Employee
Hi I was at Stayner Tim Horton around 3:30 Thursday afternoon I ordered coffees the young lady told me to drive up to the window once I arrive there all the coffees are completely wrong so she redid the order again and I am asking her are they correct this time she was really rude she said well if you don’t think it’s me right take a look at it yourself I’ve been there a few times with the same girl working at the window paid her in cash for copies she did not return my change when I asked for my change back she got mad and rude again and said I just give it to you but she has not give me any change back I’ve been talking to a lot of friends and people are having a lot of problems with this lady
Desired outcome: This young lady was very rude I’m not happy at all with her service
Service
The cashier had attitude and inappropriate markings on her neck she didn't give us a chance to get the points. Think I will go to another Tim Hortons for now on. She needs to adjust her customer service While I was giving the orders to her and took a few mins she was giving looks She messed up on the orders. She didn't add Carmel to a few ice coffees. My coffee had sugar at the bottom of it and she threw a muffin on the counter
Desired outcome: This treatment isn't necessary at all Tell your employees if they are not happy to find another job without people involved
Coffee and bacon breakfaat sandwich
I am on a remote work site 7th July 2022 and went to the Tims location ar 4696 Yonge St, Dual business location it was about 7:30 AM. My order was 1 large Dark Roast with one cream plus a bacon breakfast sandwich. My coffee was a bit weak for a robust roast, I believe the different stores have their own brewing standards. So I just "grin and bare it". The breakfast sandwich was on stale english muffin, the egg contained egg shells. I was displeased with both of this products. The service was great fast and efficient. Products lack quality. Card 3YOOOM8XOPEG
Desired outcome: Consistency in all Tim Hortons products. Tim would have made sure the products were first class.
never have anything
i went to tim hortons intersaction intermodel and steels this afternoon, i ordered 3 things one at a time, but unfortunately they did not have anything for me. first i ordered farmers wrap, they said no we don’t have; secondly i choose regular caprese and the answer was no again. lastly i go with english muffin, and surprise the answer was no we don’t have. i was furious and i left. it disappointed me so much as i was hungry. if they don’t have anything to feed us, then told them to close the store. you can’t imagine the pain of hunger.
didnt get my order
July 1 at 12:00 pm, 2022. I ordered and paid for a cilantro breakfast wrap for $8.00 in the drive through at Departure Bay, Nanaimo, BC Tim Hortons. I waited a long time in drive through and then the employee told me to go park out front. So I parked where I thought I should and another customer yelled and swore at me for taking so long in the drive through line up. I left without getting my order because I was so embarrassed to be yelled and sworn at in front of people. My email is [protected]@icloud.com
Desired outcome: Money back or a coupon to get another one.
Service at Drive Thru, poor attitude of employee and store manager
On June 30 at approximately 230 pm went through the driveway at the Pembroke Ontario Home Depot Location owned by the McCluskey Group, I ordered 1 large french vanilla cold brew, 1 large classic lemonaid 1 large chocolate chill, a boston cream donut and a chocolate glazed donut, when I arrived at the window a young girl named "taylor" started handing me my items the order was wrong she was giving a me a frozen lemonaid, she stomped off and I literally mean stomped her feet and went and brought back a 3/4 full cup of lemonaid I asked her if she could fill the cup at least and she then proceeded to throw the bag of donuts at me, when she returned to the car I asked for her name and she walked away, I went into the restaurant to complain and was addressed by the absolutely most unprofessional store manager that I had ever met name allison, she proceeded to tell me that the employee had not thrown anything at me, the man in the store behind me was the same customer who was int he drive thru behind me who announced that yes she did in fact through it. The manager then began complaining that the store was busy and that they were understaffed and didnt appreciate us coming into complain. I reminded her that I was a customer that had been overcharged had food thrown at me by her employee and now she is excusing it because its busy. She told me that she would be happy if I never came back into your store again... I spend alot of money at Tim Hortons but can happily stop if this is the way I am going to be treated. I demanded an apology from the employee who was flippant and rude in a typical teen ager fashion, I advised the supposed store manager Allison that I would be contacting head office and speaking to them about the attitude of both herself and the employee and demanded to know the employees name ( who by the way was the most unprofessional looking individual with her multicolored hair and facial piercings) she gave me the name and told me to have fun that nobody was going to do anything and that I shouldnt come back to the store, because she didnt appreciate that I was bringing up this issue in front of all of the customers in the store who already all looked irritated at the horrendous service. The customer behind me who was also in to complain about the drive thru was ignored by the manager as she just walked away.
Desired outcome: I think both the employee and the manager should be terminated for disrespect to the customer and failing to follow the core values of your company, and I want the 16.10 that I paid to have food thrown at me returned
Sour or curtled classic lemonade
I drank a medium classic lemonade and proceeded to be sick the next day, the only thing I ate or drank that was different from everyother day was said lemonade. I worked at this location when this happened, so I took the opportunity to take pictures when possible. This picture was taken the day after I had my lemonade. I had tried bringing it to my supervisors attention who then brought it to the management who did nothing, they didnt even change out the product. Cold brew product is no better, every single time I order one I can see mold chuncks in my drink...I dont understand why this is such an issue as I have many many different pictures from different instances where the cold brew carft is actually moldy on the inside, this particular store is understaffed and not training properly and it shows in quality of services and products rendered.
Desired outcome: Health and safety inspection or at least an internal inspection
Service
On June 5, 2022 at approximately 11:45, we used the Tim hortons #4375 Emerald park, sk. We went inside. We noticed that for every one customer served inside, 6 cars went through drive through. The wait was long. We wanted potato soup. No potato soup. My husband ordered chilli and I ordered broccoli. After waiting again for our meals which would require no prep, I was told broccoli soup wasn’t ready. I didn’t want anything else so got a refund. A lot of waiting for nothing. And the chilli wasn’t good. Are walk in customers considered 2nd class? Sure felt like it. Haven’t gone back to Tim hortons since and probably won’t for awhile.
Desired outcome: Better service
Uncleanlinesses/ unprofessional
June 28th 2022 9pm Went into the Tim Hortons in Newcastle, Ontario address is 361 King Ave East Newcastle ON L1B 1H4 Canada With my 10 year old daughter. The young man working at the sandwich station wasn’t wearing gloves or washing his hands. Proceeded to bite his nails and touch his face then go back to making peoples food. He also repetitively yelled out the word “[censored]” with a dinning room full of customers.

