I am complaining on the rude manager named nancy that did not want to give her last name.
I wanted to order the craving deal and up my order to a dorito taco supreme and the Manager NANCY SAID that no changes could be mad to the meal even if I paid extra. I had to pay for every item separately. I have done this at almost all locations except this one. Raised her voice and denied giving her last name. This was at I 35 in between beltline and peasant run in Lancaster, TX
interior decor, quality and quantity of food, availability of condiments
12/7/17 on said date at taco bell located at 19290 19th ave. covington, la. 70433 the decor at this location was a shock to myself and other members of our party. the chairs and tables were of bery poor quality, being old and wooden. the backwall against which the chairs were placed was corrugated tin. even the trash bin was wood. i ordered a taco salad for which no salsa was given and i had to ask for it. the other per in the party asked for diablo sauce and was told that they had forgotten to order it. the beans in my salad appeared to have been scraped from the bottom of the pot, being dried out. the portion of my salad was meager, the shell being only half full. this taco bell's entire business was very inferior to any other taco bell i have ever been to in all the years i have been frequenting them, as they are a favorite place of ours to eat. i am not exaggerating in any way and i will not ever go to that one again. if others go to those extremes, the business will go under. hope you heed this complaint.
nacho supreme
Me and daughters were at the Corona Taco Bell on 6th St. On Wednesday around 1:30 p.m. Me and my youngest daughter had nacho supreme. We both got sick. We are still sick. The meat in the nacho supreme looked like mush not the regular meat that is usually in it. It wasn't busy we had to wait along time to get our order. We used to eat there all the time. On Wednesday the food was horrible and the service was terrible. I think we got food poisoning which is not good.
customer service
I stopped by the Taco Bell location on Moorland Road in New Berlin this morning. Their drive through hours list that they start serving customers at 7am and I got there around 8am. I waited about 2-3 minutes at the drive through speaker trying to get a response from the employees and never got a response. I then drive around to the drive through window to see if anyone was in the building. I saw a man at the grill about 6 feet away from the window and honked my horn to try and get his attention. He ignored me and went about his business. I am very dissatisfied with being ignored while in a hurry to get to work.
not providing a receipt and missing over half a take out order and we live a great distance away
I am residing off Hartley Bridge Rd., My father in law drove to the Warner robins taco Bell off Watson Blvd. Where We are pretty regular drive through patrons although the drive there and back I kind of costly. (By regular patrons I mean usually at least 2 or 3 times a week). Tonight in particular after a long stressful day at a medical practioner's office, wee decided to make the trip and wait for our favorite fast food, even if we usually have to nuke it in the microwave when he comes back. We have guests and ordered a little more than usual, including a 12 pack soft taco box, 4 chicken burritos, and some other various items. As disappointing as it was when he arrived home, not only were the extra various items missing but so was some of the soft tacos...AND the RECEIPT¡! THIS is highly unsual and now we are ..w.aiting even longer as The restaurant's phone number seems to not be in service or operating. To say I am quite frankly highly pissed off is an understatement. This situation needs to be very promptly not only corrected but compensated for as well!
taco salad unfit to eat
Let me just start with, I have never submitted a complaint before. I was just at the Taco Bell in Tuscola, IL and ordered a taco salad and a Dr Pepper. When she handed it to me it was in a 2" deep box I'd never seen before and when I said, "that's not mine, I ordered a taco salad!" Her reply was, " we must be out of them." I thought ok, I have to get back to work so I'll give it a try. The shell was flattened in the box that should of been too small and by far the most offensive thing I have ever tasted. I asked a co-worker to try it and she spit it out because it was past horrible. As far as the contents, I ordered it without rice (who puts rice in a taco salad to start with, yuck!) So very little of everything else. To sum it up I paid $7.21 for the crappiest lunch I have ever had and I received less and paid more for it. With no time to take it back and dump it on their counter. Absolutely not happy, Brenda
breakfast taco/ poor service
My wife and I went to Taco Bell and purchased a large amount of breakfast tacos and the tacos were not wrapped and poorly stuffed into the bags at haste The guts of the taco was sausage egg and cheese the cheese tasted like it was a few days old the egg was wet and runny and the sausage was burnt I asked the manager to take to please inspect the order and I was told that that's how they all do it it's fine you only get what you get with a dollar I kindly ask her to refund my money and was politely told to get the [censor] out explaining more on that I asked for my money back as she said all sales are final will you please get out of my [censor] store this is in Clearlake California 95422 and I don't believe I will ever return to another tacobell within the greater California area
taco bell refusing to serve customers late at night
Taco Bell store located at 3356 Scott St, Houston, TX 77004 refuses to serve me on over 5 different seperate occasions through the drive through usually around 10pm and onward. I usually get off of work at this time and come to get food and the employees there always have a reason not to serve customers food. Oil spills, no product inventory, computer system down, etc. The employees there are either lying in order to refuse to work or the upper management is not doing their job at this taco bell location. On the few times that I am not denied service the employees there will say that only crunchy or soft tacos are available and nothing is on the menu. I never go during the day so I am not sure if this happens to other customers but for customers looking to have a late dinner at this taco bell location is nearly impossible. Lastly my visits to this taco bell are usually between 10pm and midnight and this location states its open till 1am on both website and physical location so refusal to serve customers on a consistent basis is also confusing.
