We are regular customers of Tims for years. We stopped at Onroute Woodstock and had the worst service ever in all the time I have been going to Tims. First they couldnt make my wrap offered me a ham and cheese sandwich instead. Then I waited like 15 minutes to get it then they forgot my wifes. Made like 10 more peoples I asked them about mine. They took my slip then threw it out. The guy said they were making my wifes. I watched him make three more and I said there not making mine. Finally they made it. By the time I got to the table my coffee was just luke warm. I will never stop at that place again.

At 6:30 am Saturday Oct. 19 2019 I had ordered the following items and was told that they will not serve me the quantity that I requested. I wanted 4 dozen mixed donuts and one order of Jalapeno and cheddar egg whites. The store number and location are as follows. 44 Britannia rd. Mississauga, Ont. #885
I was told by your staff that they will only sell me 2 dozen even though they had a full display of more then 4 dozen. I had to remind them that you are in the business of selling donuts and if need be they can make more after I leave. They wanted me to wait while they make some more. I had informed them that I was on my way to work and could not wait. They still insisted in only selling me 2 dozen and had to compromise and only take three which I know would not enough for the staff at work.
I also wanted the egg white which I was told that they only had one. How is this possible are they not sold in packs of two? I said ok how about the spinach one. They did not have any of these either. As this occurred so early in the am how did this store expect to serve customers without any product?
I feel that this is very unacceptable on so many levels. I did not feel welcome in this store and felt that I did not receive good customer service.

wrong order and another lid that will not break open
I purchased my morning coffee as I usually do every morning and when I went to open the lid it was not perforated to break open. This is the 3 lid (new style lids) i have received that has no perforated lines to break open. I stopped at the next tims along my way and asked for a new lid which was no problem. Finally i can drink my coffee. I break open the new lid to have a sip of your delicious coffee only to have received a black tea. Im at home now and cant be bothered to drive yet again to another Tim's to get my coffee . Disappointed to say the least

I bought 2 coffees earlier today and got 2 pa ks of cards and then right after that I payed 11 dollars and 5 cents for 5 more packs and I got my coffees and walked out not relizing I didnt get my hockey cards thats 7 total packs ididnt get. I really do not like the customer service there, they make me feel they did not respect the customers and discriminate me because I am a Asian girl. Anytime I and my friends come to buy drink there. They always make us wait really long, although there were no other customer there and they just stand there chatting and ignore us. I feel really angry now.

This restaurant have some really rude associates working there. They don't pay attention to mobile order. I worked at Tim Horton a for a year and I have never had this bad coffee before, and I go in to Tim's every morning. Not one day have they made what I asked for. I have asked for a vanilla iced coffee with extra base every time ! Apparently no one in berwick knows what extra base is. Because every time I walk out my coffee is bitter and full of coffee grinds. I pick up coffee to wake me up before school and have no way or time to go back and exchange it so I'm stuck with that coffee or throw it out.
