everything about location # 107551
We have had ENOUGH! LOCATION 2434 CLEARBROOK RD ABBOTSFORD BC. Last time we placed and order for two Bagel belts and two drinks, we get home and neither has egg. My husband drives back. And he gets attitude, girl takes them back gives him two new ones. One had no bacon. So, he goes back THIRD time. No apologies. Nothing. And gives him third one to replace first one.
Another time I got totally wrong coffee order and wrong sandwich totally... don’t know why we go back here, except its close.
TODAY. Order #409 drive thru we order two breakfast sandwiches on biscuit and one of them is a ripped torn partial top not even a full top of a biscuit. They must have eaten rest of it.
We will be leaving a google review. And will never shop at this tims ever again. Do they never give sleeves either anymore unless you ask? Are they mandated to take my order and tell me to drive ahead of window and wait. No ones behind me? Are they not supposed to cut a toasted bagel in half? They never ever ever do? I could go on and on...with issues on almost every order. Today we had enough. We are letting you know only a fraction of the issues we have with our local Tim’s.
Desired outcome: Make them accountable for their actions and service. Compensation of at least 2 free bagel belts and 1 xl coffee and 1 xl hot choclate
Is filthy dirty restaurant they are operating in Kingston Ontario we need the health department there
Is filthy dirty restaurant they are operating in Kingston Ontario we need the health department there! Filthy filthy filthy dirty bathrooms restaurant disgusting! Garbage fall out of toilet paper place hasn’t been washed or clean since probably it was opened.
The health department needs to be called they need to be shut down, I thought Tim Hortons had more control of their franchises!
Desired outcome: Shut it down! Take it away from the owners.
Mistreatment
I'm a former employee of Tom Hortons. And I have been yelled at I've been bullied, embarrased by one of my supervisors. This happened on July 28, 2021. On 2 occasions that day , the supervisor that was on duty. I asked to go on my break. He said no. Do I said ok. He then changed his mind and said go on your break but not in kind words. I was finishing up the tables, when he came back to the dining room and yelled. Go on your break. That I have 15 minutes. I usually have half hour because of my meds and eat. But he never let me.In front of customers.
Desired outcome: I would like this supervisor reprimanded, he shouldn't be treating co workers like this. I liked my job, but now I'm out of a job, lost of wages because of this. Scared to go to work because I didnt know what he told make me do.
Exit blocked by group of young men.
On Saturday, July 30th, 2022 my partner and I went to Tim Horton's at 670 Wonderland Road, North in London, Ontario, Canada.
We tried to leave by the exit but it was blocked by 7 young men on the walkway outside. Two were sitting in lawn chairs, others were leaning on nearby cars and one had a stick. We went out the entrance and I said to them "Why are you sitting there? You should move on." The one with the stick started to smack his hand with it and said to my partner "You better tell your woman to keep her mouth shut." My partner yelled "Don't even go there." We left.
There was something threatening about them and it was obvious their intentions were not good. This was not a good situation for the employees in the store or their manager.
Desired outcome: A response to me about your intentions for this store because it's my "go to" coffee place and as a senior, I'm less than anxious to return to it.
Incorrect order
Just went to Tim Horton in Kars Ontario canada and ordered 2 bacon turkey club meals and drove all the way back home and there is no bacon in the sandwiches?
I'm not one to complain as this is not the first time I've had issues but this is not acceptable.
This happened on the 30th of July.
It's just very dissapointing to pay for something (especially with the price of food these days) and not realize you don't have it until you get home..
Would appreciate some sort of compensation.

Desired outcome: Replace meals or at least the sandwiches
Service and product
We ordered 6 bagels, 6 coffees, 1 croissant, 1 muffin & 1 donut and supposedly one ice cap which they did not charge and We do not have time to line up again as it is too long. We waited about more than an hour. Out of the 6 bagels, 2 bagels are totally burned and unconsumable. There is only 1 person working in the cashier and he is a pretty chill guy. I understand they are very busy and we are waiting patiently so we until want to get our order correctly and eatable. they r not using paper to pick up danish that is un sanitary specially he is working from cash, to making coffee and giving donuts.Boston cream donut, the chocolate stucked to the paper so it no longer look like boston cream. For a morning service in port hope en route they do not have enough selection. No cookies…No croissant..not enough timbits and no special donut.
Desired outcome: Refund for the 2 bagels we couldn’t eat.
kids camp
please stop the total medical rights infringement to privacy! stop try requiring vaxx info and discriminating against some campers!
