I am not complaining about the water but the bottle it came in. I was opening a bottle Dec 2, 2021, at 1pm and I felt a sharp pain in my thumb. I looked down and saw a very sharp piece of plastic sticking in my thumb. It started to bleed, I pulled it out and saw around the very edge of the bottle a sharp ridge. Computer and clothing
I did two online orders with Walmart. A refurbished computer and some sweatsuits for my daughter. Well three out of the four sweatsuits came in and showed order complete. Walmart tried to call the vender(was never a mention of the vender being China) and they didn't get an answer., I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours by the vender to do a return. That is just great because now that money is tied up for days waiting to sent this low quality trash back. Then the computer I ordered came short the cables to hook up the dual monitor. For three days I have been trying to get that straightened out only to be told again that Walmart would send a reqest for this vender to get in touch with me. Very sorry doing business where you have to have your money tied up and the site you bought from, IE:Wallmart Online has zero control over what they advertise and sell.

Delivery Service has become terrible
I have used Walmart home delivery for about a year. I know they use 3rd party delivery drivers, but something has to be done if they want to continue in the home delivery business. I have, more than once, had my groceries delivered to the wrong house (including today, 12/2/2021). I was able to contact the driver today to inform her, she did not speak English and didn't understand what I was trying to tell her….hoping she could go back to where she left my groceries and maybe get my order (including ice cream) to me. I've also experienced multiple delays up to 6 hours…order number [protected] most recently. Store number is 4262.
I have no idea what is going on with the process, but something most certainly needs to change to continue with my business. I also use Instacart with other stores locally and never have I had a complaint.
Desired outcome: Improved and dependable delivery service of my online grocery orders, not a excuses.

I ordered from the Sikeston, Missouri store to be delivered to my porch door.
I have received part of my order twice. Each time FedEx left the package
30 feet from my front door near the public walkway. A passerby could easily take. I am 93 years old and not able to bring them up steps to porch. Before packages have been left on porch. If this is how packages are to be delivered, I will have to order from someone that uses U.S. Mail or UPS to deliver.
Package delivered 11/30/21. Package was small. I t was to be delivered tomorrow so just happen to look out and see it. Have another package due December 2, 2021. Hope it will be on porch.

Updating my Walmart Account with a new land line.
I live at a independent living facility. I do not have a cell phone. I have only a land line and a computer. You can not get a text on a land line. I verified my account with my new number and it sends a text. I have been trying for a month to change my account to the correct phone number. Call after call and no results. I verified my email address.
There are seniors that do not have cell phones. You verification process for a phone will never work with a land line. No one gets it.

i bought $1600 in Prepaid Visa Card. I wanted to return the card and get my Madison, MS and Jackson, MS. I purchased the card from Jackson, MS. The website says card can be returned but neither location would give me my money back for the card so I have to figure out how to get my money back. My name is Sallie Johnson [protected]. You have to call the customer service number on back of card. Walmart doesn't refund those cards. It's their policy.
I tried that; called the number on the back of the card and they told me that I had to go back to the store.

I purchased an EVOO Gaming 15.6" Laptop, FHD, 144Hz, Intel Core i7-10750H Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, THX Spatial Audio, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, RGB Backlit Keyboard, HD Camera, Windows 10 Home, Black for $999.00 in a pre-Black Friday sale on my app. I had everything shipped to me and realized the computer was not in the shipment. I contacted Walmart and they said OnTrac had it. It was ordered 11/13/2021 and 11/14/2021 OnTrac got the shipping info but not the package. It is now 11/26/2021 and they still didn't get the package. I asked Walmart to send me a new one but they said they can't because it is out of stock. It is actually in stock but it is now $1299.99 so they refuse to send it to me and gave me a refund that takes 10 business days to get to me! I am FURIOUS!

Keurig - K Duo
Hi, I recently purchased a Keurig K Duo coffee maker from Walmart's online website on Nov 8th [protected] and upon receival it came with a malfunction.
I tried to exchange it in the store #1125 Stratford, Ont., but they told me that I would only be able to return, not exchange it.
This was unacceptable because the price has increased since, and Walmart would not honor the sale price from when I purchased it online. Customer service center told me you would not do this because the product I purchased was from marketplace.
Keurig, for me, is the most reliable and well-known product in the market. However, I am afraid this could generate a negative impact on your reputation. I am not pleased with Walmart's service and expected to obtain a new product since the original purchase was not functional.
I will hold on future purchases from Walmart and if the issue can't also be addressed by Keurig, will do the same with them. Furthermore, I will make sure my friends and family are aware of this situation.

im staring at about 30 employees walking in circles practically around the customer service area as i walk to make a return for a phone case i bought 5 minutes earlier. customer service lady comes up and says that they close service at 10 it's 10:15 and as i try to explain my problem she doesn't want to listen so she cuts me off to tell me that none of these 30 employees i see kicking rocks can give me a damn return on my phone case.

