Refusal to stock my preferred generic. Washington Avenue and Newbridge Road, Bergenfield, NJ.
I have ADHD and my doctor electronically transfers my script for Adderall XR every month. Every time I had received the drug in the past, it was the generic approved by Shire. Last year, I noticed the pills had white beads inside instead of beige and when I took them, they didn't work as well. They were made by Mallinckrodt. Doing some research, I discovered I was not alone, and that Sandoz had picked up the approval. About 6 months ago, I requested over the phone my preference for Sandoz, after seeing the picture of the Mallinckrodt on my prescription notification. They obliged, but I had to wait for it. You'd think they would have noted on my records my preference for Sandoz, but, lo and behold, next month showed the same Mallonckrodt that was filled---a drug that doesn't work. Every month has been the same thing. BTW, the wait every time has been excruciating, because the executive function is the first thing to go without the pills. Especially getting it together to go out to pick them up---I have no car and, while they used to deliver for at least 10 years, they no longer will for me. I am all alone with nobody to help.
Desired outcome: For them to fill with what works and to deliver, like they used to.

Walgreens at 3902 FM 762 Rosenberg, TX is very inefficient in the pharmacy department. Text are sent stating you have a prescription ready to pick up only to receive another text stating you need a refill. 99% of the time they cannot find the prescription my doctors office sent over electronically but you do not find out until you request a refill. So you have to contact your doctors office and every time they have the date and time it was sent to Walgreens. The workers do not go out of their way to be helpful. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions. I am done with Walgreens.

To whom it may concern I am complaining about the staff and the pharmacist he said his name was Yimmy Shih if he was being honest. I have moved my meds from the pharmacy on Mississippi and Peoria in Denver Col to the one On Illiff and Mississippi Denver Co 80014 they both have the worst service I have ever seen. Doctors send prescription to the pharmacy they hold them up saying what should not be done. I have been taking the same medication for 11 years and now the Pharmacy tech is telling me what I can't take, if my doctor sends something over there job is to feel it. Then they are the rudest people I have ever been with he told me I suggest you move your medicine to another Pharmacy I have been using Walgreens for over 30 years. I will now take my business to CVS Pharmacy where my job insurance says I should be filling at. I was being a loyal customer. I am a manager with Comcast if my agents ever spoke to a customer the way they spoke to me they would not have a job. I will be transferring my business to CVS there are a lot of unhappy people now with Walgreens I refused to pay all that money for such a poor customer experience. I 11 prescribe medication I will no longer allow Walgreens to have my business. By the way the pharmacy manager or worker hung up on me 12/29/2021

every month there is always a problem with prescription pick up, not once but every time. only one window is open and many times the pharmacy bars are down inside the store, so at least a 45 minute wait in the window pick up and still not happy with this service/ manager was surley and pompus/ i suggest the entire staff be fired and start new! ive used other wallgreen pharmacies in this town and never had a problem / how can this location be so inadequate. do yourselves a favour and get new management

So I pick this Walgreens pharmacy alma school road in Chandler Arizona. I picked them because they are close to my work. I work 12 hours a day and I have an infection severely painful infection and I go to the doctor and he sends over the prescription to them and no where in a any notes does it say I have to pick up my prescription by 5 pm. Because I would have been there before they close to get my medicine that's severely needed. Well I couldn't get it and now Im feeling distraught and sick because of my concern of my health issue so I ask for a store manager well low and behold no store manager to get me my meds even though Walgreens runs the pharmacy. Walgreens runs it. I could have gotten better service at Walmart. A big mistake seriously. I definitely will not keep them as my pharmacy they are out. I'll find somebody that cares about patients and won't make excuses of why they couldn't have gotten my medicine I'm sure sitting on the shelf in my name. Waiting to be picked up and paid for by me personally. By the way I'm paying for it no insurance

I have been a long term customer and I am considering to change the pharmacy for having had several negative experiences since staff changed. Last example of today: On December 22 my doctor Dr. Slater called in important medication for me before the holiday because I had acute serious lab results of Diabetes 2 and very high triglycerides.
On December 23rd in the afternoon I was told that the doctor did not call in medication for me. Because of the holiday weekend I could not reach Dr. Slater anymore till Monday morning where he called in the medication the second time in my presence. Today on Tuesday, December 28th I was told again that no medication was called in for me. I insisted that this cannot be. After consultation with the pharmacist the lady serving me look into the box under P and found my medication. No apology, no excuse.

Covid test scheduling
This is more concern and not a complaint. Wondering why it is so hard to schedule a covid test appointment. I have made numerous attempts to schedule a test but to no avail. The only way is online. Are you that backed up with appointments?
It seems this has become a major issue at all the Wallgreens We are instructed to apply online but we are not able to set up an appointment. I know that Wallgreens staff are busy nonstop with this pandemic going on but cannot assist with the online covid test appointment.

I use the Walgreens at 2353 Lakewood Rd. Tom's River. I have two issues. One, when I call the pharmacy the prompt asked if I want to auto refill a prescription. I say yes and my prescription is never fill with auto refill. The second issue is very upsetting, I call the pharmacy after hours a refill possibly to pick up later that day or the next and I am redirected to an all night Walgreens. What really is upsetting after taking my order over the phone, I am told to drive an extra 10 minute for my prescription. My prescription is not filled and I have to call another pharmacy which I will never use.
Desired outcome: Change this way of doing business.

