drive through service
Just left taco bell (3/23/18) (10pm) On two occasions within the last week I've gone to the taco bell at 5141 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072. I've gone to the drive through twice and ordered food and a strawberry freeze and have been told that the freeze machine is down. On those same two occasions I received my food from the drive through and pulled around and parked and went inside and ordered the strawberry freeze inside. On those same two occasions I received the strawberry freeze when I go inside but not when I order it though the drive through the machine is down. Is it that hard to prepare a strawberry freeze and hand it through the drive though. Do I have to go inside every time I want a strawberry freeze. Customer service really sucks at this place. Employees have attitudes when you take too long to order through the drive through and the freeze machine is always down but only through the drive through not if you go inside. I guess that's why I stopped getting ice cream from McDonald's because the machine seems to always be down. If its that hard to get a product from your store then don't offer it or hire people that are going to see all of your products not just the onea that are easier to prepare. From a very angry customer. Please fix this problem.

I visited Location-031265 on 03/22/2018 12:54:36 pm. I stayed in the drive thru for 30 min. The only reason I didn't get out of the line was due to being stuck. This is really unacceptable. The young lady on the drive window was very pleasant and stated that they were understaffed. I'm not a Taco Bell regular customer, but in speaking to other persons that frequent this location, they all stated it's always ridiculous. Maybe not to the level that was exhibited today.

Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the staff was very rude. We had a pretty big order 40$, 17 items and the staff was complaining that it's too much and it might as well be 30 items, very rude staff. Will never be coming back. How could people get upset about getting business? And the store only had 5 people in it so it wasn't busy.

This is the second time that I have gone to the Clearlake Taco Bell in Cocoa, Fl 32926 and I now see a sign at the register that says there will be a 20 to 30 min wait or more to get food. The first time I waited over 15min on 03/12/18 at 4pm and asked for a refund and got it. Both times now going there I had ordered the 5 dollar box deal. It is obvious that my time and effort to get to your store does not mean anything, more less having to wait that long for any orders. david mcclain
unethical behavior
I have always had a very hard time ordering food from this location on late nights. Staff seems to always be rude and works poorly. I had another incident with this location tonight 03/20/2018 when I submitted multiple orders via online. I received multiple confirmation numbers for the orders and everything checked out ok. When I pulled up to the drive thru the staff seemed eager to close and responded simply with, "the orders don't appear on the computer". They were still open but the restaurant seemed closed with all the lights off. Manager seemed annoyed of me requesting for my food and thus getting upset with me. I had to proceed by not getting the orders of food we had submitted. I felt as if I was being lied to and felt as if the staff purposely canceled my orders.

The staff that was on was Less than professional. Talking loudly and goofing off and tossing food stuff back and forth between each other. One was laughing so loud talking about not getting paid enough to take care of his 8 children. I took notice of his name ( JayLind ) because he didn't look over 20 years old. He and his co-workers thought it was acceptable behavior. We also waited for quite a while for our order and the place was not busy. When my husband received our order his hard shell taco supremes were in pieces . He ate them with a fork. Maybe the staff was too busy tossing his food around also ? Who knows.

This location has not been open very long. With the handful of times I have visited, this location it has been horrible . Extremely slow drive thru service. On two separate occasions, they were physically out of key menu items. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time we were there because it was a new location. We had ordered 10 tacos. Out of the 10 tacos five of them Supreme. We got hard shell and not soft shell and they were not Supreme. When we called to tell them that they had made our order wrong we were told that we would have a credit for the next time we came in. However weeks later when we did go, they didn't have our name on file. We tried to talk to the male manager argued with us like this never even happened. We left & didn't purchase anything. Our daughter visited 1 week ago & it took approx 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru not at a peak time just to get three items. They even made her pull to the side. When we got home, the tostada had no meat on it. And the mini quesadilla was thrown together like a taco. (I have photos) it wasnt even editable. On another occasion, they weren't serving breakfast because they didn't have "eggs" or "sausage". My visit to this location today was the last straw. Yet again, no breakfast because out of key menu items. Why be open? Why advertise ? You would think that with a brand new location, the managers or owners of this franchise would choose to make every effort to give the best possible customer service. Instead, this is possibly the worst fast food restaurant ever. I will never go to this location again. In addition, I will think twice about visiting any taco bell locations clearly for the fact they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.

