xiaomi mi 3 damage on a upper screen
When I open the parcel I thought it was ok so need to test it many times to make sure there's is no prob. At first it was so hard for loading the charge is over heating and it's so hard to touch so I thought the prob. Must be on the plastic on the top so I need to refuse it and I was so disappointed when I see the upper screen it was broken and after 20 mins I Connot touch any screen body that was so disappointed...

This seller want to sell his 2nd hand comic book. I have chat with him which series I want. He replied me to proceed order. When I wanted to place order, the error appeared as "no shipping mode available". After that, I informed the seller. He said will fix it. Then, asked me to try again. After tried, same problem appeared. I informed seller again. He said now problem is fixed. I proceed to place order and informed him, order is done. Then, he replied me why no payment for shipping fees. I said when I proceed order no shipping fee. Then, he asksed me to cancel order. I followed and informed him. He asked me to raise order now. I have done order and informed him. He said will send out my order next Monday, 25/3/19. After one day, I received his notification said he already sold out his book and offered me other comic books.
I think this seller is very irresponsible. I fully disappointed with him. His attitude is very bad when I said want to make complaint to shopee. Please refer to the print screen for further reference.

I ordered for an IPL product and paid it thru Security Bank over the counter payment. Unfortunately, it's been more than 48hrs and I am receiving warnings that I only have mar 22 deadline, when I paid for it since mar 20.

2tb toshiba external hard disk
I have order the hardisk on Jan 16 2019.. Then receive it Feb 02 2019.. At first, there is no problem with it. After few times tranfering data, its start fail to work.. I've tried many times, but the result still the same. Then I contact the seller through the shopee. I told them what had happen to me. And I asking about the warranty too as state in their t&c. Until today, I did not receive any feed back from them.. I cant wait any more as them did not reply my msg and there is no chance for me to claim the warranty. This morning, im trying to fixed it by my self as I have a basic skill in IT.. Once open the hardisk case, it is really disapointed me. The I know I was cheated by the seller.. Hi kahapon pa dapat nadeliver yung item kaso wala naman nadating wala din natawag sa cellphone ko na on the way and delivery man or kung nasa labas na sila ng bahay, kagaya ng ginagawa nung ibang nagdedeliver para sure na makukuha ang package tapos laging nalabas sa tracking update nila cogsinee not available kahit nasa bahay lang kami. I ordered a book from this seller called offwknd and they sent me the wrong item and I texted them for a refund. And they left me waiting for days before leaving a reply and left me waiting for days again.
And their replies made me speechless.
Me: "you have sent me a wrong item blahblahblah can I refund."
Offwknd: "let me double check and will get back to you soon."
Wait for four days and I sent them multiple texts again before they replied : "too muh messages coming in. So you want a refund or return request?" and be gone again.
And it is so obvious that I want a refund I have said that in the beginning. They were trying to play tricks.
When they sent the wrong item, they went all irresponsive, unlike how when I wanted to make my purchase, they were so responsive.

So then I proceed to payment but I received a notification saying that the payment failed. But then I received a text message from my bank that the amount has been deducted from my account. So i guess the order didn't get through
So i tried click to proceed the payment again but it fails like the first time. So now i got another message from my bank that the amount has been charged to ny account. Please see attached picture.
1. I just want to know did my order get through?
2. Is it possible to cancel one of the 2 order and left just one of the orders.

I was ordered a mobile cover, after confirmation they said they need too much time then i cancelled my order and ask for refund, they told me for 7 working days but they did not refund me.then i email to them, without any receipt, copy, document they said they already refunded and i have to check. I check my account but no refund added as they mention 28th of February they refunded.well, i contact with my bank. I ask receipt from shoppe if they actually sent the money then they must have the receipt because it must be a bank transaction. They charge me to check again and they ask for my bank history it mean they think i am telling lie and they are too honest.then i send them my bank history, they got and ask for more 5 days. What is this, which type of service is this.they did not refund but they want to check my bank history.they ask for time, they taking time for me.they harresing me.i am too disappointed and i want to take legal action against shoppe.they have no right to ask for my account history.

The shipment also took how many days to deliver. They rescheduled it twice without our confirmation. The dress I ordered is for my baby birthday and it is so important to deliver it as per schedule. I ordered it last March 2 and BAE Cavite received it by March 3 then delivered by March 12. It was stucked there for 9 days and deliver it after I called BAE Paranaque. I don't know why they charge the seller when it should be a free shipping service!

With this, I would like to file a complaint against black arrow integrated, one of your shipper and delivery agency, and on behalf of the consignor, fabricholic.
Black arrow did not pick up the item from fabriholic and yet declared that fabriholic is not available. The truth of the matter is that black arrow never showed up to pick the items above from fabriholic.
Kindly look into this complaint.
May I request that you kindly ban black arrow from your company as there is an increase of complaints against this delivery company.

I ordered items from overseas. I waited for almost 2 months for it to arrive. However, upon checking the status of my parcel. I found out that it was automatically cancelled by Shopee due to unidentified seller. How come? I have tried ordering from overseas with the same shop and it arrived earlier than a month. The transaction was so smooth. But lately, I found out that the courier did not even try to attempt in delivering my parcel. I was so disappointed, very much disappointed. I was blocked on COD payments due to this imbecile courier. How can Shopee help me? It's so unfair to block my account without my fault. I wanted to report this courier. I can't trust this courier. I need those items so bad. I myself was very much disappointed as well as my customers. I hope Shopee will take actions to these couriers. And I want my account back. I received the parcel return from poslaju reason is address incompleted. I call to shopee customer support on the day I received parcel, their customer support advice to reship & make claim after send by call & attached the poslaju cn. When I call to make claim, they reject to make claim reason is I proceed to re-ship without shopee knowledge even I attached the call log for their investigation purpose. Means that I have to bare twice shipping cost & sold with loss & bare by myself. I very disappointed to their customer support. How dare I believe to shopee customer support next time?

Early in the morning, seller was msg me why I no change the review become 5 star after they promise to re-send product. My reply sure will give a good review when I received the correct product but not now.
Seller keep msg me and ask me change good review, I was unhappy why the feeling like get force (review is given by buyer when they really feeling happy with the service and product)
I have reply to seller, regarding about review I will follow by my feeling, and ask seller dont keep msg me, I will feel get force and dislike.
Seller cannot get a good review from me, direct cancel the product sending (it was yesterday ask me to pay for extra and re-send correct product)
I was surprise this is seller attitude? When seller are doing a mistake, should settle it for buyer, is not keep like treat buyer must give review become good!
Regarding review part, this is open for every one, should not private msg to buyer ask for change review, this like a deceive consumers.
Between seller and buyer (especially true online platform) should make a good confident relationship, is not simply promise then easy and speedy turn face to customer.
