store 8146 and staff unprofessional
Store number 8146 I believe located in a esso on 17 Ave in Calgary, Alberta. I writing this to complaint to you inform you that the staff are very unprofessional.they don't throw products when they suppose coffee and tea sit there for hours.the donuts, bagels, buns, muffins and etc get bake 4 in the morning and are kept till nine at night. The staff uses product that has been expire but the staff obviously doesn't care.the manger and supvisor as well as the general manager and owner are well aware of the problems the store has and also their coffee taste like [censor] I'm pretty sure it's the machine and if doesn't get fix my next step is to go the health board and get this Tim Hortons shut down because you are going get sued once someone finally does realize their food poisoning is from that Tim Hortons or another food born illness
service
Today, Thursday August 17, 2017, at 8:45 am, I visited Tim Hortons at 473 Concession St, Hamilton, ON, L9A 1C1. I had extra time before my appointment so I thought I would get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I was first in line waiting to be served as both servers were with customers. One server finished with her customer and I waited to be called over. Instead of serving me, the lady moved away and began to talk to another lady, who had already been looked after and was just waiting. They began to talk about pregnancy. This conversation continued for a while as the line up behind me grew. Finally, she came to serve me. I had to repeat my order because suddenly she was back to listening to the lady she chatted with. The server, sorry I didn't get her name, then looked at me blankly and I asked her if she was now ready to take my order. She didn't apologize either. I repeated my order. I have been to this location many times and they are very slow! Today's incident was ridiculous. I will probably not go back there again especially now that I received a new coffee location while I was at my appointment. I will definitely not recommend this location ever!
Another Tim Hortons location I frequent daily is on King Street in Westdale in Hamilton. They are the friendliest and quick serving location. That location will for sure get recommendations from me!
bagels not cooked & very bad service
I am writing this complaint about the Time Horton's in Brampton 4985 Ebenezer Rd. most the time their bagels not cooked proper is like piece of dough. I go to this location every morning when i order my food some time they make a mistake and give me the wrong bagel when the last time i compline about i am gotten the wrong bagel who was there to serve she was very rude said is not their problem i have to open and check my bagel every morning before i drive throw.
all tim horton's in the moncton, new brunswick area
I always get my coffee double cupped. I only take a quarter cream, and it is very hot, and the cups have a tendency to leak. A couple of weeks ago, I was told they were no longer ALLOWED to give me a double cup, I had to get a sleeve instead. This does not prevent the leaking. I asked if this was from Tim Horton's, or was it a directive from Corey Craig (who own all the franchises in the area). I was told it was from Corey Craig. At another location, I again tried to get a double cup. I was told by a very young employee that they had to sign a document stating that they wouldn't give out a second cup. If they are caught doing it three times, it would mean termination of their employment. I really think corporate should step in to address this situation. This is ridiculous. You have young employees who have to sign a "contract" about giving away an extra cup or risk losing their job?
caesar salad
Good afternoon this complain is about the Caesar salad at tim hortons Main Street stouffville Ontario.
I have bring buying this product and every single time my lettuce is not cut I get the long lettuce the bacon same they don't cut it
I'm guessing they do that so they don't used lot of lettuce and bacon as without cutting the food we get less,
I have attach a photo to proof
It will be nice if employees start putting little more effort and cut the food so customers can enjoy the item
food/service
I am writing this complaint about the Tim hortons in Thunder Bay airport in Thunder Bay, ON. The employees are always pleasant but the time it takes for them to prepare food and/or drinks is ridiculous. They have the slowest service in all of Thunder Bay, and everyone who I have spoke with thinks the same. I am a regular at this Tim Hortons (because I work at the airport) and EVERY time I buy coffee, the service is slow. And the staff will seem to run out of food and/or drinks everyday (bagels, donuts, soups, teas, sandwiches, buns etc) as well.
Please fix this problem because EVERYONE I know is really frustrated, including myself.
Ps..they seem to run out of earl grey tea every Thursday...
service is terrible
I have been driving from St. Thomas, Ontario to Toronto, Ontario for the past 8 Fridays and have stopped at the Cambridge North Travel Plaza Tim Horton's several times. First time I stopped I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar wrap and a glass of ice water (I don't drink coffee or tea). I asked for no tomato and was quite sharply told there isn't tomato on the grilled Caesar wrap. I was told I would get my cost when I got to the window which isn't a big deal but unusual. When I got to the window, I paid for my order and received my wrap. As I pulled away I realized I did not get my water. Strike number one. Then when I opened the wrap I discovered it was not grilled but breaded. Strike number two. Of course there was no way to go back so I ate the wrap without a drink. Not a happy customer.
Next time I stopped I ordered the grilled Caesar wrap again with ice water. Was told at that time their debit was not working so I would have to pay with either cash or credit card. Again, no big deal. Got to the window, paid and received my wrap but had to ask for the water. Strike three.
Next time I went through I was very definite when ordering that I wanted the wrap grilled and not battered. Also ordered potato wedges and water. Got to window, paid, got my order with the water and left. Opened the Caesar wrap only to find tomato on it! Strike four.
Yesterday I stopped at approximately 10:30 a.M. What a circus that was! I sat for at least 10-15 minutes before getting to the order window. There were 8 cars ahead of me so I didn't think too much of that. However, as I was waiting the cars were advancing to the pick up window but the car at the order window didn't move - for at least 10 minutes. Then I got to the order window, was told immediately that the debit was down again, ordered two Canadian Back Bacon on English muffin, a Boston Cream donut and ice water. I waited another 5-10 minutes to get to the pick up window - by now there were only 3 cars ahead of me and several people only got coffee. Not sure what can take so long. Once I got to the window I paid for my order, received my muffins, was asked what kind of donut I wanted and had to ask for water - again! I was soooooo aggravated by then I just took my order and left. The best part of the whole order was the ice water. Both muffins were lukewarm at best and the Canadian bacon was either highly disguised or was regular bacon. I realize Canadian bacon is more expensive than regular bacon so what? - are they cutting costs? Add that fact to the matter of the sandwiches being cold and I was even more unhappy. Then when I went to take the Boston cream donut out of the bag it had been given to me upside down and the chocolate topping was stuck to the bag - yummy! To add insult to injury they didn't bother giving any napkins. Strike five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten! I was furious and could not believe I had given this place so many chances to get an order right. That was my fault. Once I realized how poor their service was I should have just gone to one of the other restaurants in the plaza but I wanted to take advantage of the drive thru to save time. What a joke that turned out to be.
I have worked in the service industry for all my working life and I know this is no way to run a business. My opinion is that this location is in serious need of a good manager and assistant manager. It is very obvious to me there is very little training going on and/or product quality inspection done here. It is definitely a busy spot being on the 401 but that just means you are making lots of money and therefore should spend some of the profits in training good, extra staff. Sorry but I am not impressed and in fact I'm thoroughly disgusted to receive such service from a Tim Horton's.
The instructions say to provide a desirable resolution of my complaint. I will leave that up to your judgement and conscience.
coffee
Ordered the same coffee I order everyday. Received said coffee and continued to drink the coffee. I swallowed a small white piece of rubber which made me gag and vomit on myself. Fortunately I was able to pull over safely as I was driving to work. Not only did I ruin my shirt I was also late for work because I had to go home to change and shower off the vomit. This could have caused a car accident. I am not happy with this situation and would like to know what you guys will do to aid this issue.
store service
It is 11:20 p.m. I have been sitting at the Tim Hortons on Division Street for over an hour and your overnight employee is still nowhere to be found he's not in the store he's not in the parking lot he's in a different parking lot in a car with his friends anybody can walk in the store and steal all of the money and all of the products because the doors are all wide open and anybody can just walk in and help themselves to any money or product that they want.
long wait time
Aug. 12 at around 6:18 pm we went to the drive thru to get a quick coffee but waited for over 10 min in the line up while someone was waiting for their food, now to me a drive thru should be quick...in and out... if food/ a meal is required then the drive thru should NOT be the place to do it. Something to think about! (I'm sure you have heard this complaint more than once).
I had to get the car waiting to move so the car in front of us could get their order so we could get ours so as not to be late for my kids soccer game. When we got to the window we asked what the hold up was... the kid at window started to laugh and said "it was the sandwich counters fault"... really, do you need to cast the blame. When I got my ice coffee there was not ONE ice cube in it, "iced coffee" is was not!- thats how long we waited... it all melted.

