Please see below.

I need someone to look into this service. Christmas is a special part of the year and gifts are bought till the last day. I was told to collect my order and the collections department closes at 5pm. There was a string of cars and Takealot took no responsibility. They just allowed the security to shut the gate and tell people to leave. No information, no apology no resume date.

I called the call center for information instead of being rude to the security like everyone else. The consultant spoke to me like everything I said was a lie. The times on the email was wrong she says and I shouldn't have been there. BUT a woman came out and she was able to collect. her car was on the outside. Then another couple collected. So why the discrimination. It has been 20 minutes since she said she will contact me in 5min. I ran away from work to collect my gift. Now, I have to find something and I'm working till 5pm.

This really wrecked Christmas as the gift I bought still has to be engraved.

Please look into this.

I did not buy anything from them for ages. My shopping history is empty but on 14/12/2018 3 amounts of $9.66 was deducted from my BMO MASTERCARD Please help on the card it stated TAKEALOT.ZAF

Ordered a keyboard for my Son's Christmas present on 14th December. Dealing with lies and hundreds of calls/emails since.

I have a problem with my digital library, I unfortunately am not always able to call, but they give you no option for email. So because I cannot call, I cannot get this sorted. This is ridiculous in the digital age.

My pots arrived slightly damaged. I ignored it and ordered knife set. This too arrived with indentation / scratch marks.

I ordered car magnetic holder for my phone. It arrived and looked NOTHING like the image from which I decided to purchase it.

Needless to say I am highly disappointed.

I bought two taps from take alot, which I hired a plumber to install the first one was leaking and requested a return. Not even a month the second tap is now leaking and it has damaged my cupboards no one is willing to help. I bought them in June and no one is calling me or even attending to my query

I bought a nappy bag and the packing was filthy, the actual bag was dirty so i had to send it back. Since today i haven’t received my money back. I sent the bag on the 26th of July till today nothing from the supplier.

This is the second time Takealot sends me a used broken item, they are obviously incapable of doing their job. I'm so fed up with this kind of service I cant believe the poor quality control .But what can you expect its afrika eish sorry !

It is extremely disappointing to receive this item unwrapped or without a box... what am l paying the takealot service for?

How am l supposed to gift this as a birthday present in such a manner. There is absolutely no pride nor any dignity and care taken whilst transporting goods...

I bought a iPhone 8 after a few days notice the battery life was bad so took it back at the branch am still waiting for my refund it’s gone 10 days I know my refund will process with business days I JUST WANT MY REFUND BACK PLEASE

I bought microlab Bluetooth speaker on Tuesday 13 September 2022 and they said delivery will be on the 16 September, today it's the 16th but I did not get any updates that my item is on the way or the date of delivery is postponed.

the fitted plug is not a SA 3 pin Plug but a much smaller 3 pin Plug.

How am I supposed to plug this in for it to work.

I purchased it online from Takealot online.

this is totally unacceptable. How many other customers have you conned.

I ordered items on the website on the 1st November. They are going to make delivery on 21st! this is rediculu, 15 working days to deliver products from the same country!

might as well close shop! this is truly messed up!

On the 1st November 2022 I ordered the Biogain, self protector and 21st KEY on Mirror base with Diamante metal Angel and Photo frame. The parcel has been delivered but unfortunately I found that the 21st KEY was not included in the box. Please follow this.

I ordered a PS5 FIFA23 game and received a 2k23. I am seriously not happy considering I had to wait for more than a week for it to be delivered. It's not the first time so I am not ordering again at takealot. Worst of all the game delivered has scan print out of what I ordered.

I waited for a while as this item was the delay for my total order. It arrived this morning and the packaging of this item as indicated below looks second hand and tacky. I can't return it as it's a gift i bought specifically for my granddaughter so i have to patch the box to look better and it's not exactly a cheap item