On a recent visit to a local Store when ordering from the drive through I was told that four of the five items I requested we're not available first I order a Mexican pizza the server responded that there were no tortilla shell available then I requested two chicken hard shell tacos again the server said that they had no chicken avalible, then I requested the new nacho fries at which time I was told that their normal size boxes as seen on TV commercials was not available but I order only to be disappointed, because the bag was the size of a reg small fry bag, and a half filled cheese cup.Then I wanted to get the new sciddle slush drink and it was not available either. So one last request for a chicken tostada and again the server sarcastically replied if we don't have chicken for the the chicken pizza we obviously don't have it for at tostada either.At which point I said just give me what you have that I order which was only a slushy lime drink.Then I proceeded to a competitivors Resterant to finish getting the rest of my families requests. I was very upset and very offended .This store has resently become very much incapable of filling order.They seem unstocked and unprepared to serve.

The Cashier was Rude and Disrespectful, she didn't give me my drink so I just left it alone after waiting, she dropped my money on the ground close the window and told me you owe this amount not only that I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and I didn't have no positive feedback such as I'm sorry that you had to wait so long, then she handed me my food and didn't say anything . I like Taco Bell but I understand if your having a bad day but that attitude or disrespect wasn't tolerated for because we all have bad days but that was unexceptional .

Taco Bell. 6301 college hill Rd mobile, ala 36609. On the night of 3/16/18 around 11:00 I visit the above Taco Bell. I was at the drive thru and ordered a #1 burrito supreme combo meal which was $6.75. When I got to the window the manager ask me did I order a stuff grilled chicken meal and I said NO. I said that's the wrong drink. That drink was blue and I ordered a Pepsi. She gave me a Pepsi. She then gave me the order any way and said here. The line was long so since I had already been waiting for 25minutes I pulled off and checked my order so the car behind me wouldn't have to wait any longer. When I realized that she gave me stuff grilled chicken I parked my truck and tried to go inside The drive thru was The only thing open. I then walk to the drive thru and ask thee vehicle that at the drive thru do they mind if I get my order correct while they are waiting on there order. The manager says that I might be a burglar. I then say I just came thru the drive thru and you gave me a stuff grilled chicken and I ordered a burrito supreme combo. The manager started laughing in my face took my receipt along with the wrong order and said that I have to get back in line again. The guy that was the drive thru said man she has an attitude. I said I know, believe gave me the wrong order on purpose. So I get back in line and it's about 7or 8 cars in front of me. I get to the window and the manager says WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG and laughs at me a 2nd time. I say can I please just have my money back. She then gives me $6.75 instead of the $7.25 that the stuff grilled chicken cost. So on top of giving me the wrong order she shorted me.50 cents. This kind of service is unacceptable. Now I realize what type of person I'm dealing with. I tell her how did you give me a refund if you didn't look at the receipt. IShe says I run this. I just drive off and except my losses I'm writing this because I don't want this to EVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE Thanks in advance

I went Into taco bell around 330 pm on march 17, 2018 they was one manager and 2 other employees work the girl doing drive Thury and front register was very polite and kind she looked like she was the manager but the guy wearing the manager shirt was not being a manger I got my food in a timley matter ...but It was all wrong I asked for an xlstuff burrito with no beans and rice I got nacho cheese beef and rice the rest of the ingredients were done right when I told the girl in the front I would like to speakto the person in charge she called the manager that a customer wanted to talk to a manger the manger that was on the line told her to say that he was busy he couldn't fix the problem right now so the girl in front I asked her her name, she said ashley I asked the managers name she said chris she apologized for the mistake and went upon herself to correct my problem cuz Chris didn't want to deal with it ...thank u Ashley for ur politeness and taking care of my problem...this, store needs people like her to be managers...

I was at the register at Taco Bell at 1885 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC 28803 on March 17, 2018 at 5 PM. No one was at the register. An employee saw me from the kitchen then disappeared. I walked over to find someone and saw a man with a headset on standing outside smoking and on a cellphone. Then someone outside shut the door. I waited in total of at least 10 minutes and no employ was in the building. Later the man with the"headphone" on came in the front door and said "sorry about that" and took my order. At that time 3 other employees came through the back door. The tables and floors were also in need of attention. The only reason I stayed was only because my granddaughter wanted something from there! Will not be back!

