Every time I go to this location they are already closed up at 9:30pm even though the website says 10pm. The guy behind the counter and barely bother to speak to me and when I ask why he is already closed, he tells me they close at 9:30pm. I showed him online says 10pm and today he said on weekends it's 9:30pm. We even called after we left and he said 10pm. This is unbelievable! Once I was heading to work and stopped their and the people that work their wouldn't serve me. You should go by one night and see for yourself. I don't appreciate taking the time to go there and have them lie to my face and numerous occasions. Please address this. That's half hour of money you are paying people to keep for doing nothing and patrons like me who are without coffee. Do you think it's fair? At the very least change your hours if that's the case.
3 large triple triple
I went to the tim Hortons drive-thru on upper Wentworth by limeridge mall around 755 in Hamilton I ordered three large triple triples all three are full of coffee grounds after finding out with the first coffee I poured the other coffees into other cups and they are just as bad I will be submitting photos and I'd like to be compensated this is disgusting to get a mouthful of this my phone number is [protected] I feel there should be some compensation for my troubles

I did the Tim Hortons survey where you only need to pay $1 for a pack of 10 timbits. I gave it to the cashier and she charged me $1.3. I know this is the wrong price because the other times I ordered this it was $1 and my relative who was ordering right beside me also had the 10 timbits for $1 and only had to pay $1. This happened today which is June 21, 2019.

I ordered my coffee they got it wrong and when I asked if they could fix it the lady at the window was completely rude even closed the window and talked about us loud enough for me to hear I come there every day on way to work and I'm serious thinking about going to dunkin from now on horrible experience it was the one on millitary and Niagara falls Blvd

The Tim Horton Card were your suppose to get the odd free coffee is not worth the plastic its made of! Why?
1. Tim Hortons does not give you credit for the number of coffees you purchase! So you can buy 20 coffees a day for 5 days and not get a free coffee on day 5?
2. Tim Card only allows you to make one purchase in 30 minutes until you can use the card again and get points for a free coffee?
The employees at my Tims are awesome. The over all quality of the foods has gone down a lot and its over priced.
not enough donuts, rude to customers and closed dining room because of low staff
This is an on-going problem with the Tim Hortons located on Telegraph Road, Dearborn Heights, Michigan. There were no donuts on the shelf.. whatsoever! The staff is often rude especially if you pay with a $20. They have even gone far enough to say that because I paid with a $20, no other customer would be able to get change. On several occassions the dining room has been closed (during peak am hours) leaving the drive thru backed up. No explanation or note on the door.

Just went to the store located on broadway in grove city ohio and they charged me for food I didn't get, when I asked where it was they said its after 11am... The board says breakfast anytime until 10pm. They didn't give me a recipt for my transaction, they weren't wearing gloves while making food and drinks. I also think the health department needs to go in and check it because of the employess not wearings, like what else are they not doing to make sure customers dont get sick

This morning I took my kids to Tim Hortons in Rochester, NY in Dewy Ave by Wegmans. The service was horrible! I went through the drive thru. I wanted a ice mocha Latta, the lady asked me how much cream and sugar. I said I'm sorry! In a nasty tune I got back "How much cream and sugar!" . I said to the rude lady, I want a ice mocha Latta. She said "yes a Ice coffee with mocha flavoring!". I said no! Ice mocha Latta, that is different from a ice coffee. The lady says to me, "ok ma'am I got it a ice MOCHA LATTA ! " yelling at me! Then she tells me to drive up. I told her I wasn't done, she smacks her teeth, like me, the customer is inconvenience her. So I told her I would like the 2 sausage egg and cheese on English muffin for $4 and a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. After that I get, is that all ! Now please move up!. What! This is how you speak to a customer! I pull up, I pay, I get my bag and drink. My daughter takes a sip of the drink and it's a ice coffee! After all that! Really! I go inside and tell them, they proceed to tell me it was a Latta, after another 5 minutes of back and forth they finally give me the correct drink. I pull away, just for my daughter to tell me there is no bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I go back inside, ask to speak with manager. I get a teenage girl telling me she is a sup, really a sup! She didn't care about anything I was saying nor my concerns . Just made the sandwich and said have a nice day! No I am sorry, I will speak to her, nothing! If this is how your business is ran. You should be ashamed. The attitude and the rudeness was overwhelming.
I was walking in to order in the entrance there was water and slipped and fell
I was at Tim Hortons in Wyndotte MI @ AROUND 10:15ish and it was raining. I walked in the entry and slipped and fell on water. I went to country to tell them they should put out a caution wet floor sign. She went to manager and manger told her to put sign out. Not once did the manger come and set if I was OK or see if I wanted to fill out incident report. My leg is hurting and am very upset of there lack of caring

