TapJoy vanishing rubies on farm town

I was awarded 13 rubies for completing a John Lewis survey on farm town. I completed an additional 1 ruby award for an achievement for swineherd I collected the 1 ruby reward for swineherd and ten rubies vanished which I was saving for cutting down trees on my next land purchase. The rubies just vanished went. No explanation from tapjoy they did nothing to explain why the rubies went missing

TapJoy virtual credits

Tapjoy will have you visit an advertiser and have you give them information so that you might get virtual currency to use in mobile games. However when I have completed many of these offers (quotes for insurance ect) they do not give the credits. Even when you submit proof in the form of screenshots they do not give the credits. I have even shown them when I was charged for a free trial, they still said I needed proof to get my credits. These people will rip you off any way that they can. BEWARE, do not trust them or their advertisers.

TapJoy missing diamonds

I play Covet fashion and signed up through Tapjoy to another website where if I spent £30 I would receive 21600 Diamonds. I have received nothing. I have filled in missing Diamonds form, emailed several times, wrote a massive letter of complaint, and even complained to the company I spent the money on, and Tapjoy have ignored me. Tapjoy can prove all transactions on their business platform that all these retailers etc used to sign up to Tapjoy to encourage more users etc. They are a joke. It's fraud, and will be reported as this. I also think every time they do not fulfill their part of the deal, we should officially complain to the business who expect them to get them customers. Bad press is bad for all.

I play covet as well... at least, I wanted to. Very few times have I had success at getting the 'diamonds' I have earned. Plus, sample-cube.com will not allow me to take ANY quizzes/surveys any longer. I am disqualified for every one, which of course forces me to buy diamonds if I wish to play. I did not lie on the surveys I took, and having 6 children, you'd think I could answer a lot of questions. I love playing the game but I do not enjoy being seen as a patsy. I agree with you that fraudulent practices are afoot! If it's a pay for play game, fine, then say that. Lying about surveys, refusing to reward diamonds earned, and then disqualifying for no reason is false, and yes, I think fraudulent. Thanks for your input, I couldn't agree more.

TapJoy purposefully making the ticket process a joke.

I completed an offer from oyosports for 4k diamonds. Its been over 30 days, several run around emails, and a complete lack of accountability on tapjoy part. The ticket system is a complete joke. It took 10 days for someone to email me. The ticket app was bugged out for two days.. They keep asking for the same info. Once they realize that your not going to go away they stop trying to delay the ticket and either completely ignore you or defer your problem to the company that you did the offer for. They try and make it seem like the company who's offer you completed is responsible for giving you the currency they know you are due. They are just hoping you will go away. I'm reporting killjoy to the bbb. This is fraud, they are stealing from people. This is the same method they use on everyone that i've talked to who's had to open a ticket for currency. I can not count how many times i've sent over all the required information... At least 5 times... ! Now they said they'll pass it on to oyo sports to verification. Which they've already said they'd do twice. They try and act like they can't release currency... What a joke.

TapJoy tapjoy with covet fashion

I have completed an offer on Covet Fashion via Tapjoy, but I havent received the reward yet, it has been more than 20 days since I completed the offer. I have sent all the proof asked by the agent and yet they seem to be ignoring my mails. I have mailed them several times and all the time they seem to ask me the issue all over again. Its really not such a big issue that Tapjoy is finding hard to resolve. Really Pathetic and Horrific experience from the customer care.

TapJoy covet fashion diamonds missing

I have completed an offer via Tapjoy some more than 20 days back and I haven't received the reward I was supposed to get. I have sent all the proof asked by their agent 10 days ago and still they are not able to resolve my issue, which is really not an issue. I have sent them several mails and messages but everytime they log a new ticket. They reply only once and after that I see all the new person and I have to explain them the issue all over again. Really horrific and pathetic experience from Tapjoy. NOT WORTH IT !

