Takealot review: Refund/credit/return

I've been waiting since the 12th of September 2024 for my Xbox console which broke in the warranty period for either a replacement or a repair. after waiting 25 days they finally responded to me that they will be sending my console back to me in the same broken state and that I have to take it up with Microsoft directly. it's been a week since they gave me that information and I still haven't received my console from Takealot. I've emailed them on many occasions and I don't get any feedback and when I do get feedback it's not accurate or its after many days. I'm here still today without my console and nobody is getting back to me, and I just have no idea what I have to do anymore. I put in the request with Microsoft myself and I'm having Microsoft have to wait and keep rescheduling collection dates because Takealot has still not gave my console back to me yet. they've honestly just delayed this whole process because ultimately, they have actually done absolutely nothing other than waste a whole month of my time and now I'm still having to wait even more even after knowing they won't be doing anything to help me. I don't understand how after you've advised you won't help me its taking more than 5 days to return my BROKEN device to me. its completely disgusting and unacceptable.
