Taco Bell the freezes

The freezes are getting worse and worse you need to keep the strawberry starburst freeze and the rasberry airhead freeze because your new freezes like the skittles one are dicusting I bet others agree just at least bring back your best freeze the strawberry starburst freeze I miss it it was my favorite before you changed it I crude when I saw it wasn't on the menu haven't been the same since

Taco Bell product and service

Almost everyday I visit store number 004554 and they advertise the freeze which looks so delicious.. but I can never get one either they don't have it or it's broke everyday now for months..and today I ordered couldn't get a freeze and I also order two tacos Doritos shell completely broken into pieces and reg crunchy taco the shell was very stale.😡😡

Taco Bell bad attitudes

First off I quit my job because these employee are so disrespectful they are rude last night I turned in my uniform the restaurant was dirty. I still ordered my food I told Gerald my reason for quitting. It's just to much drama and I got tired of others sticking there hands in my register. The person who should give us the change should put it in our hand not shove it in our drawer. I as cashier should verify the change they give me but only one manager does that with me. Teiara Martin counts the money and makes me count it before I give her the big bills. The others don't do that. Night shift slacks at night the eat whatever they want and they get away with it but if it was one of the newer employees we would have gotten written up or fired. I don't like a unrespectful work place where everyone treats others like cramp. I do my best as I told Joseph last night I can't work in a environment where everyone is so disrespectful to others and talk trash without knowing that customers watch everything that goes on. I had many customers come to me outside of work to complain about bad attitudes, being very rude to them. Customers should come first they should be treated with respect ..

Taco Bell closing time

I arrived at my local Taco Bell in Charleston, IL at 2:40am or so. Today is Saturday April 1st. Taco bells closing time is 3a for the lobby, and 4a for the drive thru. I took several photos as I waited for upwards into 10 minutes at the drive thru with no answer. All the lights in the building were off save a couple in the kitchen/office area. A couple employees even came out to be caught on my camera. I've been a regular at this taco Bell for years now, and this is second time they've closed early this year! If you're ever in the area, just don't even bother thinking about late night taco Bell, if the order isn't right, they may not even be open.
I will be calling their corporate in the morning, this is ridiculous.

The same thing happened to me tonight, except I arrived at 9pm and was waiting in the drive thru line for half an hour. Finally, I was next in line to place an order. There were about 8 cars behind me. Then they abruptly turned off their lights and announced through the speaker that they’re now closed and they wouldn’t serve me. I’m extremely upset and have already placed an online complaint.

Taco Bell nacho cheese dorito taco supreme

I would like to file a formal complaint. It makes no sense to go through the drive through, place your order, for 4 Nacho Cheese Dorito Taco Supremes with no tomatoes, wait for 15 minutes, to then get your order and everyone on the shells are broken into pieces, thrown together and no sour cream. I'm so tired of this store. It's just one thing after another and it's just ridiculous. I stay on the opposite side of town and I don't have time to be driving all the way back over there for somebody careless disregard for someone order. Not to mention that they have the phone off the hook and you can't get through. My money is just as important as anybody else. The store number 030558 just needs to be closed if they can't do any better than that.

Taco Bell taco bell mobile app and missing food

I placed my order on the app to be picked up at 1091 N. 21st St., Newark, OH &paid for it by VISA Checkout. I sent my daughter, Shana, to pick it up. First, they argued with her that the order was not paid for. Eventually, they figured out that it had. Then when we finally got the order, we did not receive the $1 Nacho Fries that I ordered. I didn't find that out til we opened the bag at home.

Taco Bell multiple issues...

For the past 3 days in a row I've been taking my children to Taco Bell. 3 days ago we left with tacos they were barely filled with meat, a burrito that had 3 pieces of steak in it (it was the power burrito) and they forgot our Crunchwrap Supreme. Yesterday we got the four for four menu and the Sierra Mist was watered down the taco barely had any meat (it was 90% shell again). tonight the same thing happened with the tacos almost completely shell, hardly any meat or cheese and they forgot to add a quesadilla to our 4 for 4 for, along with the Gatorade being almost completely water.

