Went to Taco Bell on gallatin rd on oct 21. Sunday evening restaurant door was locked at 6 o'clock in evening. So had to go through drive thru. Was out of chalupas and would only let me do one order at a time when my sons girlfriend was getting a separate order. I asked why was the door locked and why could I only order one time. She said they were short staffed. Told me there was another Taco Bell on Dickerson rd sister. Rude. Something needs to be done with this Taco Bell. My friend went a couple weeks ago and they threw a coke all over her car. District manager called her and told her they all wouldn't have a job the next day. Apparently they are all still working with that attitude.

There were only 3 employees working and orders were slow. The person attending the register was new. They did not have any receipt paper so customers did not receive a receipt and said it was because they had a new manager and they were only helping out this location. The location of the Taco Bell is on veterans memorial before Antoine in Houston Texas. Food took about 7-8min to be taken to customers it wasn't even delivered on a tray. Horrible customer service experience. I would not visit this Taco Bell location anytime in the future unless employees were properly trained and the location was equipped with receipt paper.

We do like the food at Taco Bell but the paper bags used to pack the food are WAY too flimsy and on
2 occasions have broken when I picked up my order while on my way back home.
Could the Management consider using slightly thicker bags with handles so that customers can carry out their orders without spilling the contents on the floor?

worm in my food
I went to Taco Bell this morning at 9:15ish. I order a breakfast quesadilla and a grande scrambler and 4 shredded chicken mini quesadillas modified. A couple hours later when I went to eat my mini quesadillas I took a couple bites and looked down to put sauce on it and seen something weird so i opened it up and pull the thing out and it was a worm! I took pictures and put it into a small baggie and contacted the tacobell. thye told me to come in so i did. i brought the work and meat in a baggie and proceeded to show the GM who didnt seem concerned at all that his chicken had worms! he took the rest of my food and the worm from me and went on about his day!

My potatoes were undercooked, the service was slow, and the order taker was very rude and disrespectful . As i was ordering she kept interrupting me, then i asked her may i add something else she shouted "I got it". I can say that the young woman at the back window was very polite and made it clear that it wasn't her that had taken my order and she apologized and i feel like it was wrong of her to have to apologize for something she didn't do.

Hi my husband and went to Taco bell 7200 N. freeway, Fort Worth Texas 76137 on 10/21/2018 at 12.30 AM and there was a long take away queue. Cars in front of us were moving so slow that it took around 45 minutes for us to get a chance to place the order.
then after placing order again it took another around 20 more minutes to get our order ready. The guy who was serving told us that there were only two people to work there at that time. The experience was so pathetic.
Moreover, when we the quality of Taco's was horrible. the stuff inside was not fresh and the cover of the Taco was cold as it was in fridge for a long time.
Because I m a regular customer of Taco Bell it really disappointed me.

no meat inside product
Today on my lunch break, I went through the drive threw, I ordered one of the boxes that contain a chalupa a taco and cinnamon twist, and your drink, I had to wait approximately ten minutes, no one in front of me. When I got home with the food there was no meat in the chalupa, and maybe one tablespoon in the taco. I called and talked to someone and told her there was no meat, she told me I was incorrect, and that I could bring it back, for exchange, I had already blown half of my lunch, and did not have time to go back. She was very rude and continued to tell me it had meat, even though I was using a fork and showing my husband, there was no meat. I also had a problem a couple of weeks ago with cinnamon twists that tasted so bad I had to spit them out, tasted like old oil.

slow service, incorrect order
Came in at 12:23 pm, (lunchtime) one person working the counter, five people waiting to order. I saw one person making an order another one working the drive thru. It took approximately 4 minutes for someone to take my another 6 to received my order. Left to go home to dine with my family only to find out my order was missing special drink. Came back and waited another ten minutes to have the issue rectified. I don't think that I will return.

This is the second time in the last few weeks that i've been to this taco bell and they messed up my order every single time. Put tomatoes on when I don't want tomatoes I mean it's not rocket science! Btw i'm allergic to tomatoes! So not only they f-ed my order up again! The picture im sumiting is what I got! Went in, stood for 10 min before and service, all the food was completely wrong, my personal food had no meat, no cheese looked like total crap, took back up to front, they added sour cream and tomato's then rolled back up, manager never got up from his seat, other#218513, cashier, charles m, who had to get someone to open register just to give me my money, i've eaten here alot and never had service or food like this from this particular taco bell, definitely won't come back to this one, last time I checked it food contamination to had food back across counter, very disappointed, I ask for customer service number, took her 5 mins to comes back
mini quesarito??
I ordered 2 beef quesaritos and the drive through Gave me 4 mini little tacoshells covered in whats supposed to be a burrito. It looks like they dunked the shell in a [censored]ing sink before they even put the damn food together and they didn't bother even folding it so it looks like a pile of [censored] in tinfoil. If i peel it from the foil it just tears and it was basically ice cold when I got it. What the hell kind of store are they running!
nacho supreme rip off
I recently went to Taco Bell on 10/18/19, I ordered nacho supreme because the photo on the menu looked really good...When I got my order it was a very very small bowl with maybe 10 chips and a little squirt of sour cream, cheese and sauce, It did not look like the photo at all! The nacho supreme is a total rip off !
It would be nice if the food reflected the photographs and supreme means bigger not smaller . I would like a refund or a replacement of this item.

