description: the manager used verbal, physical, personal, and psychological harassment on more than one occasion and on the date that she harassed me she screamed at me to look at her and when I didn't she used her fingers to forcefully poke my shoulder to get her point clear, when I called her out on physical harassment she screamed at me saying I was disrespectful and told me to leave and that she didn't need someone like me to be working.
resolution: I would like for her to be fired or given a warning by the owner of the store

Had to set and listen while employee Eric H used F...word to YELL at someone in the back. At the same time a young mother was there with 2 small children under 5 and they had to put up with this demeaning act.
It seems odd to me that you have to have a complaint of over 350 char before anything will be done. sounds like you don't care what happens in your stores!

Taco Bell phone app

Your new Android app is the worst of all the food apps I've used. I liked it better in the WEB browser. Your app jumps around to different parts of the menu instead of flowing from top to bottom. Went coupons are loaded it removes them if you pick a pickup time out of happy hour which is for drinks not food. It also doubles your order and when you correct the count it removes the free item, not the pay item. Fix the app or go back to the WEB browser order menu.

The floors looked like they have never been cleaned. The windows are awful, and nothing has been wiped down. My husband and I went to eat supper and I have never seen it this dirty. It was hard to eat in there not knowing what the kitchen looks like. The service was fine and the food was good. Please try to clean this place up. Thank you for addressing this complaint.

Taco Bell service

I pulled up to the order box at 3:02PM, watched all of the cars in front of me receive their orders. At 3:15 called the store to ask if they weren't taking drive thru orders and the guy just said they're busy. Cars flew past me leaving the drive thru and one even pulled up the window to complain. Now at 3:23 I'm finally ordering my "fast food" that is literally going to make me late for work. This entire experience was completely unacceptable

I've been 4 times on my lunch break at work and every single time I went my food was either wrong and by the time i got to work I just noticed it and couldn't go back because lunch was over. Everytime a different person served me and they were all equally rude to be. Chunking my bag at me my food taste like it was made last week. This is very unacceptable. I asked for no sauce on any of the food, every single item is covered in tons of sauce, the items were not even wrapped up all the way, the sour cream and tomatoes were just in the bottom of the bag, I called over 10 times as soon as I got home and noticed all the food and no one would answer I wanted to explain this all to them, you pay $20 something dollars and it was ridiculous

Last time I was in this store the girl taking orders was talking on her cell phone while I was trying to order. Taco Bell mexican pizza

On 10/22/19 visited this new location and I ordered a Mexican pizza (daughter ordered a soft taco combo). Order 203222.

It was the worst Mexican pizza I ever ate. It tasted as though it was sprayed with a chemical. After only a couple bites, I threw it away.

I have been to this location twice at 8am and there has not been anyone in the location. Per the signage the location opens at 7am. Please advise the reason this location not being opened at 8am and even 830am. I have had to go to another fast food restaurant for my breakfast. Are you having staffing issues. Or, should the signage be corrected to your true operating hours?

Taco Bell no food and refused a refund

Taco Bell on north topeka Blvd in Topeka KS are thieves. They never gave me my food and refused to give my money back. I call corporate complaint department and was told a district manager Would call me. Never got that call. I guess taco bell would rather pay small claims court costs of $55 dollars. Plus my $7.45 refund than justrefunf my$7.45. This complaint will not resolve anything because lack of action by corporate 9n my complaint shows corporate is okay with local stores stealing from customers.

No more going to any yum brands restaurants for me.