TapJoy tricks

First time i heard of this company i was like: Nice, let's try it out.
I did, first few offers went smoothly and i always got my rewards, but here it comes, the rewards i got were all around 1 or 2 gold for the Battle Camp game, so nothing big, but nice.

Then i saw an offer for 646 gold, i opened it went to Gala Bingo where the offer came from, registered and payed 20 euro's which was required, i even spend all of the 20 euro on the bingo site.

What did TapJoy, they flagged the offer as incomplete, what? yeah they did, and i can say goodbeye to my 20 euro's.

They trick you into buying stuff and then they won't give you ****

@TapJoy thanks but no thanks, last time i ever used you guys and i will definetly not recommend you buy friends and the internet

TapJoy dishonest untrustworthy corrupt

I would very much like to join in filing a lawsuit against TapJoy. Yes there really are that many complaints and more as my sister will never complain. I'm certain there are many others.
So I won't be awarded my missing virtual currency with a screenshot of the offer they post!
I asked for a supervisor 3 times and never got one. I filed a complaint with the FCC.

I too have had nothing but problems with TapJoy. They lure you in promising rewards for completion of surveys and offers. Some of the Free offers ask for money to complete so they are using bait ans switch sales tactics. They want and expect you to take screen shots to prove to them that you completed the offer, but this option isn't even available on my kindle. they will email you to death about claims tickets #'s who can keep track of multiple tickets and emails? I guess they do this in the hopes that it will be too much trouble and you will just give up. I would think that with so many complaints filed (over 20 pages and 300 complaints just on the BB website alone!) and shared online that the BBB or FCC would step in and shut them down. Until then I will continue to share my negative experiences and warn others about using TapJoy . They promise you in game currency for games you like to play, if you'll download and run new apps (mostly other games). You install and play with the new apps for awhile but do you ever get the game currency Tapjoy advertised that you would get? NO. What a JOKE and a cruddy company!

TapJoy not providing satisfactory result

It does not say anything about installing an app when I click on the offer, it says
1Register for mFortune and add it to your device homepage
Which i did
2Deposit £20
Which I did
3Play any casino game for your chance to win cash and loads of prizes
Which I did

Usually if app download is required, your offer takes me to the App Store to download app, this is very misleading as I does not say anywhere this is a requirement, if it had then that is what I would've done

Tapjoy is a company hates associated with video games. They offer you ways to earn cash and things to use during a game. They offer the currency I'd you buy things through a website or sign up for offers. I got 2 offers. One for hair products the other for Hulu streaming video. Tapjoy never gave me the credit or won't respond to my emails showing proof of purchase. They are a scam

TapJoy not delivering rewards

Signed uf for audible to receive free bucks for jurrassic park builder, completed all the actions and still didnt receive anything and no response from the "missing bucks" link.
Read about Tapjoys scams before but didnt think it was actually a reality.
Very disappointed avoid Tapjoy and their scams!

I have submitted 7 tapjoy tickets for non payment of awards, I have also reported them to the BBB and still no reponse. the customer service is horrible and now I find out it is run by a bunch of Muslim terrorists

TapJoy buisness fraud

Tap joy and all their bogus companies listed in google play golfbattle3d are fraudulant offers. Once you register and give your mostprivate info (Credit card, phone#etc. They want you to attach proof emails, then proceed to insist you recd. Your rewards when you haven't. This takes hours. When you mention complaint to bbb they ban your acct. You cant accept any offer for points. Total buisness frauds. If your intetestedgetting syo

Within hours of filing my complaint here I was contacted by a tap joy exec willing to do anything to shut me up.He had 2, 000 coins in my acct.in minuits and the other 18, 000 in an hour.You see ALL these these companies are scared [censored]less of the BBB, as they should be.Instead of jumping through every hoop they put in your way just go straight to BBB complaint.As such I must withdraw my complaint as they paid me my rewards and now have no case.

Someone should take legal action against this company if all of the other complaints around the web are true. I thought I was having problems with my account alone but it is clearly quite common. They lure you into buying things or downloading apps with promises of "currency" in various online/mobile games. You never get the currency. I'm guessing it work...