I am currently homeless in the city of Prince George B.C and In B.C for the last month maybe month and a half it has been record highs with heat and the wildfires. So I came In here full well known I have no money to make a purchase and politely asked may i have a cup of ice water ? I was told by YOUR STAFF AT 15TH AND OSPIKA, because i had made no purchase prior i could not have one! I was utterly humiliated in front of other patrons in this location and will see that I NEVER in the entirety of my life and any others who will listen to NEVER EVER step foot in another Tim Horton again... I feel worse than I have ever felt 100% HUMILIATED.. You should take a harder look at who you have in your restaurants there is no excuse for this no amount of apologies from the staff at 15th and ospika in prince george b.c and corporate will ever amount to the a shame I was put through... sincerely CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL CHIAPPE
the owner of the store is very unprofessional and rude!
Hi my name is Shayla C Baker, I currently work at the Tim Hortons in Waterford off M59 and Cass lake rd, I have been there 3 years and I am currently still making minimum wage $8.90. I asked the owner of the store for a raise in a polite manner simply stating that I thought I was unfair that I make $8.90 after 3 years when legally you're suppose to get a raise after 3 months of working ! He called me in a very unprofessional way and screamed at me stating my personal business. He made me leave the store leaving his staff short and suspended me. The store is not very well managed I have been there 3 years and the drive thru window has not been working since I worked there. NONE of the camera's work at his store, We cannot clock in at the beginning or ending of our shift and we also don't get any breaks for working a 8 hour shift! Both our fridges are broke in the store so we cannot store our products such as Orange Juice, Apple Juice yogurt, water bottles etc. for the costumers to buy ! He refuses to pay time in a half if we work over 40 hours a week he will send out 2 checks instead. He currently only has 3 head sets in the last 6 months for all our workers. The toaster has been broken for 8 months ! He is also giving donuts away to a man everyday for bear hunting ! Every superior is getting paid a different amount and his store also fails almost all the audits that come in to check the meats and temperatures ! The store number is (5674) my number is [protected] my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Please contact me Thank you !

