Worst I’ve seen 5/12/22 west 70th location
Did not receive food ordered and was charged for them and the charges where over 11.50
On 5/0/22 I picked up my order at 11:20 am and did not think to look in the bag to make sure everything was in bag ( now I know better). but i did not receive lg mozzarella sticks $5.99 and lg Cheddar peppers $5.69. if it was a dollar or two that would be ok , but it was over $11.00 dollars...

I order was cold and nasty. I asked for a refund and they would not come back to the car and give me my refund. They also gave me $.25 in pennies when I asked for a quarter, they refused to give me that also.
I want my $17.00 back. They told me someone without contact me and they have not.

Food preparation
After dozens of Sonic advertisement about the Yellow Cake Batter shake, I decided to visit the Apple Valley Ca. location on Bear Valley rd. With my shake I ordered the foot long chilly coney combo at around 6:30 pm 05/04/22 at the drive thru. I ordered my dog with added onions and lt. jalapeño. When I returned home and opened my meal, most of the fries were burnt. There was no chilly on my dog that was drenched with relish containing 27 yes I counted 27 mostly whole sliced jalapeños covering my hotdog. This had to be intently done. You wouldn’t put that many on even if I asked for extra. I hope to receive a response beyond you’re sorry that this happened. Thank you

Time Issues
I have been waiting for my order for 30 min. I can’t get anyone in the button. No one is responding and I have a time deadline. I can’t get a refund and now I don’t even want my food.
It’s May 5, I ordered at 6:21, it’s now 6:51 with no food, I press the button over 5 min ago and didn’t get an answer. There are only about ten cars here right now.
Desired outcome: Refund my money. Of course I don’t have a receipt because it was never delivered and I have to go now.

We received the #19 combo and so other random sandwich but our bacon burrito was missing and never received our drink.
This location does not have car hop service only drive thru. We did not have time to turn around and go back to get in line for a correction.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the missing items

Order was missing the Bacon Burrito and we never received the Coke Zero. As we were heading to a doctor appointment we never had the time to turn around, get back in line and wait again. This location had only drive thru no car hops.
Sioux Falls location ticket #346 - Missing items & 30 minute wait.
We placed a mobile ordered for the Sioux Falls location, but when we arrived, only a few of the pull in stalls were not out of order. Those that were working were in use so we had to go through the drive through. After getting our drinks we were told to pull into a stall and wait for our food. We waited 30 minutes, went through the drive through again and finally got our lukewarm food; which they had forgotten to bring out & was missing my union rings. The biggest part of my complaint is that these order bords have been this way for a year now and not one of them has been repaired. I believe the staff wouldn't have had these issues if they had use of all the stalls. Please see if something can be done so this doesn't continue to happen.
Incorrect order
On April 27 2022 I made my first mobile app order and when I placed the order I specifically asked for no cheese on the footlong hotdog and after picking up order and leaving to take it to my husband for his lunch we discovered that it did have cheese and it was to late to return to have it fixed right. He lives the footlong hotdogs but doesn't like cheese on them and as you can see on the receipt it says no shredded cheese.

I've always liked sonic drive in, but here of late they seem to have trouble getting the order correct. On 04/22/22 we visited store #2620 and the food was right, but the drink was wrong. The order was $13.76 we gave the girl $20.00 she said I have to go in for change, but when she came out with the change it was $3.24. I always tip so I gave her a dollar and the.24 I didn't pay attention, but when we got home, I realized it was wrong and I didn't figure there was any way to prove that I had given her a $20, so I ate it and came on here to let you know. My wife said, f*k Sonic, we're never going back there. I'm sorry, but that's the way it is.

Placing my order to your employee repeated the first order and I understood what she repeated. Then she said something, I’m sorry I didn’t understand what you ask me. Then she repeated slowly, very slowly. I knew what she making fun of me. I was silent for a few minutes. I said, I’m sorry but I’m not being sarcastic.
She yelled to her fellow employee, she said I was being sarcastic to her.

