the Cypress-TX store, that was delivered today for the upper floor of our house and as they couldn't take it upstairs, while my wife was talking with the RUDE people from the store over the phone, the delivery guys took the sofa with them without our consent..!
Then the store people informed that they will only return 80% of the value minus shipping costs...
We'll definitively will not stop until getting the 100% of the money back that not only the approach but the manners are unconceivable.

On 4/16, I had a delivery for living room furniture and bedroom furniture. Once the delivery men got there, you could tell they didn't want to be bothered. He was extremely rude and talked to the other delivery guy in a very disrespectful manner. Once completed, he stated I received a lot of furniture and he hopes that he is not the one that will be delivering my next order. So once they finished the delivery, I received a call from Rooms to go asking about the delivery service in which I told them of this complaint and how on top of them being rude they scratched up my walls along the way. They stated they would log the complaint and call me back but I have yet to receive anything back from them. This is a brand new house and all along the steps has scratch marks. And to top it off, one of the pieces was not delivered but its showing as delivered on their end. So now they have to investigate and figure out what happened but by judging from the reviews this might be a loss and that is going to infuriate me. This has not been a pleasurable experience and I expect more when you spend over $5k in one trip.

This is the third time I have bought from your store in San Antonio at UTSA and I-10 I was suppose to have a delivery today I still have the recording stating the deliver would be between 1 and 5 well here it is 5:30 no one here and so I call to see where is the furniture the delivery girl Mary state no it is a all day delivery and hung up on me then I called back ask for the Manager what ever his name is he was ugly rude and offensive he argued with me stating the same as what rude Mary said so is this how you treat your customers I told him I wanted my money back he says all I will get back is 80% which is unbelievable but trust I will let every one in Port Aransas and Rockport Texas know how you treated me and to ask them not to trade with you. I am a Hurricane Harvey person and I have been through a lot and for your people to do me this way and most all talk down to me.. in frame they did how dare them I am the customer and I had a right to be upset I have sat here all day and to tell me your people can deliver between 7 and 10 pm at night what kind of company are you to treat customers like this.. I will take this complaint to the Better Business and to the Attorney General of consumer affairs all I can say shame on ROOMS TO GO

The delivery men came felt so sorry for them who every schedule them sent them all the way to Junction Texas the men where as nice and respectful and very friendly I could not be mad at them but I dam mad at Rooms to Go no wonder no one goes into that store it never has customers that should have told me something right then but no I did business with them before and like a fool went back but guess what Shame on me once but there will not be a next time Ashley furniture and who ever else here I come ..

I have had my couch sectional for less than a year and the support beam cracked in half. Rooms to go sent out a technician to attempt to repair it but stated he could not and that he was sure we would be getting a replacement. CSR never calls us so we finally call them and they said it was "normal wear and tear" and that there is nothing they could do for us. Did I mention we purchased the warranty? Rooms to Go is a terrible company. This sectional cost us $700 and they refuse to fix their mistakes. DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO!

bedroom set issue
Purchased Bedroom set on 3/19/2017 which is barely out of warranty. One of the side boards started cracking about 3-4 months and to be totally honest I only started paying attention to it a couple of weeks ago.
I called Customer Service today and all I go it is 28 out of warranty, so nothing can be done at all. Wow ... product pretty much barely lasts a year. That is not good at all.
I know it is a year passed (not even 13 months), but somehow company maybe should stay behind their products
That pretty much tells me what review I will leave and probably never ever shop in that store (we do have other furniture from RTG)

A sofa and double seating chair with ottoman. I purchased these three pieces 11/2 yr ago. The sofa and chair sink while sitting causing a tremendous amount of back and leg pain. The arm rest no longer contain cushion. Your arm also sinks hitting the wood. After paying over $1000.00 for these two pieces of furniture and 1 1/2 yr later I paid the store in altamonte springs fl visit, complained, they contacted the service department. There advise to me was to call an upholstery store to get it repaired at my cost. The worst product ever! I had lumber surgery and this situation has comprosed my health further. It is my believe that a law suite seems like the best option. They can not continue to sell garbage for furniture promoting quality furniture. Shame on them. My advice to anyone reading this post is not to shop at any rooms to go.

refused service to me and my wife
My wife was approved with Acceptance now.
When she went back in to sign her papers the manager Antonia at the Rooms To Go on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge LA refused to give her service. We are submitting this complaint because we were trying to provided our one year old daughter with a bedroom set that we were approved for BUT
simply was refused service from Antonia the manager there. That was unprofessional. And in the end my daughter has no bedroom set.

Call them, the sent out tech, he examined furniture, tighten, some bolts, pointed out to tech seats on couch and love seat leaning to side, also recliner is on the floor when you try to recline, he tried to adjust the chair, all the furniture is getting worst, I don't feel new furniture should feel this way,

HOWEVER as rating a Csr Supervisor James ELLIOTT he gets a (- 5 rating !) His Customer Service & Skills are imo he is high on stupidity and for Safety issues especially # Kids Furniture!...My Grt Grand was bought bought a canopy loft bed which has a ladder & slide.My daughter had to pay additional $80 for delivery & installation so total was just under $600 Well the person came to put the bed together and he did However he called Sheila to see that some of the hardware was missing, he called to report it and said another person would get the missing hardware, setup a time, bring it & install. Fine sounds good right? Here is the problem...See Picture BELOW of the bolts screws ect He brought, said only thing was they were black and not chrome, , , NP as long as secured the bed rails, frame ladder ect.. Now this canopy bed is basically a upper bunk bed with a canopy..no lower bunk so they can play underneath, and has material canopy & below that for girls is like a princess house with windows, Here is the issue &problem : JAMES ELLIOTT informed via the ph .If we had moved the bed disassembled ..even a week after assembled..it voided any warranty ! OK BUT how in the name of Saints if we didnt move it here recently and upon RE Assembling would have seen the black bolts and nuts were just in the holes and not able to tighten or they came completely thru the wood ! He informed WE had to but the hardware for $45 for * bolts ! 4 long & short each was what was suppose to be originally ! So CONSUMER BE AWARE !
