Was at the Taco Bell in Hemet off Florida and Sanderson on Dec 2. Around 5 pm. Was there to buy gift cards after told that the Taco Bell in Menifee and Sun City are not participating in selling gift cards. Mind you I checked online before going to those stores. Information is incorrect online. At my third stop in Hemet, I was approach by a rude Manager Luz Sanchez. Register went down after I paid with my credit card and wasn't about to swipe the gift card. She told me it wasn't Charge but was very rude about explaining it to be despite my evidence on my mobile that the transaction went through. So no gift card and I was Charge with $20.

I ordered two spicy potato tacos at the drive through. I was given two beef tacos. I am vegetarian. I discovered the error 20 minutes later when I got home. I threw the food out. This was after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through to actually get the food. There were only three cars in front of me. Overall a very dissatisfied evperience. Never had a problem at this Taco Bell before.

Dec 2nd 2017 I went to the taco bell located at 121 and Paige road, behind Nebraska Furniture Mart.
I have been to this location many times. Every time I go it get worse and worse. Multiple times my food is missing. Today the management is super friendly but they forgot 4 of my items. I went back to tell them they provided the items. When I got home I found that all of my tacos had only a sample of filling. Not even a quarter of it was filled. I understand only 2 people showed up to work but I was very patient waiting inside. Some if the tables were dirty. The drink area was nasty and the condiment area wasn't filled.
It's sad, this is a nice area.

On 12/1/17 at 9:30 pm me and my wife went through the drive thru of taco bell order # 347673. Ok we arrived home both hard tacos were crushed the five layer burrito was like this : first two bites were nothing but sour cream the next bite was nothing but sour cream, finally open it up and all that was inside was sour cream. The cheesy Cordita crunch was missing the cheese. Well any way I didn't even get to tell this to the mgr. at store all she would say is this"how can I help you" every Tim I would try to tell her that's all she woul say. Then she had odneccity to hang up but before she did she said " when you figure out how can I help you call back". Now tell me this is that a proper procedure for a mgr. to do I don't think tHis was not the procedure she was to follow.

We talked to three people at drive through window telling them our order was wrong and it still came back wrong again and the manager refused to take it back and fix and demanded us to leave the window. The manger slammed window shut and our order never got completely right. I have never seen such bad service and not make it right! The place was full of smoke when we pulled up!

we ordered two burrito supreme's, we drove around and as soon as we got to the window the woman manning the window took our money, slammed the window and seconds later practically threw our bag with our order in it and slammed the window, no thank you, or anything. I checked to see if we had napkins (there were none) my husband tried to get her attention to ask for napkins, but was ignored. So we left.
We don't eat fast food very often, but when we do we enjoy a burrito from taco bell, but have never been treated so rudely.
This woman might have been a manager, because she had a blue and white checked blouse on.
We will never stop at this location ever again!

My wife and I decided to stop by Taco Bell on our way home (2 hours before the close of business). As well pulled into the drive thru, we notice the menu lights were turned completely off. We found it odd, but proceeded to the speaker because there were still cars in front of us receiving food. Typically, there's some form of greeting, and we know full well not to expect 5 star service from fast food, because let's not fool ourselves, it's fast food. But the person only responded with, "What?" A very rude tone with a strong attitude that defined the individual as someone who clearly didn't want to be there. We ignored it and proceeded with our order. I mentioned the lights were off and he ignored the statement. Luckily, we go to Taco Bell frequently, so I was able to list what I wanted. Every time I listed an item, he was quick to cut me off with, "Is that it?", when I clearly wasn't finished ordering. Again, I ignored the attitude. He then randomly asked what sauce I wanted with my food, but wasn't clear that he meant for a specific item. So when I said mild sauce, he yelled, "No! You want sour cream?" I was completely confused at this point. The majority of his sentences were in extremely broken English. He never gave my total when I completed my order, nor did he ask if my order was correct. He just said, "Pull up". When we arrived to the window he just grabbed the money out of my hand without giving a total and closed the window. He handed my food out the window and didn't even ask if I needed any condiments, and slammed the window. I wish I knew his name, but all I can recollect is he had a mustache and spoke very poor English. Unfortunately, many of my friends have had the same incident happen to them as well. I've even been told if it's 2 hours from closing and food isn't premade, he refuses to have it be made and claims they don't have it anymore; items such as a basic taco. Bottom line is my wife enjoy the Fox Lake Taco Bell and would love to continue to do business with them, but this particular experience put a bad taste in our mouths.

