Service
I visited the emerald city, Saskatchewan Tim hortons at about 11:30 am. I went inside (1st mistake). 6 cars in drive through were served for every one customer inside. This is not the first time we have encountered this. After waiting a long time we ordered potato soup (2nd mistake). No potato soup. Then my husband ordered chilli and I ordered broccoli (3rd and 4th mistake). No broccoli and the chilli was terrible. Plus we had to wait 5 minutes to get it. Are the walk in customers not considered important? We are turned off Tim’s.
Service
Hello:
Purchased our coffee and food at Wawa Tim Hortons. Refused to use washrooms by staff and told to go to Subway restaurant and use the washroom there. I shared with employee that I would be writing a review on this service and he said go ahead, while smiling and smirking. Terrible customer service. Date June 5, 2022 @5:24 pm.
My order of our coffee of two extra large was not even coffee but hot water with sweetener and milk, and was disgusting.
Desired outcome: For our inconvenience and lack of customer service a $25 gift to compensate.
The product was excellent, complaining about the service and cleanliness
We visited 2 of your cafes Wed 18th May and Thur 19th May in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The first one at Connswater Shopping Centre tables and floors were dirty and I went to use the disabled toilet which I couldn't possibly use there was urine over the floor and the toilet seat was disgusting. The cafe itself the floor needed cleaned and staff couldn't be bothered, didn't want to be there.
On 19th we visited the one in Fountain Lane thinking because it was the City centre it would be different. Same complaints there also, dirty toilets and cafe not clean. This does not show Tim Hortons in a very good light, especially for tourists.
My name is Hazel Mains and you can email me [protected]@outlook.com
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.
Worked at Tim Hortons in Alberta. Lasted 1 week. It was awful as 60 % of the staff Philippineo. The workers pretended constantly to not understand me and I had to chase them around to get an answer that was usually VERY misleading and USUALLY ended up on a wild goose chase in the department I was working in with them saying WHAT'S the MATTER ? Are you CONFUSED. VERY disappointed that this is ALLOWED to continue. VERY SAD. VERY VERY DISAPOINTED with Tim Hortons. Not angry or resentful. Just VERY saddened that this is allowed to continue here in Canada or ANY country being is GREATLY reflects a NEGATIVE light on this once Great environment to have a coffee in.
Food Service
I went to Tim Horton's on Seymour in North Bay today and the cashier was very nice and friendly and helpful. When I was ordering my everything bagel to be well toasted and not black, she said that she was putting it in the notes for the one prepping it to see what I wanted. As soon as the one prepping the bagel got all insulted and told me that she didn't understand what I wanted. I then told her that I didn't want to have the bagel double toasted because it's black and I can't consume that, I just want to make sure that it's nice golden brown. She then told me that that they don't do that there and you get what you get and that's it. The cashier kept on apologizing to me for her behavior and then the food prepping the food kept on going off to the other girls working there in a loud voice saying can you believe this that she's asking for a well done bagel and laughing about it. I was never so embarrassed in my life. I was going to this restaurant for over 20 years and never did I get treatment like this before. This happened on Sunday May 22nd at approximately 12:05 pm. It's sure that if I ever see her serving again I'll just walk out and go elsewhere. No one should get this kind of treatment.
knowledge of employees
first employee didn't know anything about me using my points to pay , i have until May 31 or i loose 150 points. ended up paying for order . order a reg chilli to go, go home to find 3 packs of butter but no bun. this was the Tim Hortons on Applecross Rd in Nanaimo BC .. hope to find another Hortons by May 31 that knows their promotions . This occurred on may 22, 2022 around 3:30 pm
Desired outcome: don't want to loose points because staff don't know what to do . don't delete my points at end of May31,2022
Product and service
I purchased a tea a muffin a s’mores medium drink and the new lime cilantro chicken grilled sandwich.
The tea and muffin were ok but the s’mores drink had a hair laying on top of cream at top of cup. My sandwich on my first bite had a long hair stuck or fried on the chicken. I returned it and the staff exchanged it for another sandwich that was not grilled and the drink was smaller.
Running a food business myself the staff was not very apologetic.
Desired outcome: I should have been offered money back and rrr we placement of items at no cost or in the very least coupons to get free items at another visit
Cleaning in Trail,BC restaurant
It is disgusting that a restaurant can be so dirty. The floors are rarely swept. The tables are also rarely cleaned . There is garbage everywhere. Employees take up tables when customers have no where to sit. Employees are extremely noisy constantly yelling at each other. Since it is 20 miles to the next “Tim’s” we are forced to go to this one. It’s a minor thing but they are constantly out of donuts that I like. Since changing personal it has steadily gone downhill.
Erie pa peach st store closed sunday may 15th 7pm
Driving back to Canada Sunday May 15 2022 at 7pm decided to stop at Tims store on Peach St north of I4 in Erie Pa... Once there found store was closed and locked... I have been to this location before and found it lacking from other Tims in Canada and the US.. Even though the signs on the door indicated it was to be open... Some how this franchisee is not living up to the good name of your brand...
Desired outcome: Have a Manager try to turn this place around...
Camp day medical trial
I will not be a patron anymore. Your decision to only allow vaccinated children into your camps has swayed my decision to stop buying from you shops. The covid 19 vaccine is still experimental and does not have full FDA accreditation. Your decision has and will effect many people. It is a poor decision to coerce families into participating in a medical trial.
Desired outcome: remove your mandate
Discrimination against children’s medical status!
I am writing a complaint in regards to your utterly disgusting & deeply disturbing discrimination against children’s medical choice & status! ESPECIALLY knowing the dangers & adverse side effects that are being released to the public. I will never set foot in or support another Tim’s as long as I live. You should be ashamed. These children need to be protected from exactly people & businesses like yourselves.
