poor customer service/angry unprofessional employees
On july 3, 2019, at approximately 10:30 am, I went inside the5 225 sheridan dr, williamsville, ny, tim hortons to order coffee for my staff. There were two tellers, unbeknownst to me, one was in training and did not know how to key in a coffee. Not even sure why she was there or standing at the counter. After waiting for 5 -10 min, the trainee asked if she could help me. As I am ordering my coffee, the other more experienced teller, blurted out in a loud voice, about her previous customer "what a [censored]ing [censored]" repeatedly. I am certain the entire store heard. She told her customer that she need to a break and left him standing at the counter. My teller, who could not key in a coffee left too. The more experience teller returned with a few minutes, my teller never did. I left without ordering, as the previous customer who went to the experienced teller did too. This location is the only location that I repeatedly have extremely poor customer service. This location's ownership should be reevaluated and perhaps retrained in customer service, if not cancelled. I will never return to this location and will think twice before frequenting another tim hortons. Something must be done about that employee and this location.

Went to the Tim Hortons in Penhold, Alberta tonight. My son ordered a 3 piece strip meal. My mom and myself each ordered a donut and coffee. We sat down with our coffees and donuts and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally I went to the counter and asked about his strip meal. She forgot. There was no other customers, so it is not like they were busy. The wedges were not in there, so I asked about them. She rang one of our donuts in as his side, not bothering to ask us what he wanted. Oh, and I also wasn't asked about my rewards card. First time and last time in here.

I bought 2 crispy chicken bacon caesar wraps. Within 5 minutes of getting home a police officer arrived. Apparently a Tim Hortons drive thru staff member called police because she claimed that she could smell alcohol on my breath and I had a Hard Mike's lemonade bottle in my car. She lied. Our home is alcohol free. I had no empty cans or bottles in my car. I was sick and I had a cherry cough lozenge - ZERO alcohol. Did she call the police because I am First Nations, and she assumed that I must be drunk?! We will never know. Is Tim Hortons going to call the police when a caucasian woman goes through a drive thru smelling like cough candy - 'er alcohol?! I think not. I am very angry. I recently applied for 2 different jobs in my community. I did nothing wrong, but there's a perception that I did. I was forced to give a breathalyzer, which of course showed ZERO alcohol. This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I just took my son through a different location's Timmy's drive thru. I could not buy anything for myself, due to my distrust of your brand now. closing 5 minutes early
We went to Tim Hortons in our town here in Bracebridge to get a drink and get a donut for my pup. Got there and there it was 5 minutes to 11. We got to the doors and they were closed! They aren't suppose to close until 11, not five minutes to 11! Something needs to be done about this ASAP. This has happened four times in the last week and it's always one employee who locks the doors 5 minutes to the time. The stores should always b open 24/7 like they advertise but nope none of our stores are open past 11 pm! Like what the heck are we supposed to do about it?

Hello I purchased a bunch of drinks and food but then I realized when I got home that my bagle was not made correctly. I ordered an everything bagle and bacon as a topping along with herb and garlic cream cheese, the bacon was not included in my bagle but I paid for it and asked for it. I didn't realize that my order was incorrect until I started eating it when I got home.
managers lack of proper response
Visited different Tim Horton establishments and observed this: people from others countries sleeping with their heads down with luggage beside them, one person sitting at a table for four and no where to sit, trash on window sills, patrons having loud phone conversations for over an hour (complained to a manager at Don Mills and Lawrence on June 30th 2019 and she said nothing we can do) I can go anywhere and spend my money so wont be going back to Tims anytime soon. Going downhill - felt like a bus station. See ya!

