Went by my normal morning coffee, that I buy everyday. One large double double one large two cream half of sugar. First of all I was asked to wait at the back. For coffee. Trying to be understanding I said okay. I said already waited in the line for 10 minutes. Sat there for 7:00 to 8:00 minutes, as many customers were driving by. A young guy brought coffee soap to another car. And then came over and asked me what I ordered. Again I ordered two coffees. Already have them 20 minutes invested. Again for two coffee. I left. Let alone I got no coffee. They got my $5 plus tip. Seriously
Desired outcome: Refund
service at 1870 18th street, Brandon, Manitoba. R7A 5C5
I am a regular customer of Tim Hortons. I go there almost every Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday.
At about 11;30 , 4 of Aug. I went there bought a large tea and sat with friends.
At around 00;15, 5 of Aug, there was only one female customer ordering drink, I walked up besides the lady. The female staff spoke very impolitely ; stand behinds the lady. I did. and replied she should speak nicely. At the same time one friend walked in and saw what happen, Telling me he is going to buy the coffee for me.
I returned to my seat, later this friend retuned to sit besides me as this female staff was serving take out order.
About 5 min. later, no customer ordering.
We went up to order.
This female staff said; i am not serving you.
I asked ; why . I did nothing wrong, did not disturb.
She said again; I am not serving you.
I replied,; I want to speak to your manager, or supervisor.
Then she asked me to get out, otherwise she is going to call police.
I telling her go ahead.
I returned to my seat waiting for police to come.
About 15-20 min later, police waked in , the female staff approached him and talked to him then the police came to me telling me went out with him.
He asked me what happened.
I told all above.
He said he did not want to hear our story. but this female staff has the right to kicked me out her property. If I want to complaint I can do it next day.
I want to know if Tim Hortons can treat a regular customer who does not disturb, not drunk no abnormal behavior like that.
Desired outcome: apology
Filthy unhygienic location
We visited the Tim Horton’s location in Saddlebrook Quebec off Cote St Charles street. It has to be the most disgustingly filthy Tims location we have ever been in. A sticky mess was all over the floor and they just left it there. The washrooms were completely awful and most importantly, the food prep area was totally unhygienic. Food all over the floor, the prep area littered in old food debris, looking like countertops are never wiped. Food equipment totally filthy. How is the food inspector not on top of this location?
Desired outcome: Food safety inspector needs to randomly show up at this location. I’m sure they will find multiple violations
Cleanliness
My husband and I were in the Aylmer Ontario Tim’s off Highway 3 and we used the washrooms. There was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. I looked in both stalls in the women’s and my husband checked the men’s and the family one. We had to use Kleenex we had with us. The soap was not in the dispenser when I tried to use it it spurted all over me. The...

Incorrectly made iced coffee
July 26 and also earlier in the week at same location at a non busy time of later morning. I always ask for and enunciate clearly that I’d like my iced coffee with milk and without cane sugar base. The screen reflects my order, however, when I pick it up it is not correct. Does your staff not read and double check orders? Maybe they need to verify with...