I am complaining about Taco Bell in Raleigh North Carolina. The management is very poor. The employees are great it's just poor management. I recieved the wrong order and the manager of the store was very rude. That store will know longer, get my business. When I came in the store to tell her that she got my order wrong she ignored the situation and just went in her office.

My Wife & I waited over 10 minutes to finally place our order in a near empty restaurant, albeit the drive thru had 4 cars waiting. when our order was received I opened my DOUBLE chalupa to find almost NO meat- all lettuce, I returned it to the counter and asked if this looked ok to her? her reply was ALL orders get one spoon of meat. So I asked to speak to the Manager, she said "I am the Manager" very nasty .she would not give her name, but an employee yelled from back - her name is Jarelys
I asked if she could please put the appropriate amount in the order, she grabbed the food from my hand, slammed it the garbage and stormed off! she returned 5 minutes later with another Chalupa.put in front of me & said Here. I opened it and there was absolutely no meat. I asked her for refund, I was told to leave & report her if I wanted to.
I don't want anything from this place ever again, & I'll not be recommending that Taco Bell to anyone. I have never had a more disturbing experience at any restaurant

I am writing to complain about the Grassfield Parkway, Chesapeake, VA Taco Bell. I placed my order with the app and never had any issues before. I get home and it is the wrong order with meat and nothing is correct. My boyfriend returns the order and they said oh that was an order that was wrong. Here is your order and he gets it home and there is meat on my order and still messed up. I am completely dissatisfied with the order. We tried calling to discuss it and it rings once and disconnects. I paid extra money for extra cheese on my nachos and no extra cheese either.

bad food
Yes I had just gotten a 12 pack of soft tacos and I had supreme softer tacos and my first taco I ate their was a rotten piece of Tomato in it and it was all black and looked moldy and nasty. I wouldn't of had a problem but since it was black and looked really nasty I'm now scared to eat the rest of my tacos. My boyfriend even looked at it and was grossed out to where he was then skeptical about eating the tacos he had.

I went to Sheboygan, WI South Business Drive Taco Bell for breakfast this morning. The menu showing did not have any breakfast items on it. So I asked the gentleman who was taking my order if they had breakfast. I told him nothing was showing up on the menu. He stated the motor was broken and was not switching from full menu to breakfast. He was helpful in telling me what they had for breakfast and I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage. There was 1 car in front of me waiting at the food pick-up window. I sat in line for approximately 10 minutes behind this car until they got their food. When I pulled up to the window, the gentleman working stated they were out of eggs and could make me a regular burrito if I wanted. Unfortunately, by this time I was already late for work and did not have time to wait for my food to be made so I did not get any food at all. Complete disappointment in the amount of time that was wasted and the unprofessional way the restaurant presents itself. This was around 8:30 a.m. How can you provide a breakfast menu and be out of eggs?

My girlfriend and I went to the Taco Bell located at 60 W Flatiron Crossing Dr, Broomfield, CO 80221. We pulled into the driv-thru line at 6:20pm Thursday 10/18/2018, It took 5 minutes to get to the order speaker, then we waited till 6:50pm in line, I finally pulled my vehicle around the patron in front of me and left, without getting our order that's a half hour, with no employee coming out to inform us as to the delay. Never has Taco Bell failed to give good and great service, this was completely unacceptable.

I complained to a young male staff member who agreed it was not good enough and walked off laughing. His name is Reese and is the same person that took our order.
I called him back and told him to fetch the store manager who finished what she was doing at the cash register and came over looked at what was served and had it replaced. Sadly the young man still seemed to find it amusing and continued to look up and laugh.
It was NO laughing matter had I been either a mystery shopper or a County Inspector doing a check it would have had serious consequences

My religion doesn't allow me to eat any kinds of meats. Even though when I came back to work with my order and started eating that, it was beef. I made a horrible sin by eating beef and my GOD & religion never forgive me because of your mistake. I went back to show that to the manager Carlos, he behaved not well, didn't gave me any complimentary service also he didn't agree that is beef. He was trying to convince me that it is just a piece by mistake but it was not. I have proof (Picture & Receipt) if you want. I wasted my one hour time which costs me 25$ & I puked and my health is not well now. I need to meet a doctor or I need to take rest to calm my mind and upto recover my health. Which costs me leave on my work, additionally it will cost money.
