Hello Trenton Nova Scotia Tim Hortons I used to stop everyday for my coffee, I stopped going for the reason of never getting my coffee right it always taste burnt and not fresh at all. Read full review of Tim HortonsDunnville drive through approx. 9am. June 10th/23.
I am Owner Operator of Dunnville, s major Taxi service provider since Jan.2000. Included in our services (there is no Uber, Lyft, or other) we deliver food, sometimes in relatively large quantities, for functions. Recently I personally have experienced a serious loss of quality and care in as much as time, and correctness in taking and filling orders correctly. A training and Management issue I, m sure. Trying to accept there are language barrier issues from time to time. Today June 10th.- A simple order of 3-apple fritters 3-glazed donuts and 2- egg on a muffin sandwiches was met with 3- apple fritters (denial of the 3 glazed donut order) as well as we don, t serve egg on muffins. The DRIVER held up her Cell phone to the person attending the p/up window displaying the order on Text. This person became verbally combative and disrespectful, even went s far as to threaten calling the POLICE ordering my DRIVER to go to McDonald, s. I will be influencing my clientele accordingly.
Desired outcome: An apology in writing from that Employee may bring the desired results whichwould be for me to remove "Avoid" from my instructions to my Clientele and DRIVERS
Ice cap refill cups
Hello,
I commonly order ice caps and have bought your reusable Tim’s cups for this purpose. The biggest reason why I use them is to avoid the plastic cup, more often than not staff pours it into a plastic cup in order to put it in my cup which defeats the purpose completely as you are still throwing away the plastic cup in 1 second. Some do use a metal jug and then pour it in my cup ( common sense) but it does not seem to be policy at the Tim’s locations and every time I have to explain or hope that they do the plastic-less option it becomes a much bigger issue than it needs to be and I end up walking away with an empty reusable cup and a plastic cup regardless. It’s not that hard to reduce our plastic use, every small cup makes a difference. Specially when you commonly see Tim Hortons plastic cup being littered in Ontario.
Desired outcome: For Tim Hortons to be aware of the unnecessary plastic cup use and implement new policies to fix/prevent this.
Customer service
On July 4 approx. 11:14 am. I waited in line for a good 40 minutes. I was very patient. Once getting to order window, (I use my app for 2 lg ice caps 2-$5), I ordered 2 lg ice caps, one of them extra light (or milk) for my daughter). always order it like this and get it. I also tried to order, a croissant, a muffin and a glazed donut. None of which the...
Read full review of Tim HortonsA pathetic service by an employee named miss 'May', a phlilipino lady
Last night around 10:25 pm, on July 5, 2023, I was there in the store for a cup of Coffee, and I was on the line for order, two other people ahead of me, one Girl and a Guy, i was the last person on that line; the employee miss May has refused my order, In the meantime she allowed another line up from the other side, she wanted to served them, I was waiting 10 minutes in the old line for the service,
I asked her you should have allow one line to serve, she then became so loudly rudest and arrogantly replied" this is your last time, never come back" also she has thrown out my change coins on my face. u can check on Camera,
I became wondering what has going on in the TIMHORTONs, why these people behaving ruthless with customers', these practices must Stop, has to stop them, need to cancel their permission to do Business in Canada, this is not Phillipines
I have been taking services from TIMHORTONS for a long, but this Phillipino Lady' miss May' has Broken my heart and my belief,
So, I appeal to the respective authority to cancel their Business License for abusing Customers that effect our daily lifestyle.
Thank u
1504 50th ave lloydminster ab
I am a regular Tim Horton’s customer (often several times per day) Today we went the 1504 50th Ave Location in Lloydminster, AB. As usual I used the scan & pay app & again like many times I was asked to pay - this time I wasn’t allowing it again & checked my Bank account & YES the transaction of $18.44 had been processed from my account. We showed the transaction had processed & were told that we had not paid - since this has occurred in the past & the transaction is never reimbursed back to our bank I refused to pay again. The “manager” told us we were being banned from ever coming back to this location - if the app is faulty that is not the fault of the customer I have documentation that I paid for my order - I am not a criminal I am a customer - if & when the transaction reverses I would gladly pay for my order - but history has shown this is a unicorn & I have overpaid on multiple occasions. Yes - call the RCMP - I have proof of payment - I would gladly hold the line up all day to show the customers that they are often being double charged - there once was a code for Customer Service & customers were not treated as thieves - when in fact in this case it is Tim Horton’s that are the thieves. I don’t need to be BANNED from this location - their lack of customer service insures I will not return. Furthermore, I will make sure that the word of theft & customer disservice is widely spread.
Desired outcome: Apologies? Being called a thief? Any apology would be just empty words
I have a complaint about a manager
I went to drive through tim hortons on 2nd of july 2023 in morning about 9 am and requested for a everything bagel with egg. Sausage. Cheese and bacon and a medium double double coffee. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Recently was at your outlet in Scarborough per attached Receipt.
Was appalled to notice an error on the receipt. The charge was for the purchase was $6.58 plus tax .15 cents. The total arrived at $7.44.
This total is erroneous.
$.6.68 plus 0.15 cents HST should total $6.73.
A difference of 0.71 cents.
On checking with the attendant and the manager the response was a surprise. Neither of them could account for the difference.
While the overcharge may seem insignificant with each transaction the the overcharges would amount could end up being humongous.
Can this difference be explained.
Awaiting anxiously for a quick response and correction.
Thank you.
Shocked and curious,
Zul Parpia

