Refund request was approved by Shopee in Oct 2019. I returned the items (Chia Seeds) because it was a different brand from what I ordered and weighed 100g less per pack. I ordered 3 packs of this. Shopee claims refund has been transferred to me via ShopeePay but I have checked it many times. None was transferred. No such amount was also transferred to my registered bank account. I have contacted them multiple times last month and this month. No replies other than "we will get back to you within 48hrs" which is a lie because they never did.

Dec 6 pa nasa BAE Batino yung order namin Dec 16 na ngayon. Hindi na nagamit dalhin sa tagal ng process. Dec 8 lang ang expected delivery time. Ano bang pamamalakad yan. opening or hole in the parcel
Standard express | tracking number. Ph199631468812l... I received the parcel and it has opening in one side and even inside my parcel have some holes in plastic pouch... The shopee xpress courier should be a trusted person which you could received the parcel in good condition. I ordered 20 pcs of lotus seeds and I got only 13 pcs. It's really intentionally and got interest in the seed that's the reason why there is opening till it reach the small pouch containing seeds. It's only the first time it happened to me in shopee xpress... I pay for what I ordered then who will going to pay for the missing item that we received... Its not also fair to blame it to the seller because they send the items but the courier got an intention and interest to make a small hole to get something inside the parcel.

I did not resched without any valid reasons. They texted that my package is on the way. They gave me the contact and the name of the courier. I cannot contact him. Even Jnt express i cannot contact. I even texted the courier that im only until 11am. He didnt answer. I even called him a thousand time but out of coverage area. The problem was they gave me wrong number. Lagpas na sa estimated date of delivery ang order ko galing overseas pero hindi na ako nag report sa shoppee dahil Nov. 30 nasa warehouse na dito sa Iloilo so pagkasusunod na araw bka ideliver na. Nov. 3 na nung nag inform ang 2go na idedeliver na at naghintay nmn ako.Nag text ang delivery man 4:30 pm na at ihahatid na nya. Nagreply ako agad tpos nagreply sya na 2:30 dw sya nagtext at bumalik na sya sa opisina nila nang mareceive ko ang text, tpos kinabukasan nya ulit ihahatid. May gad.
Nireport ko to sa shopee customer service chat, yung si Sharme ang ka chat ko. puro lang mga copypaste na reply. Magpapatulong sana akong icancel ang order dahil nabwesit na ako sa serbisyo ng courier. Kahit na sabihin ng shoppee or seller na hindi nila sakop ang mga courier pero sila yung naghahatid sa pinakamabilis na paraan so dapat lang na mging strikto ang shopee sa couriers nila. Sila din yung mawawalan ng customer.
Palitan na sana ng overseas yung logistics partner nila sana hindi na 2go. Dami nilang sablay sa delivery.

Dalawang beses nako ninonotify ni shopee na delivered na daw order ko pero wala ako nareceive ni isa sa mga inorder ko. Overseas yung order ko, pero bat ganun naman yung courier wala naman nakakarating saken na item ko! Ni text o tawag from the courier wala! Ngayon lang nangyare saken tong gantong incident! May mga delivery man ang standard express na nang iistafa ng item! Shopee pakibigyan pansin kasi di pwede na ganyan na lang.

Guys please help me. Is there a way I can get a refund. Its been a month since a requested for refund. But seems shoppee is ignoring me. I called several times. And followed up. But nothing happens.
Last oct 28 I ordered an item worth 10k from shoppee (seller), payed using my credit card. I need to wait until nov 8 for the delivery, after the said day, nov 9, no item was delievered and yet the status was completed. Thats the time contacted shoppee and requested for a refund, I followed it up frequently but seems shoppee is ignoring it. No follow up, no plans. All I got is referrence number. I am so frustrated. I dont know what to do.
The last conversation I had with this edhel [protected]) she said "wala na silang magagawa", because they already paid the seller (which was banned nov 2), how stupid of shoppee to give the money to a banned seller without the item. And they said that they need the seller to call them up to loft the account. For how long? Do u possibly believe that the seller will call back? I asked this edhel to call the seller but the guven number was not accessible. I asked for an option or any other plan to have my refund, and they said "there is nothing we can do" wow!...
Is there someone here who could help me to talk to the higher admins of shoppee. Or what are the options I need to do to solve my case.
I plan to sue shoppee and take legal actions on this case if no response or actions are made.

Yes, don't wait any longer. Get a lawyer who will go after Shopee and get his/her fees from shopee, get your refund plus interest and damages. I too am in the same boat, they emailed me that my Shopeepay wallet would be reflecting my refund within 7days, but to this date, still nothing. Frustrating to go over this with agents, almost daily, even with screenshots (which the agents do not even bother reading), then they always ask you questions that they can see in their system. If you do find a lawyer who is willing to sue Shopee and his/her legal fees will be paid by the law suit from Shopee, there are many more like us, who is tired of Shopee allowing their sellers to rip off customers. Ultimately, it is the customers who have to go through enormous stress trying to get our money back from nefarious and dubious sellers. Now they are doing away with their email support, so they don't have to have evidence of what they are supposed to do, with their chat support, they can always just drop the chat and say it was a system issue. Make sure to screenshot your chats, for they do not keep chats any longer. So, each time you get back on, your chat history is gone, and you're back to square one in explaining the issue, and it goes on, over and over. They want you to get tired and just drop it and forget it. People need to stop quitting so quickly, that is how Shopee stays strong, and continuously keep agents employed to lie to customers. I hope the best for you, let's get these issues out to the public, so Shopee knows that people are tired of being bullied by these companies who obiviously does not care for their customers.

This buyer ordered my kid's preloved crocs shoes, and schedule the shipping right away (nov.11). What i am complaining as a seller was that i received the "returned to sender" package for no reason. When we opened the parcel its a different item we even had a video opening it.instead of good condition crocs shoes, we got a very dirty cheap shoes.(see photos).i don't know who's to blame. When i tried to call the buyer's number i found out that she didnt ordered for it and someone's using random numbers. Shopee how do you approved accounts like that.please show concern also for sellers like me as this was not my first complain. Please take actions on this. May topak yung Cainta HUB sobrang hassle ilang beses ko na din tinry ireport yung issue sa helpdesk nila, pero mga walang pake, pare-parehas mga walang kwenta. I ordered 13 items in one shop. I received 11. 4 of these 11 are damaged. I tried to contact the seller via a wrong cellphone Number, printed in the label of the parcel and via email many times. Nö reply. I contacted the shopee costumer service. At least 10 messages. They promised me to contact the seller. Nothing happened. I do not accept the idea of shopee to return the items (I have not received), to get my money for the items back (not for the shipping) and to place a new order with new costs for the delivery. Why should I have extra costs for the mistake of the seller? The shopee costumer service has not helped me, not even a little bit.I just received a message that the case is closed now and my money is lost.
Thank you shopee ! If this is their policy, that they will not help the costumer to get what they have ordered but supporting the seller, stealing money, wow!

Seller also indicated that they are not supporting COD but payment thru bayad center, banks, 7-eleven, etc. I paid at 7-eleven expecting for the helmet to be processed but until now i do not receive any updates. I hope it will get corresponding action. Im very disappointed shoppee because it was my first time to order in your online shop but it end up with this scam. Im just asking for the refund of my payment.