date - April 21, 2022. This makes our third time of getting and accepting the wrong order. I love the regular size coney dog with mustard and onions, NO CHEESE, not a hard order to fill. I either get footlongs with cheese or regular with cheese no mustard or onions. Last night for the third time we ordered two coney dogs with mustard and onions and no cheese, along with two orders of onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. We were told no onion rings, no problem we will take cheese sticks. When we received the order it was two foot longs with cheese ad no mustard or onions. when I explained to the young lady she said oh I'm sorry and took it back, a few seconds later she returned with the bag. She apologized and handed me the bag and I came home only to find out it was wrong again. Gas is too expensive to keep going back and forth.
Desired outcome: Please try and train the help better.
Supervisors
My daughter has worked at Sonic for the past few months and absolutely loves it. It is the one thing as a 16 year old that is a positive right now. However, there is a Supervisor there that obviously doesn’t like my 16 year old daughter and ended up calling her the N word a few days ago. Yes the N word. We have spoken to the manager, who is a very kind man, but it is a he said she said thing and he needs the supervisor so my daughter is out the door. I have watched this supervisor from my car let the door slam in her face and she feels worthless when around him. He has also slapped remaining food out of her hand when she accidentally dropped a tray and told her to pick it up. Another supervisor said I don’t even like her (my daughter). My daughter isn’t perfect. She has issues that the manager is aware of but these items we can’t overlook. This is outright bullying by adults and my husband and I are not ok with it. We have messaged the manager and his final thoughts are “no one said they heard this”. As a manager he needs to take a bigger stand as this is affecting
My daughter who is already struggling as she is adopted. This has come at the wrong time and is affecting her mentally because of the hateful words being said.

Our visit was a horrible experience. we waited the first time to receive our food a least 30 minutes. and then when we got the food the corndog was at best lukewarm, the tots were cold, the hamburger was lukewarm. we didnt get out drink. So we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes or so to get our order . you could tell that the tots were reheated, the burger was warm and the corn dog was moderately hot. And we still didnt get our drink.. We press the call button and informed the team member that we still hadnt gotten out drink. another 5 minutes waiting and then when we presented $20 to Natalie we were asked if we wanted our change, mind you the cost for food that was below par and the service was as well, was $12.54. Of course, we wanted our change back! we will not be patronizing your establishment moving forward. Your staff needs to be properly trained,

The shakes wasn't that good they was more watering then thick and why don't they ask if you want anything on them like wirp cream on them it cost me $39.00 for 9 of them it was the night of 4/9/22 Saturday I'll start going to hunt's to get my shakes for now on there better then Sonic's

Now my complaint is on 4/4/22 I ordered two large blast shakes from the capital heights md. Store I was charged $14 for them it took 30 minutes after the app said it would only be ten minutes so 40 to get them but after I drove off and was almost home I noticed the cups had started leaking they had little cracks in them all the way around I couldn't hold them or stop them from leaking all over my car so I had to throw them out and I would like my money back asap as fast as it was oozing over my car seat I would like that which I did not get to enjoy cheerfully refunded

I went to Danville Arkansas sonic store number 1939 and was treated horrible. Dakota the GM there now was so hateful and went from smoking straight to kitchen without washing her hands. Along with 2 others that seem to be really good buddies by the way they talked about nasty things. My drink was nasty tasting... not even what I ordered and my food was greasy and cold. When I said something about it she said. We cook everything fresh if u dont like it go somewhere else (not those exact words) and I heard her call me a [censored] to the other blonde girl... No wonder they dont ever have any business. No wonder everyone that is actually good and works quits. I wouldnt wish this place for anyone food wise or work as long as she is here. This place needs to get rid of the morning crew for sure. I wont be returning at all!
Desired outcome: Get a new GM One that actually works and knows what to do. Maybe bring some of the old crew back then the business is sure to pick up again

My boyfriend has been working at Sonic on Cartwright Road, for about 2 months now as a part time job. They overwork him 8-10 hours with no break. Period. He is the person that hands out the customers food in their cars, and lately its been very busy. Some customers get upset, and leave without their order. In this case, the manager said that for every order that a customer leaves without, he has to pay for. This is apparently policy (since they apparently can't cancel orders once they are set in the system) mind you, he gets absolutely NO food back in return or anything. He just hands over most of his tips. Today, it was $49 worth. Yesterday it was $21 and so forth. I know for a FACT this isn't right. Let me clarify. For every order a CUSTOMER, orders, then later cancels before it is handed to them or made, HE has to pay for, only for it to be thrown the in garbage. The manager complains that if he doesn't hand over it in cash, the till will be short. I work in retail, and I know damn well that orders can be voided off or canceled without any funds that the employee has to pay. He has lost out on HUNDREDS of dollars here. I truly believe this is illegal, and he is quitting today. Can someone please tell me what is going on?