I went to tim hortons on sunday to buy 2 coffees and some timbits. The person was new i think he charged me for box of donuts which was 8.90$ extra and i asked for refund they said we don’t have any manager or supervisor on duty so we can’t do refund right now u can come tomorrow. So i went there next day same thing they said no management come back tomorrow…. the third day same answer and i asked them let me know how can i contact your manager and the guy ( he mentioned his name sukh) said answer is that we cannot do refund and said next in line i will help you. That is ridiculous….. your employee did a mistake for which I’m coming and u r giving me attitude. I don’t expect any customer service from that guy but common at least learn some basic etiquettes to talk to a customer. I worked at tim hortons for 5 years as a manager i know how things work and what people expect from you. That guy I don’t what u say I can’t even think of that kind of person to be a member of my team from customer service perspective.I hope i will get a reply from someone regarding this issue.
New glazed bacon sandwich
To start with, I'm a big fan of Tim Hortons. Employees always friendly
My complaint is with the new bacon sandwich. It in no way looks like what we see on tv or your signs. It shows bacon oozing out when actually all you get is 3 little halves that are soggy. When I ask for bacon to be crispy they politely say "Can't be done"
I guess I'll just stick with sausage
Desired outcome: Bring your delicious bacon sandwich up to parr
All I wanted was a regular tea....
Hi,
Last evening my husband and I were in town and decided a cup of tea would be so nice, so we dropped by the Tim Horton's in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. The woman couldn't hear us so we turned off the truck. She got Tim's order of a medium peppermint tea (called it "black" though peppermint tea when properly brewed is NOT black) and then he asked for a med. regular tea for me with 1 cream/1 sugar. A Regular Tea. Simple, right? Apparently not. Between correcting them (a young man joined in on the conversation) on the "coffee" request and trying to get the regular tea, I actually for the first time in my entire life, screamed my order. They said they "have a number of specialty teas," and I could be asking for anything and then began naming different, specialty, teas. NO. A REGULAR TEA WITH 1 CREAM, 1 SUGAR. When we got to the window, they again said they don't "know what a regular tea is" and I told them that with them trying to give me coffee instead of tea, I obviously couldn't say "orange pekoe black tea" and still get what I was asking for, since several times they had changed my request to be coffee. In the past I've asked for "regular tea" there at this Tim Hortons and they always know what I'm asking for. I have Never had this happen before.
It is utterly ridiculous. We went to the Chinese restaurant, Trans, a few nights ago and she knew what a regular tea is. Any restaurant in the area understands what a regular tea is. The two employees' explanation of last night is not only implausible but also insulting to me, especially when they said I needed to "calm down" when my frustration to simply get a cup of Regular Tea with 1 cream, 1 sugar, was going absolutely unheeded. I really got the feeling that I was the entertainment for a couple of Tim Hortons workers for the evening.
Desired outcome: RETRAIN THOSE FOOLS. For that kind of behaviour and insolence (really, who DOES NOT KNOW WHAT A REGULAR TEA IS) I can go somewhere else. McDonalds now has better coffee than Tim Hortons, maybe their tea is better too.
Delivery truck violates the regulations regarding quiet hours in residential area
Hello head office,
I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue that has been causing disturbance to the residents’ sleep and well-being of the condominium on 4968 Yonge St. Every Monday morning, including public holidays and long weekends, a Tim Hortons delivery truck parks by the condo building on the South side lane. The truck usually arrives very early and definitely before 7am and it’s delivering for the Tim Hortons store located on 4986 Yonge St.
The truck usually arrives between 6am – 6:20am, emitting a loud engine noise that wakes people up. The most frustrating part is that they keep the engine running for at least an hour, which makes it impossible for people to go back to sleep.
The most unacceptable part is that they even do this on STAT Holidays! On Monday (July 3rd), they arrived at 5:25am, kept the engine running for more than an hour and left at 6:43am.
As a resident of this condominium, I believe it is essential to maintain a peaceful living environment, especially during the early morning hours. Tim Hortons truck has caused disturbance to a lot of residents who live on the lower levels on the South side.
The building manager has spoken with the store manager regarding this issue but was told the head office makes the schedule. We waited a long time but the issue has not been fixed so we assume that the complaint has never reached to the head office. We kindly ask that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the noise disturbance caused by non-municipal vehicles in our condo area during these hours. It is my understanding that such prolonged and disruptive noise violates the regulations regarding quiet hours.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt resolution.
Desired outcome: Change the delivering truck schedule for this location (4986 Yonge St); This is a residential area the bylaw applies. The truck has been violating the regulation of quiet hours.
Customer service complaint.
Good Morning, My name is Jeremy, I've been going to my local Tim Hortons for over 15 years, when I first started going I could always count on a friendly conversation even for 30 seconds while my food was being prepared, after going there long enough I became a regular to some servers, all in all going to Tims was something I looked forward to, friendly...

I was in the downtown Tim Hortons in New Liskeard on July 18th at 2:13pm the men working at the front of the store who took my order called me a SQUAW which is a racist slur along with a sexual slur. This guy didn’t have a beard net on along with no hair net but he had a head rap on I didn’t get his name as he wouldn’t give it to me when I asked him. I no longer feel comfortable going into the store if this guy is working.
Read full review of Tim HortonsWe would like our $ back, terrible service, uncooked food and only supervisor on duty, one man at the outside gate, that was it.
July 17th, around 5 p.m. I asked my husband if we could go and get a Chicken wrap at Tim Hortons, we had not been for quite awhile. He agreed, we went in, our order taken 2 chicken wraps (only the young man handling the outside gate took our order and said (bacon chicken wrap and I ordered two drinks and 2 donuts for $22.41, receipt said (Take out order) it was not. My husband sat down and I waited at the counter, after 10 minutes I called out, is anybody doing our order? A little woman (only one on duty) said Oh, I will do it... found out later she was the night supervisor (Liz) and only one on duty. A man stood waiting behind me, then 3 girls entered and stood behind him. The woman said I will make them and she started to make the chicken wraps and potato wedges. I stood waiting 15 minutes and asked for our coffee and took my husband his drink. Then (Liz) came back and said you ordered crispy chicken, I can do one but you will have to wait another 7 minutes on the 2nd. one. I replied I did not order crispy but that's all right is one ready for my husband? A few minutes later she brought one and some potato wedges in a cup... they were TERRIBLE, over cooked and NOT edible. I had some while waiting for my chicken wrap. When finally I got my bacon chicken wrap, the bacon was raw and the wrap was TERRIBLE ALSO. My husband said he would never come back... also there was NO SOAP in the women's washroom and I had to eat with DIRTY HANDS. My husband went to the men's washroom and there was no toilet paper, someone had thrown an empty roll in the toilet. We would like our money back $22.41, terrible food and terrible service. Also headquarters should know this at one time was a busy and popular Tim Hortons (much loved) there was a leather arm chair (completely vandalized) and no one could sit on it, it needed a cushion or to be removed or re covered... what shame. Our address for our cheque to be sent to is: V. and C. Shave, #5 — 3242 Cowichan Lk. Rd., Ducan, B.C. V9L 4B9, our email ([protected]@hotmail.com) our phone number is [protected]. THANK YOU, VALERIE AND CHARLE SHAVE.
Desired outcome: REFUND OUR MONEY ($22.41) IT WAS A TERRIBLEEXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE FOOD.(V. and C. Shave
