I bought a tv from a seller acestoreph which had pretty good reviews. The item took two weeks or so b3fore it arrived. Shopee marked it cancelled and lost in transit but I received the item very late though. Unfortunately after the long wait.. 2days after receiving the item it was already showing the signs of defect. It would turn on) off by itself.. It has sounds that were very annoying and so I decided to return it paying the shipping at my own expense just to return it. The seller receives the item and promises to refund. After a week no refund, shopee customer service extends help.. A fake help just full of emaling and promising to ban the seller but nothing was progressing. Until now, I don't have my refund and the seller is ignoring my calls. It's [censored]ty! I am not doing business from this site anymore.

Good day, I' d like to complain entrepouch for unethical bussiness practice. I messaged their page,
explained that I need to cancel my 200 pouch order and change it to a 100 kraft pouches, to see the actual product and properly add my design/label. I also make sure that the product was NOT yet shipped before I cancelled my order. The following day, I was surprised to see a notification that my item was shipped (late afternoon.)Then a notification of my request to cancell was rejected. I messaged entrepouch but they just reasoned out that they did not saw my request to cancel first and that it was up to shoppee to allow if i can only pay for the 100 pouched instead of 200pcs. (Which means to me that I need to pay for the cancelled items.)Its unfortunate how this kind of tactics are being practice inside shoppee. To me bussiness bullying and unethical practice to profit should have no place in a decent company.
Forcing a buyer to pay for an item that she CLEARLY already cancell even before they were shipped just because the seller failed to do their obligation of checking their transactions and notification first is un acceptable. Customers should not pay for the vendors lack of online order. I preffered shoppee over its rival due to its reasonable shipping price, I trust that your management will also deal with these unethical vendors in a reasonable manner. salamat.

replacement/refund of faulty product
I ordered a pair of cctv spectacles from a seller on shopee. the product is faulty it does not even power on. Both the seller and shopee keep asking for a test video from the product. I have explained to them numerous times that I cannot send a test video as the product won't power on. This regards to my order that i placed last 3 weeks ago, that item was cancelled today Feb 2 2019. Due to failed to deliver the item and collect payment. I ve been calling for this ever since they tagged the order status as a bad address. First 2 go havent contacted us that the item will be delivered. Second i specifically clear with my instructions that theu need to call nor text me becuase we are living on a flat. In any courier company that we made transaction with it is normal if the person who deliver the item that doesnt know where the exact address will communicate with the recipient of the item WE DONT RECIEVE ANY COMMUNICATION WITH 2go And as for what they stated their 2go delivery guy doesnt have a load on their mobile to send us a text norification nor give us a call, which doesnt make sense to me at all, first why do we need to put contact number if it will be useless anyway. Second your customer service representative doesnt make sense at all responding unaccordingly. Even the supervisro dee didnt know how to have a good customer experience. This is one of the mere reason why the country doesnt grow in progress due to poor service.

Shopee Thailand: Worlds Worst Online Shopping - Zero Stars
After reading the negative reviews below i can only agree 100% with what is being said about Shopee Thailand. Seems like a pattern of SCAMS with deceptive and unprofessional conduct from this company.
My poor experience was as follows, a seller sent me an item completely different to what was ordered. The item they sent was a small cable and not what I paid for which was a wireless mouse.
The seller in chat just said "we sent you the correct item" so it's your word against theirs.
It's basically a BAIT AND SWITCH scam that many sellers on Shopee seem to be doing and getting away with as Shopee just does not care what the sellers are doing.
So long as the seller sends you something (does not matter if it's a box of rocks) the order will be marked as completed by Shopee. You need to understand that once you have paid for an order the deal is done as far as Shopee Thailand is concerned.
No matter what the "seller" sends you or if you have a problem with item if it's defective a REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE from Shopee. They simply don't care about customers at all, the support and ethics of them is the worst that I have ever seen from an online shopping company.
They are happy to take money from a Farang "foreigner", but you cannot get an email reply in English or talk with anyone in English over the phone when you have a problem. They only send generic emails "blah, blah, blah" if you make a complaint about an order to just to WASTE YOUR TIME. They do this because they know that most people will just give up.
Personally, I only lost 450 Baht about 15 USD so it's a LESSON LEARNED, I hope people reading this won't make the same mistake I did and use Shopee. A friend of my mentioned in conversation (after I got scammed) that he had a similar problem with a seller and Shopee once again just DID NOT CARE and it was the exact same recipe of inaction like my case.