I joined tim hortons by the end of april. I usually had the evening shifts but in the middle of may i had my fist morning shift and it was with supervisor Prabhjeet. I never got mad when any co-worker scold me because of the work becuase i knew i was new and i can make mistakes. But this lady went off topic and made harsh comments about me and my family. She made me cry and didn't even say sorry, instead pin pointed about my crying and said you are such a baby why are you crying? she even said did i shoot you that u are crying. She regularly commented on me even though i only worked part time but still her comments had mental trauma on me. I was so stressed that i always feared that i don't have any shifts with her. Whenever i thought about it, my hands literally shaked and i started panicking. I always used to cry after i get home from my shift because of this one lady. On june 20th, I had morning shift with her. I always used to do work on the beverage station but that day i had to learn about how to make soup and sandwiches. It was ony 10 minutes that i started my work but she started getting mad at me becuase i was slow and she started snatching things from my hand and passed rude comments to me and she even said loudely that, she is a burden to me. Why is she even here? It was becoming very hard me to take all these comments so i quit my job that day and i still have mental trauma of this and I am not able to find job becuase of this fear that everyone will behave the same way like her. I am new to Canada and I never thought that someone will mentally harass me in this great country.

Desired outcome: I had to quit my job

Misbehaviour by tim hortin staff member
To briefly state, there was a Tim Hortons one of staff member who badly misbehaved with me. She was a fat tall female with a black coloured top (she was not the one who took our order) who started showing me attitude by passing inappropriate answer of my asking order " is any one taking my order", when nobody was coming at the counter to take order for longer time. Her reply was with big attitude with anger towards me stating " customer is already ahead of you". it was just with great angry face and starred at me for no reason quite longer . is this the attitude towards the regular customer who comes frequently to tim hortins. below is the location of tim hortins
Address is : 103 Albert st, regina, sasketchewan.
I have put the pic of the staff member who misbehaved with me.
Desired outcome: keep the attitude and ego low towards the customer. because customer just needs attention not your anger.
Unethical behavior of managers and former managers involved in a job ban
On Friday, May 13, 2022, I ran into a former Tim Hortons manager at a Wendys Restaurant in Spruce Grove, Alberta. I explained to him and his wife of my problems finding full-time work. I asked him if I could get a letter of reference from him or his son. He kept his head down, kept looking at his food, and did not look at me in the eye and tell me why I could not find work. His wife bravely spoke up and "You better tell him why he can not get work." His face remained staring at the table. I now have enough evidence of a job ban being organized in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, Alberta.
I left a message with a reporter at CBC in Toronto about covering my story. I would like to hire a Private Investigator to look into this. With my evidence I will launch a $25 million lawsuit against your company and everybody else who is involved in this job ban.
Banning somebody from earning an goes against your 4c,
Desired outcome: Have former manager admit to wrongdoing
Service
563 Sherbourne is the worst Tim Hortons store in the history of Tim Hortons. Often they are understaffed and overwhelmed. NEVER do you get napkins when you order anything from the food menu. Yesterday we ordered 2 bagels both with cream cheese, both came with a bagel hole with cream cheese, there was barely a scratch of cream cheese on the bagel. It'...

Speak/learn English
I know this issue will probably not be resolved but I have to get it off my chest.. While it's great that the imigrants are working, my biggest biggest problem and frustration is.. That they should try and learn to speak better english.. And they can start by not speaking in hindi or pakistan or whatever to each other in front of customers. It's very rude for one thing, the other is that they will never learn english if they can continue to do so, they shout out orders to each other in thier own language etc. Yesterday while getting my order in the city on regent across from kp.. There was olnly 1 white girl working.. The rest all hindu, I felt so sorry for her as the other were all speaking shouting in hindu, around her, I found that ver ignorant.. I love and respect tim's but this is getting frustrating to me and others that I talk to.. I am a senior with hearing impairment, wearing a mask, talking thru plexi glass and have no idea half the time what they are asking me... I am sending this out to other businesses as well, not only tim's.. They want to be canadian than speak it, we already have to put up with thier customs.. Ty for listening.. Maybe just maybe something can be done..
Desired outcome: i'd appreciate a response
Incorrect order on several occasions for several years now