Our family is disgusted with listening to your commercials with the inference of curse words for example one commercial shows a "mother" looking at her phone and aggravated and saying "i'll be a son of a …."! That's ridiculous and vulgar! You all may think that's cute but our family and friends don't! We will not step foot into any of your stores until you make your commercials fit for children to adults!
Online photos - unethical advertising
Walgreen's website indicates "Same Day Pickup" and my completed order details indicate same day pickup with an "Earliest estimated pickup time" that is just hours after my order was placed, but this is unethical advertising instead of what it appears to be: an estimate based upon valid data.
I placed my order for prints on 12/22 and the order still isn't ready on 12/23, so I called the store. They indicated that they were well over 100 orders behind and couldn't promise my order would be ready by Christmas. So, I contacted Walgreens customer support hoping they could redirect my order to a store with less of a backlog. I was shocked to be told that Walgreens doesn't keep a database of how many orders are currently being processed at individual stores.
So, this means that Walgreens has dishonestly accepted my business with a promise to deliver that they can not keep and that they have no way of knowing whether or not they can keep. Ordinarily, I would just cancel my order and move on, but Walgreens' unethical advertising practice has left me in a pinch since it's now the afternoon of 12/23 and I am in a time crunch, so they may still be my best hope (since I'm at least in the cue) despite being the ones who created this crisis.
I had another local option that I could have used for printing up until yesterday but they are now unable to get my photos printed by tomorrow, something I could easily have done if I had known not to trust Walgreens online store. Meanwhile my wife and I have been calling everywhere else we can think of to mitigate this broken promise by Walgreens.
Walgreens' online store should remove promises they can't keep (or don't know if they can keep) from their website. It should clearly state that "Same Day" is a goal, but Walgreens doesn't keep track of individual store orders, therefore the online store is only stating the company's goal, not an actual estimate based on reliable data. Then, if Walgreens wants to ethically advertise "Same Day" printing via its online store it needs to create a database that can be used to keep track of orders in order to offer realistic estimates to customers. Until that point, stop making important promises when you don't have any way of knowing whether or not you can keep them.
Desired outcome: Change the walgreens' photo ordering website to comply with basic ethical standards of honesty.

Your phone A. I. never works. It is impossible to communicate with it, it is impossible to check on a prescription, & nobody picks up your phone. I would be happy to use the A. I. If it actually worked. It's as if it was designed to work with a line phone .
It is for this reason that I am going to start using a pharmacy service other than Walgreens in the future.

Lack of pharmacy drive-up, shortened in-store pharmacy hours.
First, 2 drive-up lanes were reduced to ONE . Now, that ONE drive-up lane appears to be "COVID testing" lane, not RX drive-up. Then the inside pharmacy hours are shorter. Forcing patrons to go inside during the peak of Flu, Cold AND COVID episodes, to stand around exposed to even more potentially I'll people seems like the exact opposite of how Walgreen's SHOULD be handling their customers. It is so difficult to even reach anyone by phone. As an 8 yr patron, I like the store/ RX staff. Seems as if everything has been "changing" for months ( know you have minimal control over the availability of products, which have accepted).. but it's NOT changing in a positive way for Walgreens nor their customers. But I will seek another location UTILIZING drive-up. And, if that is not possible, I will be moving my prescriptions to a completely different retailer, much as I would prefer to not do so. I have driven past CVS for 8 yrs because their location has never supported drive-up. But if I am forced to park & go inside the store, I might as well go to the nearest pharmacy, which is CVS, by a mile.
Desired outcome: Reopen drive-up pharmacy windows!
Scarlet Debit Card
Every single time that you make a purchase, they lock your card for "security" purposes. Because this is such a HUGE hassle, I called Scarlet Card on November 17th and asked to cancel my card and I asked them to mail me a check for the remainder of the amount of money that was on my account. They assured me that they were going to send me the check and that I would receive it within 10 business days. I didn't get the check, so I called again. I called several times and talked to several people, and they ALL assure me that I would receive my check in the mail.
Now they are lying to me, saying that they don't owe me money and they are giving me the run around. They will either put me on hold for an hour or mute my call until I hang up. I've worked for call centers before, and this is NOT how they are supposed to handle customer service!1
Desired outcome: I want my money back. I don't trust this debit card at all, even less now, so I STILL want my check of $127.53

They will send me a text saying my prescription is ready gor pick up. When I go I will wait a half hour and they tell me it's not ready yet and to come back. This was the third time this happened . Walgreens used to be on top of prescriptions but the last few months they struggle. They have long waits in short lines. Send texts to come pickup, can't get my insurance right. Every time. Is Walgreens trying to get rid of their customers.

I made an appointment to be vaccinated and the person who was in charge of vaccinating was taking too much time talking with his friend and kept us waiting for an hour, then he lost all the papers. He was rude and unprofessional. He thinks he is the "best" of all. "the owner of Walgreens".
He does not understand he is just an employee who works for the customer.
Not worth having him as a vaccination person.

Your prices are over the top crazy. You used to have great sales and were reasonable with your pricing. I was looking for Betadine yesterday and all you had were two very small 4 oz. and 6 oz. bottles. One was $10.99 and the other $7.99. I can get a quart of it on Amazon for $9.99 but I would normally buy local before giving Jeff any more money. But if I cannot get what I need reasonably I WILL give Jeff my money to add to his BILLIONS. Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon just in case you don't know that.
The employee that tried to find the Betadine for me didn't even know what it was and he had to be in his 50's. He asked another associate.
The checkout woman overcharged me and said I had to tell her it was an instant coupon. That didn't sound right to me. Maybe these people need some more training.

I really take offensive to your Christmas commercials where the main characters are frustrated and start to use slang curse words and then it switches. We hear enough of that in our everyday life and one TV.
