My account was blocked (for multi accounts) so I contacted the security Department and provided them with all the documents they asked for. They decided to unblock my account and merged all my accounts into the last one I made.

The problem is my account is still blocked, and when I ask them or I ask assistance they tell me that my account is not blocked.

Also the big problem is about my phone number. I don’t receive any SMS confirmation from 1XBET since my accounts were merged.

My deposits of over 200 dollars were not credited to my account.

Customer service is not helpful and I am getting nowhere with this.

Your security team is a disaster to deal with. For ID verification I literally sent them my CNIC front and back then they asked for bank card picture, Sent them that front and back. Then they asked for Bank account statement. Even send them that as well. Now they ask for a selfie with me holding my id while a email from them in the background which is clearly visible. Now that is something impossible to do with everything being visible clearly. I sent them multiple pictures with the best of my ability and they sent a message, It's "impossible" to proceed without the required information. Really? I just sent you my entire details and now it's impossible to proceed? I have betted more than 200k $ on 1xbet and now they are making it impossible for me to verify my ID for a few hundered dollars. Really disappointed by 1xbet. I have been using 1xbet for a long time and had no issues for years but lately there has been a world of problems.. I began experiencing troubles withdrawing on cards that I had been using for many years and suddenly it stopped working.

On 28th of April i used bank transfer option to deposit money of 65€ into my account and after transferring money i created deposit request but money wasnt credited into my account. I intented to use the deposit for the friday 1xbet promo which gives you a bonus balance but missed out on that because of this scam..I asked the guy on chat support and they said that they havent received the money. I filed a complaint with my bank and i was informed that the money was sent to the account the very same day. I sent all the transaction details, deposit slips, confirmation emails and my bank account statement at [protected]@1xbet-team.com but no one replys there. Now after providing all the documentations even the chat support has a default message saying to wait, they act like bots, not listening to what customer is saying and only saying that I should wait.. now this is the 2nd time this happens to me on 1xbet this year and I have really had enough and I am going to end my partnership with them.

It’s been a whole week now and I haven’t even gotten an email back from them which is just utterly poor customer service.. you cant tell me they are that busy that they cannot answer emails in 7-10 days time…. I already file a complaint 10days ago but still no resolution have been provided by 1xbet so i am requesting again to solve my withdrawal issue