And then to threaten to slap the [censor] outta me... Wow.. Of course he wouldnt give me his name... But it was the night crew..9 30 pm. So shouldnt be gard to figure out lookin at there scedule to see who worked that shift... Seriously neerd to be handled..

I went to a Taco Bell in Henrietta, NY tonight (11/30/17) on Jefferson Road and ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme with NO tomatos. I was customer number 390238.
I visit Taco Bell locations pretty regularly (both at home and away at college) so this is a common request I make of the employees at Taco Bell. As shown in the photos I have submitted, I ordered no tomatoes and yet, when I began eating my food there were plenty of tomatoes on it. I assumed this was a simple request because of how accommodating the employees typically are when I ask this of them. Yet this is not the first time this has happened. I try not to be the person who complains very often but I felt like with such a simple request not being met, it should be called to attention. I visit this location frequently so I would like to be reimbursed for this crunch wrap (since the complaint form asks that you come up with a solution). Hopefully the employees can be spoken to and reminded to be careful of what ingredients go into each item based on what's requested. Thank you for your time.

Been to 7647 raeford road location twice between oct-nov 2017 is when these incidents took place. Store manager personally has a problem with me. She stays communicating about me to other employees expressing loudly enough for me to intervene. She always does her acts after my money is taken. First incident I had my daughter & baby cousin with me to which I congratulated her on what seemed to be a pregnancy (October); her response 'whats it to u' escalation went from there, she again communicated threats; second incident about 4 days ago to which I called 911; she followed me outside with fellow coworkers communicating threats & abscentities. I just found out I am 6 weeks pregnant, upon my appt november 29, 2017. My life has been threatened since last month. She calls herself asking the representing officer to 'ban' me, he laughed at the foolishness especially with her coworker admitting she starts with me upon visiting the location. Last name franklin, unsure of her first name. Shes the store manager, I heard. I am a manger myself and the professionalism displayed from her & fellow coworkers is absurd! I will be calling back until this matter is handled & she's out the door!

I have been eating Taco Bell for Over 20 Years Now and have NEVER come across a store like this one.
1. General Managers squirting other employees with sauces while customers wait on food.
2. Only take the exact change...Really? What store in America only takes exact change?
3. Its always Filthy, and the orders are NEVER right.
I feel sorry for the Owner of this particular store because they are losing A LOT of revenue due to POOR supervision of the employees and general management issues.
I will be blogging about this, its sad that after twenty years of my favorite food, I will NEVER step foot in another Taco Bell.

I went to Taco Bell for my family & grandkids after work to get dinner at the 555 W. 104th Ave. Northglenn CO 80234.
We were just kicked out of the store for going back in and asking for a manager to let her know our entire order of $37.00 was wrong! We video recorded the incident also. All we wanted was for them to correct the order! We had a large order and the majority was for kids so we asked for no onion and also a box meal, 12 burritos were flooded with onions and there was NO box meal!

On Monday November 20th 2017 around 3 in the afternoon, The Team Leader Ms. Abernathy had taken a pregnancy test at this location and had shared the positive results with fellow crew members. One Particular member had recently lost a pregnancy and has found issues with infertility. With this in mind the team leader had made a rather negative and hurtful statement to this crew member. Though gloating about such news is fine and well the manner in which she had distastefully spouted " forgot you have issues keeping those" to this young lady whoso suffering her loss is simply classless and unacceptable behavior! I myself have had a still born birth as recent as March 12th 2017. I found it hurtful to just hear and brings great emotion of sadness and flier as a Mother. For someone in the roll of a leader shouldn't be bulling or harassing another member for not having successful pregnancies but a voice of encouragement and to consider her feelings that her issues air still raw and current. Rubbing her(crew member) face in happiness and laughter about her loss DOES NOT MAKE HER A BETTER PERSON TOMORROW THAN SHE IS TODAY. Such a crewel act is in other areas of employment would be sighted as assault. I can only hope this lovely young lady ( the crew member) can find a better environment to grow in. I would also hope Ms. Abernathy can learn to be a leader which in my opinion could use a new class in her Adult roll as future Parent should she be lucky enough to carry to full term and have a healthy child. Good for you team leader, I remind you to be a better person tomorrow than you are today by being present in your words to all who can hear you.