Food Qaulity
I went to get breakfast the sandwich was luke warm and hashbrown was cold hard as if sitting in a warmer.
I called and the Manager on duty was nice letting me know she would replace it anytime while letting me know it was just 2 of them and they were getting fresh put down right now.
as a former food service worker, I found that appalling to say that to a paying customer, as if that made passing out food that was not editable ok and I should understand.
She basically told me thanks for letting me take your money now please understand you risk getting old food while we are understaffed and be ok with it.
I will never go back to your place and will never send anyone else there either.
Desired outcome: Refund of money since that was not an option given to me.
Customer service
Bought Coffee Friday morning paid large coffee without realized I’m using my points in my apps I supposeD to have free coffee by using apps
The camp vax status
As you know, your camp that goes on every year for children in under served communities is requiring vaccination for attendance. I believe this is very wrong as children have missed out on so much these past few years and should not be barred from an incredible experience due to their personal health decision. At the time of the convoy in Ottawa, I noticed stickers on the windows of many of your stores quoting "We support truckers." If this were true, you were supporting the fight against vaccine and mask mandates. Yet here you are on the other side, enforcing the vaccine for children to enjoy a wonderful camping trip. So where do you stand? I stand with the Boycott Tim Hortons Movement and will happily go to McDonalds if this is how you will treat your fellow Canadians.
Desired outcome: I would greatly appreciate to know where you stand and that the mandate for vaxxed children be dropped to attend your camp.
Everything
Mandatory vaccines for camp? Oh, you guys phucked up, and phucked up hard. 1, who tf stuck their kids that garbage? 2, it is not a vaccine in every sense of the word! Still get sick, carry it and transmit it. Why have you chosen to do this? You've just lost a whole mess of business. And because you are so soft I couldn't use strong words as the email wouldn't send. Your coffee blows btw. Brown warm water...
Desired outcome: Change of Management Overall.
About there wifi not working at all for a while
I am a customer that goes to Tim Horton’s in Picton ON. But when i try to get on the wifi it takes a while then it will show you are connected. But after a while it will say on my no internet. That happens to a lot people who come into Tim Horton’s for a drink. And they can not get wifi to work for them. And this has been going on and off for about a few months now. And I like going there we’re all my friends go and get no wifi at all
I do not know if it is due to Covid, but I noticed that a lot of restaurants, and malls have shut down Wifi, probably because they do not want people hanging out too long. Then again you said it just happened in the past months, my experience with this is over a year.
Discrimination against unvaccinated children at your camps.
I am a long time contributor to your camps and charities, and I go to Tims every day. I can’t tell you how many smile cookies and times I have donated to your company to help kids go to camp. For decades now. NOT ANY MORE!
It is bad enough our Prime Minster discriminates and divides Canadians because of their personal health choices, now Tim Hortons does too. not just adults wanting to work or fly either, but little kids that want to go to camp.
Shame on you!
You do know Pfizer’s own research says that their vaccines are only 12 % effective. Natural immunity is put out performing all these vaccines in multiple studies, and yet you turn away unvaccinated kids?
Such a disgusting policy, I am sure I am not alone in boycotting your company when I tell others what you have done.
So much for inclusivity eh?
Desired outcome: LET UNVACCINATED CHILDREN GO TO CAMP!
If you are not going to allow unvaccinated children to attend camp this year I will have visited my last importance. Stand up against segregation, be a leader not a follower of our federal government's horrible leadership. You have the opportunity to make a statement of morality and belief in equal human rights. Do it
Mandatory vaccination for summer camp
I am very disappointed in Tim Hortons mandatory vaccination policy for its summer camp. Children have suffered enough over the past two years especially children from lower income families. There is clear evidence that this vaccine has side effects and punishing children and their parents for their choice to act with caution in regards to this is simply shameful. It is clear that whether one is vaccinated or not they can pass this virus and get this virus the same I will no longer be supporting your company and will do my part to make sure as many people as possible know your position on this subject. Karma is out there and I hope it comes your way!

Large london fog tea ends up being less than a half of cup
Oshawa location: Simcoe and Conlin Everytime I order a large london fog tea, I end getting less than a half of cup when the foam disappears. This does not happen at other locations. They do not know how to make this correctly to get a full cup of tea. I passed it back to the girl at the window this morning and I said this feels like a 1/2 cup. She open...

Insult on top of incorrect order
I bought a sausage & Egg combo at the 555 Yonge St Torontoo location. Upon getting home, the sandwich had no sausage. I'm tired of this so I packed it up and brought it back.
I was shocked to be refused replacing the coffee because it was 'fine'. I clearly stated that I had brought it home once, now needed to bring it home again, and it isn't remotely hot. I wanted the order replaced, not just the sandwich.
Further shocked for a second employee to refuse me. I explained twice more why the coffee was no good to no avail.
So I got mad and had enough. When I said I was Telling and not Asking, I was asked to be polite.
Two trips for this.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. After doing an investigation we have found out that all the posts made by Jand1765 were made by the same person. Not only that but they are not from United States as they claim, their IP address indicates they are from Canada.
It's a hilarious loser that has to pretend to be an admin.
Have fun lonely man.
LOL. My first post literally gave the address of the location in Toronto Canada.
What's my IP address?
No, keep going. You get funnier every day. Maybe your Mod has more than 2 messages by now.
i also took my anger out and hit my grandmother and broke her jaw and she is also pressing charges.
IT was not my fault the parents and rude employee,(you)made me hit the two year old in anger.
