Constantly out of onion rings
For a business that's known for their "homemade onion rings" the Sonic north on Westwood in Poplar Bluff, Mo is out EVERY time you go. This has been a continuous thing for about a year. The first few times I thought it was strange but when it kept going on and on we started going across town to the Sonic south because they keep everything in stock. At times its inconvenient to drive out of our way just because Sonic north doesn't want to keep onion rings in stock (trying to cut cost maybe), really would like to know their reasoning behind this...

Service and wait time
I go to sonic all the time. Lately, when I've come up to the sonic on Blvd 26 in nrh, I've had to wait a really long time. This time I waited 30 minutes for a bag of ice and a medium peach tea. I did not get an apology for how long they made me wait. I'm not the type of person to complain but it is very frustrating to have to wait that long for 2 things.
Ice cream blast
We went to the McGregor sonic this afternoon and got a sonic blast with Reece PB cups and snickers, I came down with food poison a couple of hours later. McGregor sonic also did not give us very much candy in the blast, and service was very slow, took about 30 to get our food!

I realize this post is long and ask they you read it in it's entirety. The service was exceptionllay slow, an expection was provided and then failed, and the food was literally smashed.

We arrived, pressed the red button, and waited; it was busy so we had patience. We placed our order and waited. After another wait, a message appeared on the screen saying that "Evelyn was on her way". We waited 15-more minutes. Yes, they were busy and that is forgivable. However, my partner ordered a burger with nothing on it except meat, cheese, and dressings and some Tater Tots Cheese Med. I order a Jalapeno Cheeseburger. We got our order and drove home.
Once home and unpacking the meal, many problems arose. His burger, In it's entirety (meat and bread) was smushed down to 5/8". My Jalapeno Cheeseburger had two, count them, two pieces of lettuce about the size of a quarter, no onions, no tomatoes, nothing PLUS it was smushed down to where the buns on BOTH sides were 1/8" thick each!
I was so outraged about the delays (especially the 15+ minutes it took Evelyn to deliver the food) PLUS the burgers looked like crap - all smushed and mine was missing ingredients.
The tater tots had paper (guessing from the foil liner) that stuck to the top of all the tater. About half this smashed order was not edible due to the paper.
Oh, and by the way, when I called back yesterday evening for the manager to register my complaint, "the mailbox is full" and no one even bothered to answer the phone.
If I wanted CRAP, I would go to McDonald's! THIS was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY burger joint and I want to know what SONIC is going to do to make it right.

I contacted Sonic Corporate C/S and they tried to appease me with a discount on a future order - B.S. My meal should have been replaced totally without question.
Corporate said that they would have the local manager contact me direct - NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.
THIS IS THE TYPE SERVICE you can expect from SONIC!
Horrible, slow service
Service is extremely slow and Horrible. Have gores out of the drive thru several times). Other cars have left also. It shouldn't take over 20 minutes to get a soft drink. Today I ordered on the ap thinking it would be faster. I ordered 20 min before pick up, , I was 1 min late for pick up I waited over 30 min to get my order. I will not go back. I stopped at the Indian Trail Sonic on Hwy 74 today. I placed my order at 3:36. I ordered a Rt 44 Cranberry Limeade with no ice. 20 minutes later I still had no drink so I left. This is not the first time this has happened at that location. Not to long ago I placed a order for a grilled cheese sandwich and a Rt 44 Cranberry Limeade with no ice. I didn't get my order for over 30 minutes. I know it does not take that long to make a drink or a drink and sandwich. This is ridiculous. This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to.
Try sonic on zero st fort smith. I tried twice today never got an answer to order
Route 44 Sweet Tea
I have gotten sweet tea from this sonic 2 days in a row and there is hardly any ice in the drinks! One reason I get the route 44 is for the ice when I am done drinking the tea I like to eat the ice. I have no ice by the time I'm only half way through with the drink!
Desired outcome: Make them aware they need more Ice in the drinks.
Onion rings
Every time I go to sonic in Stamford Kentucky they never have onion rings! Maybe they should order more when they do their inventory. Hopefully me filing this complaint will help. Sonic onion rings are the BEST! Just hate going to sonic in Stanford because they are always out of onion rings!

I pulled in to a stall on [protected]. They seemed pretty busy. So I expected thee to be a little bit of a wait. I pushed the button, to order my usual large unsweetened tea, with raspberry flavor. I waged for 27 minutes, before pulling out and going to the neighboring business. Kinda, aggravated. So, I cane back threw the next day at 5:22pm. I noticed 4 cars in the stalls, and remembering what I went threw with this store yesterday. I decided to us me then drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker at 5:23pm. I waited until 5:27pm, for the young lady to finally take my drink order. I then pulled up to the window. That's where i could see what the issue was. Not one of those employees were working. 5 employees, just standing there talking laughing and carrying on. I then rolled my window down, knocked on the window. They all looked at me in shock. A young man walked over opened the window, and said, "I am sorry, she then pointed a a young lady and said, she is the one that's suppose to be doing drive thru. She laughed snd said, yeah, blame it all on me!" I then said, I just want my drink, and I am making a complaint. The young man that came to the window was very polite, and offered me the store number. I informed him that i was filing a complaint, he apologized, and handed me my drink, with no straw. It took them 37 minutes to provided me with service. The service there was terrible to say the least. The management needs some improvement, and the employees need to be a little more aware of the seriousness of there job descriptions.

Cheddar bites
It's dumb that cheddar bites are not on the sonic app. When I order through the app, show up for my drink and other items, it's all ready. Yet I have to push the button and wait for cheddar bites, if that's what I'm wanting. I can't order my meal on the app if I'm wanting cheddar bites as a side, because they don't have that as an option.
So dumb! What's the point of having an app for your food and drinks if you don't serve all the products on the app?!

I go to your sonic in texas city, TX regularly. However, I haven't been in 2 weeks due to your employees not wearing gloves or wearing the mask. I called in 2 weeks ago filed a complaint and did not hear back. So today I decided to go again...hoping the issue had been resolved. To my disbelief no one wore gloves and every single employee had their masks below their noses. I find this unacceptable considering the things going on in the world w covid. Makes me wonder how many times something has been spread from this location.