I completed an ad offer for Oregon Settler as a new customer to the 3rd party vendor. My reward was not honored, so I filed a claim. When I received my confirmation email the next day from the 3rd party vendor, I emailed tapjoy and offered my new membership number with the vendor to help expedite the claim. Never heard back although they claimed to email me...

TapJoy never plans to fulfill their agreements

I have for months been trying to get Tapjoy to fulfill their agreement with me. I was to be approoved for a Discover Card, which I did. In return I was to recieve 42 spins on the winspinwin wheel. Well, they give you the run around. When you send them information and proof of completion. They do not even contact you back. I call this fraud.

Total scam! I've completed 3 offers. Haven't received any reward points from Tapjoy. I've emailed them directly 3 separate times and NO response.
If there is a class action suit, I'm down!
I cannot understand why this scam company is allowed to do this and get away with it!

Agree wholeheartedly. Tapjoy is a scam. I completed an agreement and met all requirements. I sent them proof and their response was that they couldn't get proof from the purchaser (MACYs) on offer #2138304 and that if their website has issues or something went wrong it's MY fault. They then immediately block the e-mail so you can't even reply. I am going to make my life's work to ruin this company. Nowhere in their agreement does it say "complete an offer and we'll sent you points only if we feel like it". I have friends who just finished law school. I honestly think this should be a class action lawsuit. Anyone agree?

tTey also never honor their Netflix promotions either, even when you have proof, they tell you it is not proof they are looking for. The 'welcome' email sent from Netflix themselves apparently isn't enough.

TapJoy dishonest

I took an offer off of my iphone game which was orginized by tabjoy company as third party. After completion of the offer I received spam emails and phone calls right away and save the web page screen shot of my completion of the offer. I send everything to them with yet they still didn't give me my credit, which is maybe
A few dollars worth value (Just imagine if this was an actual big business deal).

TapJoy awful, awful service

An absolutely awful company, especially when customer service is involved. I completed an offer for cash which was incredibly simple and waited for my award, only I was never credited for my award and asked on several occasions why? When they finally responded a week and a half later they then requested proof of completion, so I sent them screen caps of the completed offer and yet nothing. No word. No email. No cash. No service from Tapjoy . It’s an awful company.

TapJoy awful service doesn't follow through with deals

An absolutely awful company, especially when customer service is involved. I completed an offer for free beans for signing up with gamefly and waited for my award, only I was never credited for my award and sent a couple of email...called? When they finally responded they then requested proof of completion... Wait a Second u guys should have the proof somewhere I did the sign up completed offer thru the link with my ipad or you can contact gamefly and confirm this. Why is this company giving me the run around. No customer service. No email. No beans. No service from Tapjoy. They dont answer their phone. It’s an awful company.

They sent me the same vague explanation in an email, saying I was suspended and they will not tell me as to why. I am guilty for emailing them everytime they didn't follow through on the reward for completing offers. The shear volume of emails is staggering because they only reward you 25% of the offers you complete, so I suppose it was easier to just get rid of me, so they can continue to make easy money from the people who don't bother to follow up on rewards not paid. Go to the BBB site and you'll see they are corrupt and ill equipped to conduct business.

TapJoy poor customer service

I completed an offer through a game in Facebook and did not get the credit that goes with it. I contacted through the only means (email) and am stilling exchanging email 1 1/2 months later. They respond only when I send a 2nd email asking for a response. My problem is apparently a malfunction in their linking system which shows no record of my completing the offer. They do not seem to be prepared to fix their problem and stand by their offer. Unless they step up to the plate, I won't do those offers again.

Big offers that have alot of gems up for grabs that require you to spend quite abit of time on things are completely ignored even when proof is sent they blank your messages, if I was you and you're looking for an answer as to why you're not getting your rewards I suggest you either stop using tapjoy or contact the game developers to use another service. /Rant