The coffee here was so weak and tasteless, we thought it could have actually been dishwater. We love Tim Hortons coffee and were so disappointed. The same week we also had the exact same tasting coffee in Napanee and Kingston. This was appropriately 2 weeks ago. Is there new ownership? As is this what we are to expect from your coffee? I went to Altrincham branch of your shop today, firstly I went to the toilet to find 2 out of the 3 toilets in disgusting states, the 3rd was locked so I don't know what that was like, after seeing both toilets it put me of purchasing a drink for me and my daughter

too many charges to my account because of machine malfunction

I made a purchase of $14.19 and because of the machine malfunctioning I was getting an approved message and the lady at the till was getting a declined message. This resulted in me getting charged three times for the same item. The person I was speaking with said to check my bank statement and if I had been charged three times to contact the store. I was charged three times and only refunded once so I have contacted the store numerous times and spoken with Mel. She has given me excuse after excuse for not making the second refund. I feel I have been very patient since I have been trying to resolve this for months. I'm contacting you because I want this dealt with. I have also submitted feedback about this matter. TIA

HI,
This week, i got 3 rewards cards, lost the first one that I did not register yet, then requested the 2nd one that I can't register.
This morning 6/14, I requested the 3rd one and went online
to register, still not working.
Pls see pic attached. I believe this has something to do with
store front how the cards were scanned in and linked to my
credit card, paid with Visa ending 8291.

The recently opened TH on Delaware in the city of a Tonawanda is awful, the owner or manager needs help I work 200 yards away at a Valu, all staff go there as close, I have been told they are out of oatmeal, no cream cheese, they gave my Tim it's order to the car in front, give me a lesser order of 20 Tim bits, have my manager a iced coffee full of coffee grounds when shown it gave excuses and no new iced coffee!, I asked for a bagel and cream cheese on break I open it up not toasted and no cream cheese or butter I took a picture of it it's so frustrating to find this, non other TH is this way ! As it's so close we go but it needs help ! And staff says they are under staffed and short supplies please help !

You guys have recently changed your Lids on your coffee I went through the drive-thru the lady passed me in my coffee did was very weak and popped off and went all over me and my car and my new car seats which cost me $200 to have Christine cleaned I went back the next day do you have coffee in my work truck the same thing happened the lid came off I went in the Tim Hortons and complained about an hour later 64th and Fraser Highway they said we're very aware of the issue lots of people have complained and then they proceeded to charge me for my next coffee I've been drinking Tim Hortons from the date open I even won the big prize back in the 80s it was a 14 in TV you guys need to fix this issue what I'm going to stop drinking the coffee

Good morning,
I have a huge complaint about the Tim Hortons on Brookside Blvd and David Way in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The drive thru is brutally slow in the morning and I always need to correct my order as it appears on the screen wrong. There are 2 drive thru lanes but one is always closed. This makes for a long line of cars in the morning and when I go inside to place my order I can't leave the parking lot because the line up of cars I too long there is no room to back up. I've been a Timmies buyer for many years and to be honest, this is the worst outlet I've been too in my life and this includes other provinces.
A friend also visited this outlet and now refuses to go back as he found it ignorant that the whole staff speaks amongst themselves in the language of their background. My friend is very overweight and he felt uncomfortable as the staff was talking amongst themselves laughing looking his way. He was quite embarrassed and hurt by that.
In the world of social media, if situations like that are made public, it does not look good for any company it refers too.
I work for a company that is of multi cultural workforce. Staff are allowed to speak in their languages on breaks and not during the regular work day hours. This is not racism, I've looked into this on behalf of another friend as I know people who handle human rights situations.
I would highly suggest someone review the operations of this particular outlet as I see nothing good coming from this.

This is about the Tim Horton's at 6480 Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield, Michigan. It's actually good news in a way. For years, Amelia Earhart, an American aviation pioneer has been missing. They thought her plane went down in bad weather. As it turns out, she was in the drive-thru line at the above-mentioned Tim Horton's. Like most of us, it turns out she was behind someone who obviously was taking their sweet-[censored] time assorting a box of Tim-bits. I strongly suggest that anyone who wants a an ice coffee should order it as a hot coffee, because by the time you get to the window, it will certainly be ice cold.

iced coffee caramel
So today I ordered a medium iced coffee caramel flavour at my college and what I got was a medium ice coffee in which there was around 70% of ice cubes only. So what I am tryna say is that am paying around $2.50 for your iced coffee and what I am getting an ice cubes to drink or else I can say to eat? I was a huge fan of tim hortons but am really disspointed with this.

May I ask why on Earth you put your delicious coffee in a vessel that cannot be microwaved? You do understand that sometimes you don't finish your coffee before it gets cold? And you may only have access to a microwave? And there may not be mugs around to transfer your delicious coffee into? I'm trying not to be too much of an @$$ here, but it would stand to reason that you are aware of these potential scenarios where one is left to drink cold coffee or maybe it's about pointing someone in the direction of purchasing another?
Whatever the answer is, I hope that you one day decide to provide your customers with a microwavable cup. Don't force them to drink cold coffee, let 'em nuke it, they deserve it.