I have been boycotting tims since I became aware of this rights violation policy as has my family 30+ people and will continue to do so as well as discussing your discriminatory camp policy with people I meet!
thanks maria vandervegt oakville ontario
Desired outcome: stop this policy
Costumer service
I’m not usually one to complain but I recently went thru the drive thru, when they took my order they kept laughing thru out the headset and couldn’t get my order right but then I get to the window, I pay, I get my drink and it was made wrong and after they just tell me they are out of sugar, after they hand the ice coffe to me they inform me that they are out of sugar. I wait about 5 minutes for my bagel, I got the wrong bagel. Anyways I go into the restaurant and they all were laughing and proceeded to talk to one another and say that they knew it was the wrong one handed out and they proceeded to laugh and think it was a joke. I was truly nice about it but I did not even get an apology or refund. customer service was horrible, even worse then McDonald’s and that is saying something. thank you
Desired outcome: please try for better service
I had a drive thru order and was given a tea and I ordered a coffee
I ordered a bagel, donut and a double double at the drive thru. I got home and It was a tea. I filed a complaint. A month later someone form the location offered me a free coffee. I declined as I should have received a free combo breakfast meal. I have asked for head office to call me as well as the regional manager and no call. Below is what I get from Head Office. Below are the 2 e-mails that I get. Nobody will deal with the issue that is now 3 months old.
I am sorry that you have not been contacted, and this process has taken so long to resolve. I do not know why you have not been contacted to address and discuss your concerns. As I can not comment as to this, I have added your file to the escalation list, yet again, in hopes of getting the correct person to reach out to you.
As mentioned, we unfortunately can only have the ticket be escalated. This is the furthest we can have the ticket go. We cannot make any outward calls. Please let us know if you have yet to be contacted after 10 business days.
Desired outcome: At this point I think i deserve 3 breakfast meal combos as it is now 3 months and no resolve.
Service at TH located on Hwy 7 north of Georgetown .on
the service here on Sunday July 24th around 11:30 am was unacceptable.
I opted for this location instead of McDonalds in Acton.
The location was busy.
it took 10 minutes to get my order placed
It then took over 20minutes to get to the pay window. Ridiculously slow.
my order still wasn't ready. 5 more minutes for 2 Sausage and eggs on muffins with hash browns and bottled juices.
The hash browns were soft, one of the muffins was missing a piece. The eggs were just barely cooked enough.
At least the person at the window did say sorry for the delay
35mins is more than a delay.
Desired outcome: please refund and send a response thanks
Walnut crunch
We used to buy these every trip to Timmies and for years now they’ve been unavailable? Please reconsider reintroducing your wonderful walnut crunch again. You’re coming out with birthday donuts, Reese’s cheesecake donuts how about bring back a favourite one for those of us over 30? Please, thanks for your time , Cliff and Karen king , [protected]@outlook.com
Desired outcome: Reinstall the walnut crunch
Beeping coffee urns
We have been regular customers to Tim Hortons for many years, recently though the stores were supplied with new coffee makers and the constant beeping is so annoying, when asked if they could stop the beeping we are told that they are supposed to beep. So we now leave rather than stay and listen to the continual beeping. The beeping is hard on the ears so we leave and get our coffee elsewhere, the staff should be trained on how to insure that the beeping gets turned off. Lost a regular customer

Cleanliness
When into the Deer Lake, Nl, Canada. Tim Hortons on Monday July 18 2022 at around 7:30am. The bathrooms were deplorable. Rings around the toilets in female bathroom. They weren’t fit to sit on. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Floors in main eating area were very dirty as well. I always thought Tim’s were super clean but not this one. Well never eat here ever again.
Management
I am forward a picture of what is about one of your managers who beat up a native person in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. It has been on the news as well as all over Facebook is where I took this picture from. Please do what is right and fire this man. This is not what you are all about I am sure.
Thank You
Desired outcome: Please post to Facebook what you have done to recitfuy
Hot beverages
In one county, at the Pictou Tims a medium coffee is $2.15 ( taxes in) in the next County, Truro; Colchester county 20 mins away a medium coffee is $2.05 ( taxes in) As someone who goes to both in both counties I'm quite upset to be paying more at one than the other for the same product.
Desired outcome: Drop the price to 2.05 and make a public apology to the customers. Also, where has all the money been going??
Coffee prices differ between stores
I am from truro - small coffee $1.70, med is $2.05 & large is $2.30. My girlfriend lives in pictou and the coffee is $.05 more then truro... Why? this has been for at least 6 months now
Desired outcome: SAME PRICES
Cilantro chicken bowl
I ordered a Cilantro Chicken Bowl at the Tim Horton's in Lethbridge, at Sunridge Rd W. tonight and was asked if I wanted slow-cooked or crispy chicken. I asked for the slow-cooked. When I received my bowl the chicken was the crispy chicken. I went back to the staff to tell them and their only comment was, "Oh, we didn't have any slow-cooked chicken so we...

I spent 23 years in the public service as an emergency first responder, I have recently retired from the service, and as a result suffer from PTSD, Sunday July 17th was intended to be a nice leisurely day with my wife and daughter beginning with a quick trip to my local Tim Hortons drive thru (Store #6312) sadly it turned into anything but, instead it ended with me experiencing an episode of PTSD (which has been ongoing for over 24 hours now) brought on by the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the staff at store #6312.
