Really disappointed by 1xbet. I have been using 1xbet for a long time and had no issues for years but lately there has been a world of problems.. I began experiencing troubles withdrawing on cards that I had been using for many years and suddenly it stopped working.

On 28th of April i used bank transfer option to deposit money of 65€ into my account and after transferring money i created deposit request but money wasnt credited into my account. I intented to use the deposit for the friday 1xbet promo which gives you a bonus balance but missed out on that because of this scam..I asked the guy on chat support and they said that they havent received the money. I filed a complaint with my bank and i was informed that the money was sent to the account the very same day. I sent all the transaction details, deposit slips, confirmation emails and my bank account statement at [protected]@1xbet-team.com but no one replys there. Now after providing all the documentations even the chat support has a default message saying to wait, they act like bots, not listening to what customer is saying and only saying that I should wait.. now this is the 2nd time this happens to me on 1xbet this year and I have really had enough and I am going to end my partnership with them.

It’s been a whole week now and I haven’t even gotten an email back from them which is just utterly poor customer service.. you cant tell me they are that busy that they cannot answer emails in 7-10 days time…. I really think that on a platform this big you should not be seeing problems with customers deposits showing up on their balance.. that’s just illegal and to see it happening for so many people makes you really doubt if1xbet are really trustworthy at all.

I had been a loyal customer of 1xbet but after such behaviour and stealing my funds im afraid to say that i wont be using any of your services ever again.

If you guys really do care for your customers then atleast resolve the issue on priority basis. My account id is: [protected]

I deposited thru paymaya on May 4 2023, but was rejected by their operator, upon checking on my e-wallet it was deducted, I already email their support but still no reply on their end. operators name was rex matthew p. I emailed many times in theie support email but no one was reviewing my complain. 1xbet must ensure this incident will be resolve and never happen again

1xBet Not refunding money back

I added 200 + 200 rupees on my 1xbet account. But i did not get any money till now it is been 1 month. I sent several mails to their [protected]@1xbet-team.com for this issue. But there is no response from their. Please help me to get my money back. They did not even respond to this problem. They have been ignoring my all the mails.

قمت بعمل ايداع بقيمه 24469 جنيها ، وحتي الان الايداع لم يصل ، وتواصلت مع القسم المختص لمده اكثر من شهر ويوميا يتم اخباري بان المشكله تحت المعالجه ولا جدوي من حديثي معهم رغم ارسالي لهم كل المتطلبات الخاصه من كشف حساب ورقي مختوم ، لكشف حساب من المحفظه ، لفيديو مع دعم المحفظه يوضح التفاصيل ، ولا جدوي حتي الان ، اريد اتمام الايداع حتي لا اتخذ اجراء قانوني

1xBet Withdrawal not received even after 25 days

I already file a complaint 10days ago but still no resolution have been provided by 1xbet so i am requesting again to solve my withdrawal issue

I placed two withdrawal requests on 5th of April 2023 at 6:02 AM and10:32PM of amount 40,000₹ each, I received one withdrawal on same day but the other one still not received, on the next day i received a message that the withdrawal has been sent but I don't receive my withdrawal so I write a mail to customer service and till now they only replied that they are checking and still after 20 days my issue remains unsolved

I am attaching the screenshot of my bank statement that i have only received 1 withdrawal of 40,000₹ and other withdrawal is still not received to my bank account. Id ([protected])

Today is 28april and over 100$ was deducted from my account,[protected].

When i asked, they said i had some type of connection with guy whose name is in screenshot and i dont even know if they have right to send me their maybe customer's name, they told me i violated 1acc per ip rule, which i never did for 1years of playing on 1xbet daily, never ever. I go to gym and use public transport, which comes with public wifi networks, maybe some other guy used network too, i mean everyone do use gym and public wifis, so maybe they thought i was some type of person who is connected to multi accounts and deducted my money from my account which is so not right, i can never use any bonus on 1xbet from now on, which is joke from the multimillionaire bookie.

Block apeal problem , if you lose you are a good costumer and if you win you are a bad costumer , i picked 11football games from my country and put 30 usd on them and they won 3813 usd and when i tried to withdrawal the blocked me and asking for stuff that i didn't use like e-wallet wich i never used ,I've used only crypto, ig this is the way to scam people asking for unnecessary information and documents and reply late ( once every 3 days)

1xBet Casino technical problems winnings not received

I am writing to report an issue that I encountered while playing Lighting Baccarat on your casino platform on 26-04-2023. When I tried to place a bet, I received a message saying that my bet was not accepted at that moment. However, I won the round and was not given my winnings. Additionally, the amount that I had bet was deducted from my wallet balance.

I immediately contacted the casino live support team to report this problem. After investigating my account, they found some irregularities and created a ticket with the number SD-3052971 to resolve the issue. Although they informed me that the issue had been resolved, I have still not received my winnings.

They are just running a scam when I was withdrawling and depositing money. Suddenly they stopped it because of security reason and now they need my documents. I have sent them all documents which they required but still nobody is replying. Customer support is not listening anything and not helping. They are just to give you excuse. It's 8th day and I am calling and emailing them. I have seen a public relation email there who is replying to everyone. I thought they will help me but they are also not replying on email. They all are running away and I suggest everyone not to play with them. They are a big scammer. I am going to tweet for this issue to their higher and will write to everyone whatever possible way.

Let me describe the incident in detail. At first I sent a withdrawal request and they asked me to contact the 1xbet security mail and I did as they said. 1xbet security first asked for a photo of my passport, I sent them a photo of my passport, then they asked for a selfie of me holding my passport and I satisfied this requirement, then they asked 1xbet to send me a message from the email I entered during registration I explained to them that I lost my email login passwords, then they asked me to provide a current email and a piece of paper with today's date on it. After all, what other evidence should be given to them. it turned out that their intention was not to issue the money. Their last excuse was that they required 1xbet to write a message from their registered e-mail, because e-mail does not have much effect on withdrawals. please help me to solve this problem. let me know if you want me to confirm the personal evidence I sent them.
