WH Clearwater SC Friday night. #1 I had to wait from Alicia my waiter to come from outside then she took my order without washing her hands. #2 she was talking to a thin lady about some meeting they had about her calling the young lady on the other end a [censored] she said she did it and will do it again they made a plan to be mean to her to get her fired by any means she had to go I like the other lady she always nice and pleasent just what they need here
poor customer service
I went inside, sat down because the tables were full. As some began to get empty, no one bothered to clean them off. Another couple came in and waited. They ended up sitting before me and my son at a table a guy cleaned off. Meanwhile I am still waiting on a table. Nobody never bothered to clean off 2 empty tables that we could have sat at. Very disappointed and upset at this kind of service especially when there are tables that only take one minute to clean off. This happened at the Waffle House on Greenwell springs road in Central, Louisiana

Me and my husband visited store # 1721 at 669 highway 138 in riverdale ga 6:27 today and ordered a chicken melt plate with double hash browns and double onions on everything and a T Bone steak medium well with cheese eggs and cheese grits to go. When we got home which is 30 mins away my husband noticed no onions on his chicken melt which we paid for so at that time I checked my order and my steak was cooked well. It was tough and burnt so at that time I called the store and talked to the cook Sherwin and explained to him what happened and that we were stuck with food that we couldnt eat and we couldn't come back that day because we were 30 mins away. He was very rude so I told him I would call Corporate and he told me to call corporate so I did. I don't know what is going on with the customer service at waffle house but I chose to come to waffle house even though they are protesting and even though there is a I hop across the street. hostile environment
I was at store 2090 on camp Robinson. This server named Brittney came in cussing the manager. Then while I was eating she was standing behind another server latterly breathing down her neck and cussing her out and calling her a thief. This happened Tuesday June 26th before 7am. I assumed the supervisor would handle the issue privately but the girl still works there. This is unacceptable ! Employees n customers should not be subjected to a hostile environment. If I go back in there and see her again I will be sure to drive to the next establishment to eat and tell everyone I know not to go there to that waffle house.
lack of food choices
I went to waffle house in Hardeeville, South Carolina at exit 5 on June 30th and i was very disappointed. Let me start by saying my server Thomas was excellent . My problem was the food selection. I was told the only meats they had were chicken, bacon, sausage and ham. They didn't have steaks of any kind, no porkchops or burgers. I was highly disappointed with whomever is responsible for ordering the food. Apparently management was aware of this problem. When you have your heart set on eating something and then you're told you have a limited selection to choose from. They took a huge loss because alot of customers went to the waffle house at exit 8 due to this situation. I ask in the future managment have a better system in place for ordering the right amount of food. Signed one hungry woman.

There is a new server named Julie Self at unit 779 on 865 Goodman W. Horn Lake, MS, that has absolutely NO consideration for her fellow coworkers. The server she works with on the weekends on 2nd shift has an allergy to the bleach and today 6-30-18 just an hour into the shift Julie began to pour bleach into everything knowing about the allergy, which forced her coworker to have to clock out and go home. And just before said coworker clocked out Julie stood near the manager and laughed about the entire situation as if she thinks it's funny to try and kill someone on purpose. The store manager Emilie Jordan did absolutely NOTHING about it. Emilie allowed Julie to do this and then she blamed the other server for the issue. The server that had to leave broke out in hives all over her. Attached is a picture of her legs covered in hives.

I am vegetarian i mention to waitress specifically that please make sure no meat in my food. But when I receive my food lot of meat piece was there. I go alot for my breakfast to this place definitely need better management. Specially the location on 77 /hwy 231 Panama city. And even 15th st waffle is worst . So please tc of these 2 locations and tell them to respect your customers.

The cook with no name tag brought my order and when I asked for butter she told me yankees are not welcome here. I stop here at least three times a week. I will not stopping here again. I am sending this complaint to make you aware of a transgender person working as a waitress at The Zebulon Rd WH in Griffin, Ga. I am aware that we are a diverse society now but i was waited on by this obvious man who was heavily made up to look like a woman. It made me very uncomfortable and I will not be going back to this store. i am not judging this person but it seems to me he could do his heavy makeup on his time and not WH time. I realize that in this day and time we are walking on a fine line legally but there are many places in Atlanta that would be more open to this behavior. Again, this person has their rights but I wanted you to be aware of this situation.

I'm 61 yrs old and this is the only wh i've ever walked out of without getting to eat. After waiting 15 minutes to have our order taken, the waitress didn't even call our order in. The cook wasn't interested in trying to keep up and was ignoring the waitresses when they were trying (to call out orders. They need some new help! I'll never go there again.

I ate at store #289 in Mobile Al last night. The manager lady was out front arguing with a girl about her boyfriend when we arrived. A young male took our order. Did not bring me the bacon or grits I ordered! I had to beg for coffee & it was barely warm. After we ate & started to check out, I wanted dessert to go.
Then the manager lady walks in pushed as heck, was so rude to me. I paid my bill of $28.00.
Then the kid hands me another bill and says this extra $15 is your desserts? I said wait just a second let's look at my visa receipt, it was just a dollar amount on the slip he showed me his yellow copy but it was in code to Waffle House.
I feel like a full refund is due to me. The food was terrible we brought it home & this today no one wants it. This use to be my favorite Waffle House. It's bad bad bad now. Look at your security camera from last night.
You will see how rude the manager lady was. I can send a screenshot of my credit card from my bank app, they did not provide me a copy!