We entered the drive thru line 11:00 am, it took 10 minutes to get to the order board to place our order, and another 10 minutes to get to the drive thru window. When we were finally provided the drink portion of our order (still waiting on 3 bagels and 1/2 dozen donuts) my wife leaned in from the passenger side of the vehicle and advised that we had been in line for 20 minutes, the girl at the window simply went "humpf" flung her hair back spun on her heal walked away and closed the window. This was only the beginning... My wife and I sat in the vehicle for another 5 minutes (we know to watch the clock with this Tim Hortons as this isn't the first complaint we have had to make to head office) before I had finally had enough of waiting and decided to blast the horn to get their attention (at this point I was angry), finally the window reopened, I was told with a significant amount of attitude from yet another employee that was unnecessary to do, (obviously it was because it got someone's attention and others began doing the same in line). I demanded a copy of my receipt, and to speak with the manager at that time. I was told with attitude "do you mean the assist manager?" I responded with "I don't care at this point, whoever in charge" my wife is now angry at this point with how everything is being handled having worked for Tim Hortons in her late teens and early 20's, and explained that this was unacceptable behavior and treatment. The window closed again. Moments later the window reopened I was handed my receipt by the original order taker, yelled by the second employee "here's your food order" while the assist manager was marching towards the window looking angry. My wife began explaining the situation to her when the assist manager yelled at her that she was in the back baking, that she was under staffed and that everyone was under stress, that's when I got mad and my PTSD kicked in. I yelled back at the manager who just yelled at my wife, "you want stress try working in the ER! and that I'm filing a complaint to corporate about both the experience as well as you", at which point she responded with "go right ahead, complain about me too, I don't care!" and marched away.
This is not the first complaint that my wife or I have lodged against this particular location, and yet nothing has ever been resolved, we have attempted to raise our concerns with the local store in question with no resolve, my wife's last complaint made to your corporate office resulted in a condescending, demoralizing and unprofessional email sent to my wife denying any wrong doing on behalf of the store by the "manager" although compensation was offered, my wife declined to accept it because she did not wish to be centered out as the person who lodged a complaint.
At one time this Tim Hortons was the ideal model of efficiency, one which I would often compliment and use as an example of how other businesses should operate, however I no longer feel this way. This particular location is now a prime example of everything that is wrong with the consumer experience today, management hide from public view, they no longer insure steady flow and allow the employees to act in whichever manner they care too. For example it was embarrassing to overhear a young man in his 20's say that he is going cry if a customer can't give their order while I was sitting at the drive thru window. When I did interact with a member of the management team over a valid complaint I was left feeling mad because of a dismissive and angry "me first attitude" by said manager.
I understand that people have bad days, but your staff (your entire staff) really to need to understand that they work in the hospitality industry, I can understand that it can be stressful, but it is still the hospitality industry, be hospitable to the people you are serving, understanding that you don't know what people are going through in there lives, that people are not coming to your store because it is an essential need for survival, but because they simply want to enjoy a quick meal or beverage. Your customers don't deserve to be left stranded in a drive thru line, treated poorly, or left feeling belittled.
Desired outcome: A complete and thorough review of services, an overhaul of the management team, and proper training and supervision at this location
Service and cleanliness at Aylmer Qc Vanier location
The cleanliness was terrible in the kitchen area. There were many items on the floor. The employees were growing garbage in garbage but so full it was falling on floor and they would leave it there. Let’s say I lost my appetite seriously g the state of the kitchen. In addition, the speed of service was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to get a toasted bagel which is crazy.
This occurred on July 16 at 10:10am.
Everything
What on earth has happened at Tim Hortons? I used to go in there several times a week, knowing I would get fast service, friendly staff and good food. Lately I go in and the stores are severely understaffed, the staff is no longer friendly (to the point of rudeness), my orders are almost always wrong, and it takes forever! And the quality and presentation of the food is going way downhill and sometimes they are out of many items. I’m sorry but a DONUT CHAIN should not have empty cases by noon!
Recently I went into my local Tim’s (6th St in New Westminster, BC). I ordered sandwich combos for myself and my two daughters. It was a full half-hour between walking into the store and receiving my food. my daughter’s order was wrong. And, early in the lunch hour, all bagels were gone, ingredients to make the sandwiches were gone, and donut supply was very low. On several other occasions, I have stood in line for several minutes we with no staff acknowledging me and I left and went to another coffee shop. This happens mostly at Tim Hortons stores in New Westminster and Burnaby, BC.
I realize I am only one customer, but again, I am a customer who used to go into Tim Horton’s several times a week, often with at least one child in tow. This means that I spent quite a lot of money a week at Tim Hortons. Now that money and my customer loyalty goes to Starbucks, Waves, or Blenz.
I am quite certain that you would tell me that Covid is to blame. However, Covid has been with us for nearly three years and most other restaurants in your industry are working at pre-Covid levels and standards. I do not understand why Tims cannot.
I am very sad to be writing this but as a lifelong Tim Hortons customer I want you to know my experiences. I hope that Tims can resume the service I and many other customers have come to expect and miss greatly.
Thank you for reading.
Desired outcome: More staff, sufficient to return to smooth operations of Tom Hortons restaurants.