Taco Bell the staff

This is the second morning I've went to Taco Bell in Morro Bay ca. The first morning meaning yesterday, I order food an got home 29 min away and seen it was wrong. I took it back of course using at least 15 dollars in gas for what Taco Bell did wrong. The lady at the counter argued with me for 7 min that she didn't make it wrong and I was wrong. I got really imbaresed cause there were people behind me and around me. I finally showed her the receipt. Proving I was right. She snickered an snaged the bag out my hand an said whatever we fix it. 40 min later I get my cold food. Ok. This morning the food was right but I couldn't hear her through the speaker whictch had a sign on it to pull forward because of maintaince everything and the same lady was hateful an rude and argued again with me that I was wrong. I'm sick of this [censor]. I won't be back. I'll go to McDonald's where I get treated like a person.

Taco Bell taco bell ardmore oklahoma

The Taco Bell in Ardmore Oklahoma consistently rips people off. This is about the 10th time and I'm not kidding by that, that this company has given us tacos that are 90% shell and 10% feeling. We have taken some pictures and are so tired of this that we are posting everywhere we can online about this horrible for esthetician. We are hoping to get a buzz going not only a social media but also online about Taco Bells lack of following up on there franchises to make sure that the portions are correct. Owners are saving a ton of money by selling a product that they don't even give you. If you want to look at the photo on my floating you will see that these tacos are so thin that the dang she'll actually touches LOL this is a terrible taco man I will show you a picture of what the website says their tacos look like and what you really get... Stay away from this place until they can start respecting their customers

Taco Bell drive thru order was missing three items.

My Son, My 3 nephews and Myself went through the drive-thru this past Sunday Night. March the 25th. It was kinda late and we were all tired from the drive back home from seeing My Aunt in the Huntsville AL. Hospital. When we arrived home and started to eat your late dinner, my Son had a chicken Quesadilla missing and the same was missing from My Nephews order. I was also missing an order of nachos and cheese. I went there tonight to explain my missing food to the Manager on duty. He just looked at Me like I was crazy. Shook his head and yelled to the cooks that he needed 2 Quesadillas. That made me very uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong. So when they brought me my bag, I said Thank You and left. I got home, and the 2 Quesadillas were in the bag for My Son and My Nephew, that I have been raising, but there were no nachos and cheese for Me. I hope you can see the principal of this and understand how disturbingly bad the customer service/satisfaction was to Me and my family.

Taco Bell 2 chicken quesdilla,2 chalupas, nacho frie

My food was horrible, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is my fourth time getting my food half prepared, wrong at that! room temperature food, I go to the one in Crestwood and Immediately taste and see the difference I love taco bell but this location has disappointed me too many times! I have no problem with them being friendly, I don't know if I'm coming to late I get off at 9 p.m I try not to come too late, I don't know what it is but I feel like I spend good money for my product to not meet it's goal which is to leave me satisfied taste buds fulfilled instead I'm trying to find another option to dine.

Taco Bell ceiling tile

Today March 26 I went in to eat a small meal at 1298 S Winchester Blvd
San Jose, CA 95128. I went to get some sauces when all of a sudden the ceiling tile cane off the roof. I realized that there was a leak & the tile became wet that ma why it fell off. If I was a little closer to where it fell I could have seriously gotten injured. Thank god there wasn't a kid because then he/she could have gotten a worst injury than me. Probably could have even slipped, they could at least clean up the mess instead of just leaving it a mess. Taco Bell fix your [censor] and prevent another [censor] accident like this.

Taco Bell food

We aren't at Taco Bell today. First off one person working front and back. Took about 10 min to have order taken. When finally got food it was cold the fries were so bad so I took in to ask for fresh ones. Was told they just made them. I politely said that may be true but all the food was cold. So they took fries and microwaved to warm which made them unedible. Ended up throwing our lunch out which was a taco burrito Mexican pizza meximelt and fries. Very disappointed.