Ok I'll start at beginning my wife my friend and I called Waffle House to order a meal for this evening. We called and submitted our order and right away after hanging up phone we talked and came to conclusion that they must of rang up order wrong because we were over charged. So my friend goes and picks up order and on his return he goes on to tell me that the waitress all but refused to supply a receipt with our order and after a back and forth with him took and wrote a receipt out by hand which we all thought was very weird. But then proceeded to open packaging to find that out of the three orders two of them were wrong my wife's cheeseburger was suppose to have no tomato but yet it did ok no biggie then looked at mine and I got my hash browns smothered covered chunked and topped and all I got was ham on mine. Which there's no way I could have eaten that which is why I ordered how I did. So we call back and the waitress quickly replies to bring it back up here and I'll put it on your plate so explaining that at this point my plate will be cold from the numerous trips I would prefer to have fresh everything or at least warm my chicken to prevent this. But needless to say she didn't do so she quickly hand me another container with hash browns the way I ordered them originally and trying to explain once again that we were over charged she basically refused to give us a printed receipt therefore I think she's ripping customers off by overcharging and pocketing the extra but how could I prove this since I was refused a printed receipt with Waffle House letter head. So this is my Waffle House complaint and actually the last three out of four times we've eaten at this particular location they've gotten our orders wrong but usually they're very apologetic and prompt to make experience a good one and successful in doing so but tonight that was not the case I expect that something is done about this and I hope that no other customers are treated the way we were this afternoon and can honestly say from now on we'll drive a little further to different location to get acceptable prices and services.

Your store #2208 located at 950 E. Cartwright ave, is being run into the ground the employees and the manager use profanity to talk to each other and the manager thinks it is funny, you have employees using drugs in the rest rooms and one employees collapsed and almost died in your store during her shift due to a drug over dose. You have a server named quincy who is selling and using drugs on your premises and the store managers are aware of this and are doing nothing, now I'm on the outside looking in and I have noticed a lot. I'm letting you know that something needs to change or my next call will be to the police and the local media on how waffle house allows illegal activities in their stores.

I questioned the bill to no satisfaction. The bill I was given was just a bunch of numbers written down not itemized at all. I did leave a $7.29 tip only to even out my bill. Finally figured total at motel and am upset at being overcharged. I feel it was intentional.

Tonight my borther and me went to Waffle House on 153 Higway, after waiting 10 minutes one of the employee(His name was Sage) came to take order. He was literally reacting like a racist. He tool order of me, and was leaving without taking order of my brother, so I called him back and said he also has order. He angrily said you should tell me before that you are together and stuff. We didn't said anything and he took order. I order double-hashbrowns. When he brought the food, it was just one hashbrown, so I told him that I ordered double. Very rudely he said that its double. I said sir I come here very often and I know which is double and which is single. He again talked very rudely and said its double I can't do anything. So I said ok, call the manager I want to talk to the manager, so he said manager is not here. So I said call anybody senior, and he denied, and started calling himself a manager. He said rudely that I am the manager talk to me whatever u want to talk. U never seen anybody rude like this before. I am never going back to that waffle house!

Tonight my husband and I went to Waffle House On Baya Avenue in Lake City Fl because that's what we had a taste for. I ordered a 2eggs breakfast with a order of bacon. Also added a extra side of bacon. When I got home and settled, preparing my food to eat I separated my bacon from the rest of my food. I notice a piece of dark hair approx 3cm Long in my eggs. At this point I threw my bacon in the trash and was about to throw the entire meal in the trash. I covered it back up and took it back to the restaurant. I handed my food to Jay and he observed the hair. He began to have my meal remade. Once my food was finished I was handed my food. There was no bacon with my meal. Amber was my waitress that took my order. She told me I needed to bring the bacon back to the restaurant. I've never heard in my life where I needed to bring something out of the garbage back. Visited Waffle House 0780 Phenix City, Alabama 6-22-18 around 3 am. Ordered scrambled eggs with raisin toast, grits and bacon. Bacon was cold as a rock. Grits and eggs were cold and toast was cold and not toasted. Asked to warm food. Was told they had no way to warm it so they recooked it. Returned with fresh plate barely, and I mean barely, warmer. What the heck? Restaurant was old and had greasy tile walls with dust sticking to the grease. Nasty place! Waitress was nice, cook had an attitude! Waffle House needs some serious quality control!

I went into Waffle House # 82 located at 3180 Norcross Tucker Road In Tucker, Georgia on my lunch hour. I placed my order with Cashier/Waitress Shun Or Tekevious Carr I ordered the $5.00 combo bacon grill cheese meal for carry out. The cashier took my credit card and ran it and didn;t ask me if I wanted a receipt she put ticket down for me to sign and I signed and gave back to her. She didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt and began talking what happened last night in her personal life. I said excuse me can I have a receipt please and she threw me my receipt. I went and sat down and waited for my food. When I seen my food ready I went up to the counter to get it, she threw it in a bag and grits spilled over and I asked for my drink and she wouldn't give it to me the lady cook repackaged my food and gave me the drink, and shun went and started washing tables and she started arguing at me and making fun of me. I told her you wouldn;t have a job if customers don't come here. I see Waffle House on the news with so much but I go to Waffle house at least 2-3 times per week for lunch and this has been my first time with a bad experience. I don't appreciate being treated like this and she does not need to work for Waffle house with a bad attitude. I asked for the manager and he said that he would handle it but I know they won't do anything about her or the service and you wonder why!

Went to waffle House in Davenport Florida on the 18th of june at 230 pm with my 81 y/o mother.We waited for 15 min before anyone greeted us..There we're 6 employees yelling..slamming dishes.The dining room had 6 customers..I ordered well done hash browns and they weren't cooked at all.My moms waffle was raw.We come here often..Will think about coming back..Very rude help..ghetto..
