Manager Bobby Hill, Pontiac Michigan
My 16 year old niece Baylee is an employee at this location. Her manager felt it necessary to speak profanities directed to her through a group chat for the employees. That she would post whatever she wanted in the group chat, whenever she wanted her words were “ and I’m going to post, when I want to f****** post into a group chat I don’t give a F*** who’s at school, turn your f****** phone off” she was belittling and bullying her minor employee. While Baylee was attending class at her high school.I do have copies of this conversation. It was very rude and uncalled for. No manager should treat their employees, let alone a minor this way. This is a violation of Michigan law to talk to a minor this way. Something needs to be done, or we will go public with this. Please contact me on this matter.

I visited the TIm Hortons at Westgate Plaza in Cambridge Ontaio today Sept 7 At 6:37pm. The staff of 3 store front where very rude, made my coffee wrong and then told me I had to wait 5min for coffee to be made for the second coffee i bought. This is one in many visits to this location that mistakes on orders happend and the service is terrible. Todays event, while waiting for the coffee to brew the staff stood leaning on the counter, laughing with one another while myself and 4 other customers stood waiting , there was no appoligy for the wait or explantion why the wait. My last visit aprox 4weeks earlier I went for breakfast and coffee becuase its the closest that services hot food, at 6am they had no hot food available and when i asked what time they would be serving hot food, was told "I dont know like an hour maybe!" What is happening to the standards of this food chain? The quility of the service is terrible and im sick of it! We pay stupid amounts for coffee and treats, the least that we should expect is good serivce and having the product available. When i called to complain on my last visit the manager thanked me for calling and that was it. Didn't offer anything for the issue or cared so little! I will be calling and reaching higher managment about this store!
Desired outcome: I would expect to have my order replaced for free on another visit and Most important i think the chain management for Tim should visit this location and demand the owner re-train staff to the standards of the Tims franchise!

At 3:00am September 1st I went to the drive Thur at timhortants in Edson Alberta by sobeys. I was served my a young girl who look like she was by herself as I told my first drink I wanted I started to ask for the next drink but was cut off before finishing what I was saying. she replied with "anything eles". I told her yes I wanted a French vinalla... again cut off with " That's it"? Me with only a half a shot of exspresso her "that's it"? Yes but please only a half a shot. I get up to the window and wanted to make sure about the French vanilla that it had only a half a shot of expresso as I have alot of issues with having to bring back my drink not done right because they seem to not listen to what you want and just rush you and make your order wrong. So I ask her one more time as I'm looking at her is there only a half a shot of expresso in the French vinalla her response was very Rude and very unprofessional her response was "OBVIOUSLY " with eye roll I could not believe it. I asked for her name and she refused so I told her I well be contacting the manager about her poor costumer service her reply ya okay.
Decaffeinated coffee
Today, August 31, 2023 I was travelling through Quebec and stopped at a Tim Horton and my husband bought me a decaffeinated coffee. I usually drink regular coffee in the morning then a decaf in the afternoon. When we were back on the highway I took a drink and it was lukewarm. This is not the first time that it has happened and it is getting very annoying. I know that decaf coffee is not as popular as regular coffee therefore the pot sits there longer. What happened to the rule of fresh coffee every twenty minutes. I guess the rule does not apply to decaf coffee.

Hi i ordered an iced coffee and while I drank it something gross went into my mouth from the straw. I spit it out and then looked at the bottom of the cup and i could see stuff at the bottom. Also I bought the box of coffee and the cups that came with it were all dirty inside. I had to serve the coffee and it was a guest that noticed the dirty cups. I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern over an incident that occurred at one of your establishments, Tim Hortons at 989 harwood Avenue North on 27 August 2023 at 11:20am. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of this incident as it has left me feeling disrespected and wronged as a customer.
Upon my recent visit to Tim Hortons, I ordered a coffee with oat milk. Regrettably, the employee who served me took it upon themselves to make derogatory comments about my choice of coffee and, even more concerning, resorted to body shaming me. This experience left me feeling humiliated and disheartened, as it is both unprofessional and unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a manner.
I strongly believe in maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all patrons of Tim Hortons. Such incidents not only tarnish the reputation of your establishment but also affect the trust and loyalty that customers like myself have placed in your brand. As a customer who has always enjoyed the quality and service at Tim Hortons, I was deeply hurt by this incident.
In light of this unfortunate event, I kindly request that your team conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. I had a breakdown in the restaurant while everyone saw me crying. The Manager of the restaurant Shazia was present during this incident. The employee name is Jasmine Kaur (store front worker).
It is crucial that appropriate action is taken against the employee responsible for this behavior. Additionally, I urge you to provide proper training and guidance to your employees to ensure that incidents like these do not occur in the future.
Furthermore, I am exploring the possibility of pursuing legal action under Canadian defamation law and slander due to the severity of the comments made against me. I believe it is important to uphold the rights and dignity of customers who are subjected to such mistreatment.
I hope that Tim Hortons takes this matter seriously and addresses it promptly. Your cooperation in resolving this issue would not only restore my confidence in your brand but also showcase your commitment to providing a safe and respectful environment for all customers.

