I am currently facing a problem of deposit, whenever I tried to deposit I got a notification “transaction failed”

I am from Bangladesh.I deposited an amount of 1000 BDT. On 13/04/23,Time : 5:07 pm via Bkash on 1xBet app.But I got a message that My deposit got rejected. I Don't know what happened.I mailed the email provided from Customer support but there was no reply from that mail till now.