portions
We went to Taco Bell and had a large order. Our order of nachos and "cheese" had about a tablespoon of cheese with it. Our " bean" burrito had about a tablespoon of beans. Just poor quality and small portions. Very disappointed. With a family of 5 nobody was too happy about their dinner. We usually don't have problems with Taco Bell but this was bad. The workers were really nice and I can't blame the ones taking the orders or money.
service
I went to the Davis Hwy Taco Bell in Pensacola, Florida today at lunch. My order number was 204. I waited and waited approximately 10 minutes. When they called 206 I went and asked what happened to order 204. They said they didn't show order 204. They had cleared it off the screen. I had to give them my receipt to show what I ordered and after another five minutes they still got the order wrong and forgot to give me the cinnamon twists.
payment
On December 6, 2017 at approx. 215pm I gave my son a 20$ bill which my other son who just went through surgery had received from his grandmother. I asked him to go to Taco Bell in Webster, MA and pick up some food for his lunch. My son proceeded to drive down to Taco Bell and place an order through the drive through. He handed the cashier the money and when she gave him the change my son immediately noticed it was not enough change. He let the cashier know that he had given her a 20$ bill. She then went and spoke to the manager who told my son that the drawer was only 3$ off so he was not telling the truth and only gave her a 10$ bill. My son explained that he only had the 20$ bill and was 100% sure he gave her a 20$ bill. The manager then asked him to come inside. My son then called me and explained everything. I asked to speak to the manager when he went inside. The manager got on the phone and told me that he had video evidence that it was a 10$ bill. I explained to him that I wanted to see the picture because I was absolutely positive how much money I gave my son. He then told me to feel free to come and see that he had a clear zoomed in picture of the money. I drove back to Taco Bell and when I got there they asked me to wait because he was still reviewing the video. I questioned this because on the phone he had clearly stated he had a clear picture of the money. After approx. 10 minutes a very nice man, who stated he was the team leader asked if I wanted a drink and said it would still be a bit. I declined and asked what he would still be reviewing since he had told me he already had proof that it was only a 10$ bill. He stated he was not sure. I asked him to please go back to the manager and tell him I would wait 5 more minutes and if he did not speak to me I would be reporting the store. A few minutes later I was asked to come back a view the video. After standing and looking at the video I actually thought the manager was joking. The entire image was blurred and there was almost no visual of the money. I questioned the manager and asked why he would tell me he had a picture and have me come down to the store when he clearly did not. He preceded to say " Come on now, you're really going to make me write up a cashier and go through all the reports for a small amount of change?" So after all this it came down to was your manager just simply did not want to be bothered to do his job. As I explained to him, I have no idea who the cashier is, but when my son questioned her and told her that he had given her a 20$ bill her response was " oh, you did?" so she clearly was no sure what she was handed. I explained to the manager that this was not about a few dollars but more about honestly and customer service and neither of them were represented well from the Taco Bell store today. We do not go there to often but now we will never go back. I would much rather support the other surrounding restaurants that have customer service that does not include, skimming of the customers. And a company that managers actual want to manage the company.