Unfortunately it happens. She should have taken care of you but at same time, then everyone else doing a return would pop up. Once they shut down, there's a time frame where they have to do the register's money and paperwork etc. It is what it is. She could have made an exception if they hadn't taken her drawer, but if her drawer has been taken up, there was nothing she could do. She could have been nicer about it though.

Custom calendar... Wrong year printed
Oder number 4561984 of November 7th, 2021. I picked the calendar up from local store at 9:30AM November 18th 2021. While it is a very good quality, the year printed for the Calendar was 2021... not 2022. Now tell me, who buys a Calendar at the end of the current year. Naturally I assumed it to be as is every Calendar they stock in their stores... for the next year. That being 2022.
I called The photo center, and the customer service clerk had no problems blaming me completely.
All I could say to her, is if, a company did this stunt to her, she personally would be quite upset about it.
In short, it was not a major sum of money $5.65, but regardless, Walmart`s position, is it's my fault and there will not be a correction or refund issued.
That is so wrong. I am amazed at a place like Walmart, treating me so badly.

The Asus 17.5" R3 laptop priced at $89.00 in store. I asked to buy it and they said it's discontinued. I asked for the display model then. They said they could not sell a display model. Online "out of stock" and now the price $277.
Classic bait and switch - false advertising/marketing . The reason for the price jump also ( on something you can't get anyway) was a huge cost of shipping.

Return policy
I buy Christmas presents throughout the year. I always keep my receipts just in case a family member changes their mind about what they want for Christmas or if they end up receiving the same gift from someone else. I bought this weight set for my nephew June 16 and he just received the same one for his birthday from another family member so I wanted to return the one I bought him for Christmas and the Walmart here in Vincennes Indiana is saying they can't return it cause it's passed the 90 days. I have the receipt and it's unopened. I don't agree with this policy due to the fact the same people do their Christmas shopping all throughout the year and you never know what's going to happen. I would just like to return this present so I can get him something else. I might have to just start shopping somewhere else.

Use of electric carts
I have for 20 or more years wittnessed handicapped individuals including myself- get an electeic car either in the parking lot or the store. Then do my shopping, pay for my items, then take the cart out to my car and unload my items in my car and park the kart next to where the other carts are in the handicapped zone.
But today a store associate named Kim stopped me at the doora and demaned i get put of the kart with my otems and walk to my car?
Excuse me i said, i can't walk. The whole reason i shop here is for the convenience of using the kart and being able to ride the kart back to my car.
She (Kim) chastized me. I demanded she get a store manager. She did nothing. I then told her, non handicapped people use the carts and take them out to their cars. But you are telling me handicapped people cannot do the same thing? That's discrimination.
The Walmart store located at 1550 N Main st in North Logan Ut 84341 has a policy that you cannot take the electric kart out of the store ot is for in store usw only.
I told her I'd been shopping there for 20 years and always drove the electric karts out to my car and parked them correctly and an associate wpuls take tem back for me.
I again asked for a store manager she again denied me.
I advised her I would then start a petition for all handicapped people to sign boycotting all Walmart stores if this ridiculous policy was not changed. I told her I would never shop there again. She then demanded i get out of the kart. I had to have my 71 year old sister in law bring me a regular cart and i had to hop on one leg to my car door as I am a 61 year old who is handicapped and had surgery on my right ankle and needed surgery on my left knee. My car isvtoo small for me to put my own scooter in.
I think this is outrageous! I nearly fell down doing so. I am an outraged Walmart shopper.

Desired outcome: Change the policy. If nonhandicapped individuals can take regular carts out of the store. Then the same rule should apply to handicapped individuals as well.

Refurbished iPad sold by iTech
We purchased a refurbished iPad from Walmart whose supplier was iTech. iTech was supposed to removed all information from the iPad but didn't. The iPad was requesting a passcode which was not with the iPad when we received it. I called Walmart for assistance and they kept telling me the iPad was supplied from their market place supplier and didn't do anything else. I had to look up their supplier contact information for a phone number and they offered no help in resolving my problem. I then contacted Apple support and spent over hour trying to solve the problem. Apple finally trying and scheduled a appointment with Geek Squad at Best Buy to resolve the issue and was told that it was illegal for them to unlock the code. So right now the iPad just sits and collects dust. FINALLY, BUYER BEWARE OF WALMARTS LACK TO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THEIR MARKET SUPPLIERS.

I went to the bakery up in Walmart to get a cake. I was standing there asking for help getting a birthday cake for my grandson. They women looked at me three times and ignored me. Finally I said "excuse me can you help me." Again I was completely ignored. So I just left and wrote happy birthday on the damn cake myself. So rude! This isn't the first time i have dealt with rude employees at the gallpolis Walmart. Not all employees are rude but the ones that are should of a talking to. I'm tired of being ignored and them getting hateful with me.
