I've had my TJ max credit card for 5years or more now. I've never been late and I've always paid more than the minimum due. Recently I was hit with a financial hardship. I called to ask for temporary assistance with an adjusted repayment plan etc.. After speaking with several RUDE employees, I was told by the financial team, that they could provide me with a repayment plan, but they would permanently close my account and this would be my only option. I was able to call and make arrangements with my other credit cards(without permanently closing them) so when a representative told me this was my only option, that was a hard pill to swallow. Needless to say, don't ever fall on hard times and depend on this company to assist you, when times are tough. Once I pay this card off, I will NEVER get another TJ max credit card or refer them to anyone else!

a few months ago I over charged my credit card by $40.00 - when I recieved my bill in the mail I paid and kept my bill under the amount of my alotted spending. I had money in the bank to pay for my bill and I payed it two days before it was due. Synchrony bank never processed it on their end and claimed that my account was invalid. So this month my bill is double plus a late fee and I payed it five days ahead of the due date. I am keeping a close eye and calling everyday to see if synchrony bank has processed it yet. It take up to 48 hours to process a payment and it should have been processed by now. I can only assume that I have been profiled. So now I am contacting the FTC and the banking regulatory commission. To many people are being scamed by this online unscrupulus bank that TJMaxx allows to work for them. I am closing my account. If anyone has issues please report them to a higher organization. The more people that act then we can push them out of the banking industry.

I had a TJ credit card and stop recieving bills and didnt even realize it. We have struggled financially but we have always paid our bill. It may have been a week or two late sometimes, but always paid. We stopped recieving bills, they tell me now because of our address which has not changed. I am so upset because my credit is now probably ruined. I never recieved anything in the mail to notify me of what was going on. My address has not changed and now my account is in collections. Now they want all of what I owe. This is completely wrong on what happened and never getting notified of what was going on. Our phone has not worked alotnofn the time. But a bill or notice would have stopped all this from.happening. I would like this to be rectified is some way because it is wrong what happened.

I cancelled my TJ Max Credit Card when it was stolen with my purse .
I asked for a replacement card and to launch a investigation.
They went and cancelled the whole account, reported it closed to my credit bureau with out my consent or knowledge and that closure being reported caused my credit score to drop 48 points. We are in the middle of getting a mortgage and insurance which is all credit based .
What a nightmare
When I called TJ Max CC they played dumb and lied, saying they don't do that. Kept changing their story, kept hanging up on me, kept transferring my call over seas, didn't help, didn't show care or concern, over a stolen credit card of no fault of my own they decided to purposely report closed account and damage my credit score .
None of my other credit cards did this . Only TJ Max CC. It's now effecting my interest rate and down payment for my mortgage and my insurance rates.
I'm filing a law suit with a attorney generals office and consumer attorney and consumer protection agency and BBB

Yesterday afternoon. I think someone should be aware of one of your employees that whom was a cashier. A woman identifying herself as Allison proceeded to talk in a most rude and vulgar manner. The words she used were very offensive and out of line. I doubt that she is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to her soon before your business suffers. I work at the johnsoncity, tn. Tjmaxx. Yesterday the rae dunn customers posted my name and place of employment as well as intent to harm my job and reputation. I have about 38 screen shots of this conversation mentioning my name, place of employment and ententions to contact corporate. There are about 7 names in this conversation that are slandering myself and making liable posts. The criteria for a liable or slander lawsuit is in these screenshots. My name, place of employment and intent of malice posted on social media to a grop or individual and is accessible to be seen by a 3rd party. These customers arrive at the front of our store approximately 2 hours before we open. We have to walk through them to get into the building, one imparticular lurks around corners and eavesdrops hoping to get information for the rae dunn group throughout the day. How would tjmaxx corporate like to deal with this kind of behavior on a daily basis. You hear about it but the associates "9years with excellent evaluations here", to work in this hostile environment. The managememt team does what they can but the policy of putting this merchandise out every morning for only certain individuals to camp out and get is a major problem. They all think we hide rae dunn from them. We are enabling a group of a few customers to change the culture of our store for the worse. If this merchandise was treated like any other merchandise it wouldn't be such a huge mess. The people in these groups love to report employees and gossip like children in there private groups where no one has a chance to defend themselves. The employees of this company work hard, provide excellent customer service. We shouldn't dealing with so much immaturity and nonsense over white dishes. A few fellow employees are derogatorily mentioned in these published rae dunn group posts that are only doing there jobs and dealing with the situation as best they can. If corporate would like to see these pages I would gladly provide them to you. There are names and profile pics with each statement that was posted in that group. The admin and moderator of this group lik take a moment to look at the attached pages it would be appreciated.