I ordered two crunchy SUPREME tacos and a bean burrito. I was charged for the two crunchy SUPREME tacos ($2.19 each) and one bean burrito (1.49). With tax the total came to $6.35. When I got home with my food I found two crunchy REGULAR tacos ($1.49 each according to the Taco Bell Menu) and one bean burrito. I realize that we are all only human and that a mistake was obviously made. The total should had been $4.84 (with tax) for what I ACTUALLY received. Lol ... I realize that I am not going to go broke over a $1.51, but I find it just a little annoying that they could not get my order correct and it ended up costing me. The employees have always been nice and perhaps they were having a tough night? IF I go back to this Taco Bell location, I will be watching them like a hawk and I will make an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT along with mentioning the exact Taco Bell location next time. We're going to let it slide this time.
mobile app
Last night Tuesday December 5th, I placed an order on taco bell's mobile app and went to the store at about midnight to pickup my food. They told me their system's down and aren't taking orders. I later checked my bank account and was charged $11 for food I had never received. If I could just at least get a partial refund of $10, then ill continue going to taco bell.
employees
Unqualified employees, often show up high if at all, especially during morning shifts. Unprofessional management that are too laid back and very rude to customers and threaten them when they have done something they do not like. When being interviewed, manager is not present and often send other employees to do so. 20-30 minute waits for food due to lack of training and employees present. Employees not penalized for not showing up/not calling off.
service and product
My friend and I went to the Taco Bell in Bloomsburg, PA and when we arrived they told us the restaurant was closed so they can have a party and that if we wanted food we would have to turn around and go through the drive thru. When we got back home all 3 of my taco's had no meat on them just lettuce and cheese and my friends chicken quesadilla had no chicken just cheese. Meanwhile we both paid to get meat with our order but did not receive any at all. We are furious that they did not allow us in to order because were going to pay separately but then had to figure out another way of payment because we were going to pay with our credit cards sepaerately. On top of that we did not receive what we ordered and could not take the 10 minute drive back to correct the order. Very dissatisfied for a customer who always goes to Taco Bell.
chili cheese burritos
Why is it that when you find something you love it is taken off the menu and marked as seasonal? Well can someone tell me which season the Chili Cheese Burrito is in? I have been in TB every season, winter, spring, summer, and fall and I have yet to see the CCB. It would be so generous of you TB to bring it back as a regular menu item. My husband doesn't like TB food but I love it and the CCB was the only thing I could get him to eat from TB. So if I want TB I better be going on my lunch break at work.
cinnamon twist
I enjoy the cinnamon twist. However, the Taco Bell in Monticello, Ky adds very little cinnamon. They are very bland. I have always asked for a side of cinnamon and received it. Today they said they couldn't do that because there wasn't a button for it. They could have charged me for an extra side of tomatoes or something. There should not be any reason a person can't order a side they want. I
bad service
I went to tacobell Dec 3 around 4:30 in mxcomb, ms placed my order at one window got to the other window for pickup and got my order it had the wrong sauce so i asked for another kind only to get nothing but attitude and she slammed the window closed in my face all because I wanted a different kind of sauce that was so unprofessional they need to train these young kids better than they do i will never go back to taco bell and will be advising others to do the same
spit in my food
my local taco belle is great. i have only had to go back once for a mess up on my order. when i received my doritos locos taco back it appeared to have a big slime on top of the lettuce. which was not sour cream. it was a young boy in the back i seen that kept peeking over the counter, i asked for his name and i was told jimmy. this being the only taco belle around i'm very upset and will not be returning of fear of my food being spit on.
manager
Today, [protected] at 416pm i went to taco bell. I ordered a supreme taco party pack. Instead i was charged for a regular taco party pack and an extra $9.60 to makr each taco supreme. I tried to talk to the manager who completely dismissed me. Tried to ask why i wasnt just charged for a supreme party pack. She was so rude. I will never go back there.
food and service
I went to the Taco Bell in Taylor Tx on 12/2 around 2:50 pm and ordered 6 burrito supremes with meat, cheese and beans only. Theses burritos were almost $3.00 apiece. When I arrive home and starting eating that I realized that there was hardly to no meat at all on the burritos. The kids food was the same. I call to speak to the manager to explain that I did not order bean burritos and so forth and before I could even finish he was very attacking and argumentative. When I asked he name - which he stated was Andy- he then said he could replace them. Very unprofessional as a manger. This is not a way to handle a customer that's spends over $20 for basically a bean burrito. I was so discussed that I do not want a replacement but management and service could be a lot better. I know management was replaced because of this. You might want to look at things again.