150 anniversary promotion
During my visits to Tim Hortons I won a free coffee and donut 'roll up the rim' . Recently when I went in to get my free coffee and donut, the manager at steeles and dufferin location said that the promotion has expired.
Nowhere on the winning coffee cup there was an expiry date that I could see. If Tim Hortons runs a promotion, the it should honor it.

redemption of roll up to win
I sent a complaint to you today about a bad experience with Tim Horton's. I am sending you my phone number and email address do that you can contact me to discuss this issue if you did not receive my previous filing of a complaint. My name is Martin Silver and the contact information that I supplied to you today was [protected] and email [protected]@rogers.com.
My call today was with Sabrina. I was very upset by this call and would appreciate hearing from another Tim's representative other than Sanrina who I hope can assist me in resolving my issue.
Thank You,

environmental
There is septic problem that I and thousands of customers have been subjected to when we use the the drive through, the odor is repulsive and illeagal not to not service the problem so many violations and this will have to be reported to the appropriate authorities seeing how this has been going on for over 6 months and nothing has been done to fix this. This is an utter slap in the face for customers to smell other peoples waste while ordering from this location, this completley unacceptable.
tim hortons defective k-cups
Dear Customer Service,
I purchased 2 boxes (18 count) of Tim Hortons 100% Arabica Original Blend coffee K-cups from Bed Bath and Beyond. This morning, 11Aug17, 2 of the K-cups did not dispense coffee from the Cuisinart coffee maker I use. This is already from the 2nd box I have bought. Instead, when i checked what happened, half of the foil seal of one of the cups came off leaving the plastic seal still intact. On the 2nd one, both the plastic and the foil seals burst open. Here are the codes evident on the side of the cups - [protected] 8 and 17.38
Unfortunately, i do not have a copy of my BBB receipt. Please send replacement K-cups. Thank you.

disgusting bagels
I sent a complaint on Aug 07, 2017 but still no one reply me.
Long story short, on Aug 06, 2017 at 10pm We purchased bagels n drinks in store @Store 1205 (2 Rue Racine, Casselman, Ontario K0A 1M0), then we ate in the car while we were driving back to Ottawa.
We found out the bagels that my 4 and 9 yrs old boys having were totally unacceptable and extremely disgusting, those were way over burnt. Since it was too dark and kids were hungry, they mostly ate the whole Black Burnt Bagel.
I felt very upset and angry about the service, I live Tim Horton's, and I trust the quality, but those Burnt Bagles are make me n my family really upset and mad.

pricing for a dozen donuts
I purchased a dozen donuts at the Tim Hortons in Clinton Township, MI on Garfield and 17 Mile road. I asked it to be packed 6 and 6 instead of 12. They charged me for 2 half dozens. Dozen is 7.99 and half dozen is 4.99. None the less they charged me 9.98 for a dozen. So $2 for a separate box. They would not budge because i asked to package my dozen into 2 separate boxes. Not good business sense! A dozen is a dozen if i purchase them in 2s, 4s, or 6s. Wasnt like i purchased them in separate transactions. I wouldnt mind if they said they would charge me 50 cents or something for a box or put the other half dozen in a bag. The supervisor said that is how she was instructed to handle this. Wont see me at this store again! Maybe I should just go back to Duncan Donuts.
