Laverne has been an utterly rude compliance staff member which should not be placed in a position to "resolve" problems as this is absolutely not het strength. She have NEVER given us a "WARNING" as she is mentioning and just suspends our account after it's now the peak season for business and she feels ABSOLUTELY nothing for sellers, bur rather wants to just suspend and block your account. She doesnt even try to resolve the situation, she doesnt consider what products you are selling, but rather just suspends the account. This is unacceptable. She has previously disabled a product which is sold in all stores, but she feels it's medical which in fact is NOT AT ALL and applies to all regulations from the medical board to be sold freely and we have added another product which we found under the Takealot catalog, so please tell me WHY i am not allowed to add a product that is ALREADY in the catalog?
If you are in compliance, you should work with your sellers and ensure that both has best interest, but rather she just suspends the account not thinking that you are running a business or have wages to pay and selling as SEASONAL product. This is UNFAIR - both us and TAKEALOT is loosing sales through an incompetent staff member?!
This employee should get trained properly in "compliance" and learn how to ASSIST clients in a better manner and try to help and resolve problems, not just suspending accounts, left right and center! and try punish them before even helping or guiding!
Claimed loss: SALES in Seasonal sales as well as selling of a numbing cream which is allowed to be sold on the platform!