Tim Hortons Annapolis Valley, Coldbrook Nova Scotia. My wife was in today and snapped a shot of your empty display case which is not uncommon for the store. Terrible management .it's actually amusing to watch them buzz around and basically get nothing done.The cashier who served my wife was rude, and uncaring as to the quality of their service. Which is pretty typical at this location because this happens all the time. It is very poorly managed at this location. You should seriously fire your managers because you're driving away customers. Tim's in Golden BC is easily and consistently your work location. Our visit was on Thursday June 27, 2019. Worst example yet: location was very busy that night and was understaffed and disorganized. Customers were walking out because service was so slow. Got to the front of the line in about 20 minutes, we stood at cash for a few minutes while he did other things, gave them our order and it took10+ minutes to get our order. No exaggerations in time. All totaled, we were there 20 minutes or more. Austin took our order. As an example of his slowness was that he spilled something and obviously very deliberately took his time wiping it up. It was so obvious, my wife and I both rolled our eyes at how slow he was. No question this was service avoidance. After about 5 minutes, I asked him how our order was. He very defiantly looked at me and said, ‘no idea, not my end'. I was so taken back, I was close to cancelling my order. It was so cold and uncaring - I was stunned by his lack of caring and his disdain. Austin does not deserve that job. He clearly does not care. Then, my sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it that was spilling out over the edges. My wife's grilled cheese was burned. The bread was burned. Both of our meals were terrible.
This is not our first problem with this location. Consistently in our travels between BC and Alberta, we stop there and consistently this location has a flaw. Often it's service but as often, the food is not to your standards.
This guy Austin was a new level of lousy service for any location.

Every single Tim Hortons experience for the last few months has been bad... The 940 Innisfil beach road location can't seem to get a simple order of iced coffee with no vanilla shot/sugar right to save their lives. The Newmarket location at 17725 Yonge is the absolute worst, they just try too get everything wrong & do it with a terrible attitude. I will no longer be buying from ANY Tim Hortons - if you can't get my order right for the money I spend there... I will no longer spend it there! It also seems like you don't want to hear about it either because your online form crashes/freezes & your app feedback is a joke & goes nowhere!

Yesterday Friday June 28 2019 at the 24hr Tim Hortons at Bathurst and Finch Ave. Toronto Ontario Canada I went into there store to get a couple dozen donuts and the large Timbits. This was 9pm and there was maybe 8 donuts ones I wouldn't choose and a handful of plane Timbits, I asked the girl working there is there more donuts and Timbits she could put out, she said I don't know and spoke to her manager who told me no that's it for the day, when I questioned him about for the day ? And it's a 24hr Tim Hortons the day never ends he laughed and said there are no more donuts or Timbits coming out, as a customer that was having a bunch of guests and not get anything because of this has brought me here to make a complaint, a few months ago I had the same issue and was told there wasn't any donuts because of renovations, I do hope this can be rectified as there should always be food items available 24hrs a day if it's always open, have someone go there at around 9pm to verify this if there is any question of what I am saying.

Good day.
Today I was at Wilson Tim Hortons in Sheridan mall I ordered a large coffee, but there cream dispenser wasn't working anyways I wasn't able to drink the coffee so I went up to the counter to change it for another drink however the cashier told me I could not do it from this counter since I bought it from the other counter? Well god dam since when does it matter what side of the counter I purchased it from but to actually tell me no I can I was in shock just shock didn't want a refund I just wanted a tea but was told no however same thing happened to another customer but she made no issue with him about which counter he bought it from I've never been so humiliated in my life..
transfer of balance from lost tims card to new card
I lost my Tim card sometime back but had it registered on line. I called in on May 11 and was told to purchase a new card and register it before transfer could be made which I did. Then they asked me to verify the last three transactions on the card which I could not remember as I had not used the card in weeks! I was told transfer would not be possible even if both cards were registered! The case would be forwarded with case No. 617449 and I would get a call, I NEVER DID. I called back on June 18 and was told the same thing! All this for $22 transfer.
It has now been over almost two months and no one from TIM's is bother to resolve this.

reward points after the 7 purchase
I have been a regular at Tim Hortons, on South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, B.C. at least twice a week since it Opened. On 2 occasions I had 7/7 and was entitled to a reward. I even have a printed copy of the receipt indicating that I am entitled to a reward. Both times, once I got to my 7th. purchase, the card went back to zero, and when I tried to get my reward, I was told by the store Supervisor Aarti, that I wasn't entitled to a reward as it's starting at zero again. I even showed her my printed receipt and instead of resolving the issue she told me "Why does it only happen to you all the time". Her statement belittled me in front of other customers and really embrassed me a lot. I even tried to explain to her with the help of the employee who had printed off my receipt, and she still refused me my reward and made me feel like I wasn't being honest. I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons for so many years, but to be put down in front of other customers was the most demeaning thing for a supervisor to do to a customer. The Supervisor needs to improve her Customer Service Skills and she needs to apologies for what she put me through this morning and the morning of my first reward as well. I rather go to Star Bucks where Customer Services is their Top Priority and when it's time for a reward, I never ever got harassed by them not even once.
Incident took place at 7:00am, Thursday, June 27, 2019 and the first incident was in early May 2019. I went to work crying as I was so humiliated by the Supervisor.
She needs to be educated about the reward points so that others do not go through what I've been through not once but twice by the same supervisor.
mobile app / lost balance and rewards

I have been a faithful customer and have used your mobile app daily . This week, for some reason my app would not recognize any balance, any rewards I had . All is gone .
I called two different help lines and they were not able to see anything . They wanted me to give the card number . I have not had my card for some time as the account would reload every time
It went low . They told me I need my card number . My card was so used that it broke in pieces . The girls at Times said they never seen on of the cards that had the old style Tim Horton picture on it .

