Good day i just purchased pubg mobile unknown cash a few minutes back and when i went to redeem the code they said the code did expired it was not yet n few minutes

I am writing to inform you about ptw hub they dont treat me fairly as an ic. I have spend the Whole day on shift but none of any oders come to me and my associates done more than 10 orders on my presence. So when i logged a complain to hub manager khutso he just removed me from watsapp group and blocked me.

Paid for next day delivery, it did not happen

Was schedule to come a day later, Waited until 12 but had plans which is why I wanted the goods the day before. Rescheduled, putting me two days out on my project.

18 July return requested as phone did'nt want to swith of and couldn't use icons.

20 July product receive at returns for evaluation.

Pin was requested etc.

Return was declined but wasn't return to me.

parts that are shorting

I bought batteries that are a pack of two one item and they keep sending me only one battery, I sent it back twice and they only delivered one the third time

We purchased a Russell Hobbs Glass kettle 1.7 approx 2 weeks ago and the bottom of the kettle has turned a fowl brown in colour.

This kettle is still brand new and this should not be happening.

I have called Takealot several times with different extensions but to no avail.

I purchased a order from takelot however the item was defective and I made an enquiry to have it returned.i am still waiting for my outcome.the courier came to collect my item but since I have nothing to go on.i have been calling customer service every day I have been sending emails. I am so unhappy

First they delivered a usb cable instead of a lazer line level, then they delivered a smart watch with a lazer level sticker on. No they said the teturn product was damaged, i didnt return it properly, but i didnt open the watch.

I got a call from the delivery guy on 01/09/2023 around 15:20 he said he's getting lost I shld give him the right direction and that's what I did.. 5minutes later he decided to return with my parcel and he told me that he does not want to be hijacked... His contact number is [protected]

I ordered a five piece quilted bedspread from Takealot. The order was delayed and when I eventually received the package it was totally different from the picture which was advertised. The product I received look like someone made it at home and definitely not factory made. Totally different from what I have ordered and i am very disappointed.

My daughter ordered from takealot and paid for her order on 14 September 2023.

According to the Delivery tracking it was delivered yesterday morning, but nothing was delivered.

This is the third time that we did not receive our delivery as it was delivered at the wrong address.

On 09 September i made a refund until today on 21 September nothing i get and my sister ahe need medicine and i don't have other money

I rescheduled my delivery for next week 10th October 2023 and I have been getting smses saying it going to be delivered today, while on one is at home.

What will happen if they get here and it's my last reschedule for deliver. Previous time I was also not home.

I need my order rescheduled to the time and date I asked for please.

I sent a Samsung Watch for guarantee replacement as it was not charging

I did buy the airbrush 1 month ago by takealot and the lit on top is broken

I paid for same day delivery and the whole day went with not update on their website and the order was not delivered as agreed. I have paid a fee for them to deliver same day.

I bought fans on black friday and you just cancelled it without even talking to me? How dare you since I haveordered it since 25th November in this heat, not wanting to go buy extra fans! I am livid! What nonsens is this? I will never pay before I receive my goods ever again

We received the bed base on 19 December 2023. We cannot asseble the bed, because it doesn't have the correct amount of parts (screws) that is needed. So now we have to hope that we can find the correct screws at a building company and pay again.