System was inefficient and had many problems. I have been ordering the product since 28/12/18 but the seller did not manage to ship out the item I ordered. After waiting for very long, the seller notified me that I had to cancel my order and reorder. After reordering the same item, I found out that the product has been deleted on Shopee platform due to incompliance with the platform guidelines. Therefore I request to cancel my order and get a refund but seller says I can only reject item when courier delivers it to my address.

They provide many untrue excuses and very good at shirk responsibility even though I provide quite many proofs on my issue. It's been a month and there is no resolution yet they self claim the issue has resolved. There is nothing else I could do but just provide my rating and explanation at many websites. I also plan to file a complaint at the National Consumer Complaints Centre.

I ordered this January 8, 2019. I tried to cancel cause it took so long for the seller to ship the product. The seller rejected my cancellation and told me that it was shipped out in Jan 9, 2019. I suspected that the seller is lying because the system status of the order is STILL ready to ship. I contacted an agent earlier and he did no help at all.
The order just updated this day and it says the seller shipped out the product on this date!

The seller takes too long to ship the products. When I ask them question, no reply, no response. They rejected my cancellation request. I already extend shopee guarantee. They should ship out by 8th of January but they didn't. I am going back this week so I really need my parcel to reach by this week. Mr DIY customer service is really bad. I am so disappointed and furious! I m totally fine when they rejected my cancellation request, then they should ship out my stuff ASAP, but until now, I have not receive my stuff. I am getting pissed off because of this stupid DIY shop.

After getting the item 3 weeks later than the expected delivery date (2 weeks after order), the item that was sent to me was defective. I was forced to buy another product with the same function from lazada and it arrived the day after I ordered it. I then contacted the seller and asked if I can get a refund or an item replacement, I also provided pictures of the product and its receipt. The seller was rude enough to ask me to send a video of me connecting the product to my computer, assuming I didn't know what I was doing. But I still complied with their request, I didn't want to hassle myself from removing every cable behind my PC setup because its already fixed. And due to the fact that your chat system does not support the uploading of videos, I just sent pictures of my computer setup perfectly functioning with the other item I bought from lazada, along with their item just sitting in the middle of it all, showing that I used the other product that I bought rather that theirs. I also advised their customer service representative to refrain repeating to the other customers what he/she told me to do. Now I'm blocked from their chatbox and I can't even report the seller from your website...

Shopee does not give a [censored] about whether there are scammers or not as long as its not a big sum or just a few couple of similar situations and just expect the customers to settle the situation themselves with the seller by just dumping information of the seller for you to contact them. However, the seller refuse to reply at all so i contact her on her store again and she only replied once saying that she was busy before so she couldn't meet up and saying that Shopee knows that she usually will send out another parcel for customers who lost mail(opted for Normal Mailing without tracking) but there were never such proven story just words but no true action and clearly Shopee don't know what is Customer Service. Seller also mentioned she have mailing proof but when i asked for it, she previously avoided that question and now when i asked for it for the second and third time, she still chooses to ignore. Clearly Shopee does not care what kind of sellers are there in their system. I believe she only targets buyers that opted for Normal Mail to scam small amount of money. Such low tactic.

I am very annoyed by the way your customer service agent hadling my return request. I bought a pair of solar gate lights from Shopee Malaysia. One of the light was damaged when it was delivered. So i initiated a return request. To my surprised, the CS agent only allowed one of the damaged light to be refunded. What am i going to do with the other one? I strongly disagree with it but he still proceed with the refund without my consent. This is absurd.