Condition of Tim’s
I’m at the Tim’s at Rutherford and Islington in Vaughan. Been here a few times and I found the waiting time to get served is not acceptable. The store is filthy that I had to clean the table and seats. There is no one cleaning. The garbages are all full that you barely fit garbage in them. It’s always has been like this. They have about 8-10 people working...
Read full review of Tim HortonsCoffee lids
i went through the drive thru at 9:30 am Wednesday June 28, 2023 placed my order the young lady was passing me a large coffee at the same time i was paying for my order i received the coffee and the lid which was not secured came off and spilled all over my lap and car seat/carpet. Unfortunately for me that they given me a black coffee instead of my double double burning my lap to the point i went to the closest back ally to strip off my pants and underwear drove home to take a cold shower, my lap still feels like it is still burning and if it doesn't go away within a half hour i will have to go to the hospital and lose more time from work. i relies that accidents happen but this was totally preventable if they made sure the lid was on tight instead of worrying about the time it takes to go through the drive thru.
Desired outcome: i am in to much pain to think what the outcome should be
Donut
I ordered a large coffee and a boston cream donut. He tried to give me the donut in a bag.. I asked for it in a box because u loose all the chocolate icing on the bag. He put the same donut that was in the bag in a box which of course left all the chocolate in the bag.. Then he and the other server were killing themselves laughing as I drove away! Really great customer service guys!
Desired outcome: Would appreciate an apology from your childish staff and a new donut please.

This did not happen to me but a young girl I know that worked there. Management tried intimidation and bullying tactics when she called in sick which was one time, they withheld her cheque when she quit, and there is a supervisor who harassed her to go on dates, and still does, even though she has blocked him, so he uses other phones to contact her

Yesterday I bought 2 coffees at Tim's on Frederick street kitchener after picking my daughter up from Lancaster street in kitchener. We when to freshco on Weber street kitchener got out off and grab the coffees and the lid came off one coffee when we look half the coffee was gone. This has happened couple of times but I never complained about . I would like to say a lot of people complained especially the lady that got burned on her legs and Tim's said their employees did everything right but did they checked their cups
Tim hortons has served me burnt croissant
I went to the Tim Hortons (69 Regent Park blvd, M5A0k7) in person on 20th June 2023 around 10:22 am.
Ordered for: a medium dark roast double double and a toasted plain croissant
Revived: a medium dark roast and a burnt croissant which is not safe to eat at all.
I request you to please look at this issue so that it doesnot happen with any other customer.
Thompson Manitoba Location
This location is consistently operating on a reduced staff level during peak busy times. They have the capacity for 2 drive through lanes but always block one off so you can only use one. The line of vehicles winds out onto the road because of it. When they did have two open in the past they only took orders from one side at a time (by the same employee) so it did not help minimize wait times for customers. The last month they have put it down to one lane. If you go inside the building they only ever operate one till, so there is a line consistently uuthere. When I went in at 8:30 yesterday they had 6-8 employees total inside working. This is during the big morning rush and happens daily. I have held off putting in a complaint hoping it would get better but it is not.
Cleanliness of whole place
Stopped at the first Tim Hortons coming from the west Golden.
Wash room was totally disgusting, pretty much unusable.
Ordered two coffee and bagels to go. The whole place was filthy. Noticed the condition behind the counter was also filthy. Had second thoughts about ordering anything from there.
Back in car driving started eating my bagel and had to spit out and throw away because there was a hair in it. I hope I don’t get sick.
Someone should check the condition of this particular store. It is not suitable for any type of service. Very poor.
Desired outcome: Response that you have looked into and it has been dealt with and perhaps pay for our bagels that we could not eat.
Coffee
I had ordered an XL coffee this morning before work at the Grand Ave. Tim Hortons in Chatham Ontario. I placed it in the cup holder of my car and by the time I had driven 5 minutes to work coffee had filled the cup holder. I couldn’t understand why as I hadn’t even opened the cup yet to drink it. When I lifted the cup to inspect it I noticed that the entire...

regarding Tim Hortons at 165 College Street, Belleville
June ll/23 @10:34 am
the service was terrible, she didn't give me my points , one of the items ordered was a Jalepeno Pastry that she let sit in the micorwave 4 at least 8 minutes while she left me standing there and took two other orders. I tried to get my points back and they said cant do that...so now I tried to enter the survey on line and it says that number has already been used. I have been a customer of Tim Hortons since it opened on Ottawa Street in Hamilton. The on route tim hortons on the 401 has students charging more and keeping at least 1-2.00 per person if food is ordered. I did complain and the manager gave me the money bak... I also frequent the one on bell blvd in Belleville cause if work just down the street.. It has improved greatly it use to be the 2nd on the poor service list but has been removed by college street. Your point program does not work cause half the time the points don' t register I think since Covid there is no more customer service its all a scam
Desired outcome: I would like my points back for the last approx. 10 times that they were not given or accepted for discounts.