Store #03290 Aloha Or. 11:18 AM. A vagrant with a skateboard was laid out in a booth passed out. Complained to order taker who said she had told manager but the manager didn't do anything about it. I ate my food as far away as possible while observing vagrant. He woke up and wandered over to soft drink machine. He appeared to be disoriented but returned to the booth and went back to sleep. I did not feel safe and was ready to head for the door if things went bad. The vagrant was still there 15 minutes later when I left. I called Taco Bell's 800 number to report my experience and was told someone would call me back. No response. IMHO the Taco Bell store manager doesn't care about store security and customers' safety and corporate management doesn't care about negative customer experiences.
$5.00 box deal
I ordered the $5.00 box and was only asked what kind of chicken i wanted. I get to window and was chd. $6.55. Of course i asked and was told they are not corperate so they dont have that deal. So they take upon themslves to give me the cheapest nastest box they could have made. It consist of 1 nacho ch taco, 1 crunchy taco and 1crispy chicken quesadilla and Med. drink. WHAT... this must cost $3.00, and tasted horrible. The ice in my drink didnt even jiggle in my cup. Im sorry bad choice of items. There s/b a burritto. That ruined my tsste for taco bell

My daughter went to Taco Bell on 11/26/2017 at 6:06:18 PM
and ordered a smothered burrito with no sour cream, no beans, and no rice, also cinnamon twist and a cup of nacho cheese sauce, along with 2 large blast freezies. What she received was a grilled stuffed burrito and an order of nachos, along with the 2 large freezies and the cinnamon twist, so they (my husband and her) pulled around to go inside to have the order co0rrected and this time they gave her the smothered burrito but forgot to take off the beans, the rice, and the sour cream... So my daughter once again had to tell them that they got her order wrong... they did fix it but they did not adjust the price. I know its not much but it is the principle. a cup of nacho cheese sauce is 50 cents and we were charged 1.39 for nachos which she did not order, and the grilled stuff burrito is more than a smothered burrito. I would like some sort of compensation for this please.

I am not one to leave a complaint, ever. I have left compliments, but never a complaint. Tonight I stopped at the Taco Bell location on Larkin Ave in Joliet, IL 60436 at 12:29am. As I approached the drive thru the 2 cars in front of me drove right through, past the speaker. As I came up to the speaker the woman said, "our systems are down for 15 mins, if you want to wait pull around to the parking lot." So I drive around no one is waiting. 3 more cars pull up to the speaker and then leave. I decide to take a quick ride and come back. I pull back up to the speaker 11 minutes later. The woman at the speaker says, "our systems are down, if you want to wait pull around to the parking lot." So I ask her, "How long will they be down for?" She says, "15 minutes!" I then tell her, "I was just here 11-12 minutes ago and you said 15 minutes then. Is it going to be another 15 minutes?" After a long pause she says, "Yuuup! I'm going to have someone look at it." Confused, I ask her "do you have Taco Bell's customer service number?" She says, "Nope! Don't know it!" I tell her "I will look it up and call them." She says, "Whatever. Go ahead then." I drive to the window and no one is at the window, register, or anywhere in the back. I drive around to the front and all 3 workers are laying around lounging on the seats and benches, looking at their phones. I pull my phone out to take a picture and they all sit up and the one woman in the middle starts waving and smiling. My husband, 4 children, and I used to go to Taco Bell a few times a week, whether it be for lunch or dinner. But it has been fewer and fewer times lately, as a result of the bad service and cold food we have received. I can honestly say, we will not be back for a very, very, very long time. There are way too many places with good service to waste our time and money on Taco Bell anymore. I really hope someone sees this and can fix the problem before you lose more customers.

The person in front of me got food. I then was told they closed and it was only 1 am. The employee the lied to me and said the have been closed and nobody had gotten food even tho I saw with my own eyes that the vehicle got food. This is the second time this has happened and I'm very upset and angry that I'm wasting my time and money coming here when I can just go to mcdonald's or cookout or sonic so I'm never goin back to this location.

Ordered two combos with no lettuce or tomatoes when I got home both combos had it on it do I called and for 33 minutes I was on hold and the 2nd time on hold for 24 minutes. So I never talked to a manager and I live a long way away so I have not got my problem solved and have wasted an hour and a half of my minutes I buy on a Taco Bell that doesn't care and think they are better than the customer as if my money doesn't pay their income. Store 026777 located in Colorado Springs and my date of service was 11/20/17. To date I still have not called and I need this resolved for I will protest and go to newspapers with my story. I know it is not your fault but the people running this store.