I bought a ice coffee around 8 am Thursday June 27 the location was hwy 7 and Woodstream blvd . while drinking it I felt something go in my mouth I spat the coffee out to find a SHARP hard plastic . This plastic had hit the back of my mouth causing some discomfort. I come to this location daily and would like something to be done so this doesn't happen again to me or someone else .

On June 24 at 20 Queen St North, Bolton, Ontario, L7E 1C8 location at 9.09 am, I went to get my regular breakfast for which I ordered half whole wheat bun for which they charged me white bun price. I asked why are you charging me for white bun as it is expensive than employee said that both- white & whole wheat bun price is same & also they gave me in written on back of my receipt whereas I know whole wheat bun is cheaper than white bun as I eat it everyday. When I was travel time and I will try to call one of the staff at the cabin crew and she very rude and I’m asking for their food ordering and I don’t have Malaysian money so I give it to her Brunei money so she never say to me that amount Can’t use it in this flight so she never let me know and she went to my seat and straightaway drop the brunai money on the table So she dared to tell me if you not happy you can complain and she give me her ID and a name as well and sorry about that I forgot my ID and her name but she is a Muslim Lady So please take my complaint to the further.And please take action immediately and she very rude. New lids Tim Hortons using on their coffee cups are no good. They leak even before opening and also for some reason coffee gets cold way too soon. Beside that taste of coffee is inconsistent from one location to another and at same location from one time to another. I do understand slight variation in taste can happen but from being too milky to too bitter and when complained to location Supervisors there is no improvement to product. Over all coffee quality is gone down hill.

My father is elderly and doesn't cook. He has me goto the DELTON/Delaware location in Tonawanda to get 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches. I usually don't goto this location because in the past year of them being open I've gone and I am not happy they get my coffee wrong and then the food I would order for my kids after church on sundays we would wait 15-20mins and they would leave off the meat. Completely forget it. As well as giving me wrong order altogether. But my dad just moved close to them last month and everytime I go to this location they do NOT have eggs for the sandwiches. And they are rude. And mainly never even tell me they are out of eggs until I'm already waiting and have paid .. drive thru and going in to order. I even asked this last time if they would give me something, bagel or something to give my dad for my inconvenience and they said ‘no u can wait for the eggs to be ready in 10mins'
I don't understand this place at all. It's horrible. And I will never return. Which is a shame because my dad loves the food and can't depend on them now and will have to go elsewhere

coffee sweeteners
As a diabetic, when I order a coffee with sweetener it is very important that I not get sugar. Just like a person with peanut allergies can't have peanuts...Tim Hortons dont pay attention to this . 50% of the Time I get sugar... this is not acceptable . I would like very much if someone would address this issue... I know mistakes happen sometimes but this happens far too much.

This place is an absolute disaster I asked for three farmers wraps with no egg I get three farmers wraps with egg on them now to sausages cut the wraps weren't even folded egg wasn't cut even though I didn't want any egg they're pressed was down they were out of biscuits not sausage this time normally they are out of sausage. It took them extra time I was waiting in the drive-through and they still messed the order up. I've dealt with very rude people there in the past anytime I've tried to complain just to inform them that they made an error they don't seem to give a [censored] I will never be going back there and I will recommend to all of my friends in Saint Catherine's that there's at least 10 other Tim Hortons around here that we can all use rather than that one I hope it goes out of business.

Today at 810am my boyfriend had went in to tim hortons king and caroline where he waited 15 mins for a tea because they were serving mobile orders, when he had complained to get served the manager Patricia said that complaining intimidates her customers and he had to wait instead of taking initiative and serving the customers herself this. I called JP the owner to put in a complaint where he then defended the fact that they dont have to serve customers if they have mobile orders this is such a sad ran tim hortons..