Taco Bell customer service

I was at the Taco Bell at University and Colonel Glenn on March the 24 I was trying to pay for my order half cash the rest on my debit card the attendees she was snatching my money cursed me and threatened me bodily harm then another employee she jumped in and said she was her sister said they were going to call their auntie to come up and jump me I had my 17 year old son and my grandchild with me there bosses were telling them to stop but they kept saying ugly things to me and my son the manager said that he had just hired them and I suggested that he fired them for being evil the customer is all way right this was very abusive service I will not be going to that area again it was wrong to be abuse by young women

Taco Bell box $5

Unbelievable how mean this store has been. Heard from someone that the fact all the food comes out with way way less ingredients is because "the manager order", couple pictures was taken from the taco (hard) and the burrito just tossed into the trash because just a little bit ingredient inside. That was the special $5 box. In the other Taco (Revere), this people should get raise in their salary, kind people working there, and we have a decent food, should pick this one instead waste my time at this Taco Bell again in Everett, MA. If the management (directors) do not take any serious about the business from the local manager probably you will be out of business sooner. What a shame, this is the second time we have an issue in less than a month.

Taco Bell customer service, food, drive through time

I went to the Taco Bell on highland ave in clifton Ohio and got there at 1 am. I was in line for an hour and a half! This drive sucks because If it's taking too long you can't just leave, there m is a gate that prevents that so you're stuck. Once I got to the speaker the worker told me it's a 30 minute wait on beef. I kindly told her that that's ok because I'm vegetarian and require only beans on my food. The cashier rudely took my order and I proceeded to wait for a long time. When I finally got to the window my food was cold and when I asked for extra sauce she glared at me and shoved it in my bag. The cashier hurried me away and I was over the whole thing anyway and when I got home I saw that my order was wrong. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Like I said, the whole journey was an Hour and a half and I received cold food that I mostly threw away.

Taco Bell drive through window

To Whom it may concern,
I was just picking up some food at the Taco Bell on 1941 Main Street in Keller TX, 762448., I decided to go through th drive through, which was a mistake.
I ordered my food and paid at the window, I was directed to pull forward and sombode would bring the food out. The problem was that everyone in front of me and behind me got the sam directions. The parking lot had at last 5 waiting cars around the entrance the whole time I was waiting, that was 12 min. There was nobody inside eating at that time and no backup at the ordering, or the window you paid.
It seemed like the workers inside couldn't handle it.

Taco Bell wait time

I really like the Taco Bell tacos BUT the wait time is horrid! I looked up the store here in Windsor complaints and most of the complaints were for wait times of 45 minutes to an hour even after the lunch crowd. Maybe they need new management. I don't usually complain but I'm fed up ! Sometimes the tacos are stuck to the paper! Twice I was told, sorry for the wait time but usually nothing is said. We have only Taco Bell here in town so otherwise I have to drive down to Santa Rosa. I've always had good service there!

Taco Bell nasty environment

As my family and I were eating, an employee's friend or spouse came in with a child and laid him on the table to change his diaper. Wouldnt have been so bad but it was a poopy diaper and the stink was bad. She was loud and didnt care that my son and daughter ages 9 and 12 were setting not five feet away and started talking about how it was everywhere on his penis and balls. Now I do not like confrontation and I was seriously just trying to hold down my food so we just got up and left. Henryetta Ok Taco Bell has always been one of our first choice places to eat and has always been clean and very good service. Just felt the need to share this bad experience because the next people this happens in front of may not be very pleasant. Thank you for your time.

Taco Bell taco bell making fun of me behind counter telling other people

i was in the sugar creek taco bell last week my boyfriend was upset and crying so i was comforting him.one of the managers came up and told us to "stop making out this is a business"i didn't think to much of it we where not but we had before.but the next day my friend heard them talking about it making fun of us basically.then this week they tell us again and one of the employees told there sister who brought it up in front of a colleague of mine.this is NOT ok.if they are a "business" why are they talking [censor] on me? i am vary angry and am not going back they have embarrassed me for the last time! i respected what they said so why wont they respect me.