Service and care and attention
I have been going to this one location the last 2 weeks every morning and every morning has been the same thing. There is a line up of people and right in the open there is 2 younger boys. And one a little older than them female. She looks like the manager to be honest.. She none stop flirts on them and they all go back and forth at each other. Very unprofessional (this morning she was making comments about of the the guys head is so big) not caring about your customers at all could hear her over me trying to place my order and now this morning. I asked one of the boys where my wrap was because they were just all talking while there is 5 people in line and he looked at me and just said there’s more people ahead of me
I get to work with my wrap finally and he doesn’t add the egg to my BREAKFAST wrap.
Desired outcome: Tell the manager. Because I wasn’t the only one upset in the massive line up this morning. And I would like a voucher for 2 new wraps

On Aug 22,2023 @ 3:07pm I went to the store on Parkdale Avenue in Brockville, Ontario to get a supper/lunch wrap. I ordered a loaded chicken wrap and not a BBQ chicken wrap. I have a limited time to eat lunch and return back to work. The coffee was very quickly made the wrap on the other hand took what seemed forever due to the worker was to busy joking and fooling around. When they realized I had not got it yet the boy went started making it then left to the back room on multiple occasions. Then returned to finished the wrap with chicken that was left out from a previous order. I left the building with my cold wrap at 3:30pm which left me 15 minutes to drive and eat. But the drive through was thriving while the whole staff was fooling around.
Desired outcome: More competent staff and to realized some of us that don’t use drive thru would like hot food as well. Please pay attention as I ordered a loaded chicken wrap.

I went to the riverbend location with my family, ordered food and drinks. The staff member named Persia was so rude. Was talking amongst her co workers and was disrespecting customers as they left. She completely ignored my dad as he waited 20 min for his drink order without any notification at all. She then ignored him when he wanted to confront her about her behavior. Online promotion issues - Spend $40 get $15
I sent a request online for someone to call me so that I can resolve an issue in regard to a promotion that Tim Horton is running. Has been a week and have yet to hear anything. Cannot reply to an e-mail received. No one to speak to...only online...sent 3 requests to have someone contact me. Very frustrating. I need to have someone call me ASAP to rectify this issue and my valid claim under the promotion Spend $40 get $15. I did everything they asked and still refused my claim. Pulled up to window, paid girl, she handed out large coffee with the lid only partially on, I reached out to grab it and went all over my arm. The Three girls working thought this was hilarious and could only laugh. There was no concern for injury and all she could say is "You Still Have to pay "and didn't offer anything to clean up with. I picked up a coffee in Azilda, Ont ; (outside Sudbury) before driving back to my home. I waited a bit as it was too hotto drink right away. When I picked it up from my cup holder in the car to have a sip, it spilled all over me, my cup holder was full of coffee and some fell on my seat. It is a good thing that I had a loose shirt and I immediately pulled it off my front skin and grabbed a towel on my front seat, which I carry because I get hot, and was able to spare myself burns. I had to pull off the highway, clean the car and change my shirt. I have never seen anything like this. I had quite a scare as I was driving and alone in the car.
Please verify your product as for sure someone can get a good burn if ever they get the same experience as me.
Desired outcome: I surely would accept a gift certificate of some kind. Of course I realize you don’t have to, but it would somehow give me back my confidence in Tim’s to forget this awful incident.

I was in the drive through tim hortons at ford road and michigan ave. In dearborn mi. I witnessed the owner beating a man in a truck. He was with another man who also was wailing on this person. I know it was the owner because when i got to the drive through window, i reported a fight in the parking lot and the girl at the window replied," ya we know about it, its ok" i replied " what makes that ok" so unprofessional and frankly frightening that no one did anything about it.