I went to Taco Bell on my lunch break on [protected] around 1pm and after waiting 15-20 to even receive my food it was cold and didn't taste good at all... when I went to the counter to ask for the manager she was very nasty and rude she was just like take her food and make it over... so I waited for about 8-10 minutes and just said can I have my money back... she was upset saying just give her her money back then better yet I'll give it to her out my pocket ... so she went into her wallet and gave me the money for my food... I felt belittled like she made it seemed like she was better than me or like I was wrong for wanting my money back because I couldn't wait for them to make it over... even before all that her and the staff seemed to be treating the young girl at the register with no respect at all when she seemed to be the only one there with any type of professionalize...this is the third time I went into this particular Taco Bell and the manager was in there loud and talking down to the paying customers she had a lot of attitude and it's not professional at all... the store was not clean there was dust all over the counter where the sodas and tops are located and every time I have eaten I. there I had to wipe my own table off... I feel if she focus more on that than being loud and rude towards people the store would look more presentable ... I don't have her name but she was a black slightly heavy set woman and is always in there around 1pm during the week when I take my lunch break... thanks in advance as for this is my second complaint filed and nothing has been done yet..
xxl steak burritos; food poisoning
At 7:25pm on3/15/18 we ordered 3 XXL Steak Burritos that made us ill as soon as we we're done eating them. Today we could not handle the stomach pain, throwing up, and severe diahreah so we went in to urgent care and were told what we already knew food poisoning. It was Taco Bell 000141. 3517 W. Glendale Ave, Phoenix Az 85051. Order 201440. It was me and my family who where ill. Please find out what happened.

We waited almost 30 mins for our meal. This is the second time this happened at thid location. Very unsatisfied. The guy that drop our food on the counter was very rude. I come here to Taco Bell to get my food and leave. I do not have the extra time to waste. I live on a very tight schedule. If this happens again I'm done with this place. I'm not the one to complain but this is ridiculous.

I called into Taco Bell and asked to speak to a certain employee because that person was the one who served me my food. But the person who picked up was extremely obnoxious rude and unhelpful in every way. Taco bell at 7110 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75231. Is charging than any other taco bell in dallas. Last few years been going here. On taco bell website their is a price list. These prices are the same at all taco bells in dallas apart from this one. Im very annoyed at this location overcharging I believe to be purposely. I dont know how much more I have been overcharged but I am very angry about this.
You didn't provide a picture of a receipt from a different Taco Bell with the same items ordered, so we have no proof to go off of. Just as well, they can charge whatever prices they want. If they are in a busier area that gets more business, they may fluctuate their prices to take advantage of that. You don't like it? Buy ingredients to make your own tacos at home for far less money. They'll also taste a hell of a lot better.

Food is never fresh after 5pm it shouldn't matter if its close to closing time or not food should still be fresh. My order was not fresh and the beef chalupa instead they gave me steak ughhhh bread was hard and cold and the fiesta potatoes was cold and old with hot cheese on the them its sad when u go to get hot and fresh food and end up with hour/2hour old food

I ordered my food online to be picked up at a Taco Bell on pacific st. In Santa Cruz, CA. When I got there to get my food there was a note in the drive-thru saying that they were closed due to illness I saw an employee inside mopping. She saw me at the drive-thru window but she ignored me and disappeared in the back. I waited at the drive-thru She peeked out again . Still I get no interaction. I ended up calling Taco Bell finally a man answers and I told him - - fine, I understand you're closed due to illness however I ordered online and I'm being charge on my debit card - he told me not to worry I wouldn't be charged and I believed him until two days later I realize that I was charged and he straight lied to my face over the phone me sitting in the drivethru for 15 minutes- waiting for just anyone to approach - sick due to illness really didn't matter they shoulda just had a sign saying incompetent workers left for the evening

I went into my Prunedale, CA location because the drive through was too long and there was no one in the store. I placed my order which was one cheese quesadilla with sour cream. After taking 10 minutes for the wine quesadilla they finally gave me my food. After they had gone through about 6 cars in the drive through. When I was driving home I ate it and none of the cheese was melted it was disgusting. Im so disappointed
