I asked to have my x-rays sent to me, they said I had to sign a Hyppa form so I went in three weeks ago to do this. They said it would take about 5 to 10 business days before I received my x-rays through email. I am very dissatisfied as a patient with Aspen Dental of Pascagoula, MS located at 4001 Denny Ave. This is my own experience and my opinion, I have been a patient for many years, and I have had wonderful experiences until this past year. First, my most recent appointment took me several months to even get an appointment at the Pascagoula office due to their...

Broke a tooth on Friday 7/29/23 called to have remnants removed and would you know can’t do anything till 7/31/23 @3:00 pm. Go to appointment spent 3 hours of paperwork and poking around and looking by this time it 6:00 pm and when I ask about removing the tooth. I was told and I quote There’s no time to do that today. You’ll have to comeback Aug 12th. So in my book your Emergency walk in is false advertising on your part as I’m still in pain and the tooth is still hurting.

Overbilled for services and products I didn't need and not finishing my follow up after my root canal, shady characters told us we had to take a care credit account, gave us a mouth guard we didn't need and other products, never called me back to finish the root canal that another dentist did which they were supposed to do, now I'm waiting over a month to...

I went to the Valparaiso, Ind office and spent $4600.00 on my bridge. I have the ability to get reimbursed for some of my expenses. In order to do that I need an itemized bill for my services on 4-20 and 5-15-23. The office cannot give me this because your irresponsible computer geeks cant fix their problems. I live on a fixed income and want this receipt ASAP!

I went to Aspen Dental on Sam Ridley in Smyrna, TN 37167 back in 2021 for a teeth cleaning and other services. At the time I did not like the cleanliness of the office or the staff dentist so I left. I returned in 2023 to find that I had a credit on my account since 2021. I have insurance now and the Aspen Care Plan. I needed a partial and my teeth cleaned...

Me and my partner came in there about a year and a half ago looking to get work done on out mouths. It has been a nightmare since I walked through the door. The trauma from this place is insane. Patient account # 3471939
I called Aspen Dental on 6/15/23 indicating that I was having mastectomy on 6/16/23 and that with treatment I will not be able to get my dentures for at least a year or longer. I asked that a refund be sent to me via check for $1100.00 for I will be out of work and have a family to feed. I also explained that the bank card that the payment was made from is invalid due to a few months prior my ban found a fraudulent charge and cancelling my card and issued me another one. I have called the office several times and was told to wait. I called the corporate office on 7/19/23 and she told me that things were moving along and the last update that she had was on 7/7/23 and that it would go back on my card. I explained that I needed a check mailed. She said that if it bounces back then they will issue a check. This will delay my refund even more. I am requesting my refund via check by issued asap for I still can't work and need to survive, it has already been over a month. Please help me!
Desired outcome: Refund send asap!!!!!
I believe they are practicing medicare fraud.
I’ve been to Aspen dental four times. Every claim was filed in a timely manner with the exception of the last appointment on June 14 where two teeth were filled. They overcharged me and haven’t filed the claim yet, gave me the wrong claim number and they are telling me it will be 60 to 90 days before I get my money back. Every claim was completed filed...

I would love to be involved in this lawsuit if it's still possible or any future lawsuits as I'm positive there will be more. I've never had such a terrible experience at any dentist in my life. I had my top teeth pulled back in April. I had an estimate given to me and paid in full the amount I was going to be charged. I paid this before the procedure was even done. I also have dental insurance, they estimated what my insurance would pay. They were wrong and I am owned $1124.00 . I have called every week to ask the status of my refund. I started calling every week the end of April. Then there system crashed back then. They told me the could not refund any money until the system was back up. They created another account for everyone. When the system came back up, I was told they had to merge the accounts before they could refund my money. I am still hearing the same thing. I have had multiple staff at Aspen say they see the amount quoted above. I had asked to speak with the financial manager and was refused. There is no excuse with a company as big as Aspen to be treating patients this way. If I owed Aspen they would have had collection agencies after me. I just want the money back that is owed to me. I have not been rude, I feel I have been more than patient. I am a patient at the Auburn office. I have only been there 2 years. Sally Legg Cell [protected] Email [protected]@yahoo.com
Desired outcome: Credit my credit card for the amount owed to me $1124.00

Dental service
On May 31 I paid $1,479 for dental work. When I went to the office to be treated, I was told that they were waiting for a part so they could make an impression. They stalled for over 30 days and then told me they couldn't do the procedure. I requested a refund and was told that the refund will be sent to me from the corporation. Since I had to get the procedure done, I went to another dentist and he ordered the part and he received it in two days. The work is scheduled for July 17. All I want is my money back for work they could not do and they knew this when they took the payment. Knowing you can't do a job and take payment is fraud. If need be I will file charges

Poor customer service, quality dental work, company billing,
On 04/23/2022 I went in to aspen dental to get my teeth cleaned. I had x-rays taken. The hygienist came in she told me that I had that the x-rays show that i had some calcium build up and maybe a couple of cavities but we'll watch them if there is a cavity probably won't fill them may need crowns I told her that I just need a general cleaning. She told me that they won't do a general cleaning until a periodontal cleaning done. I asked what this would cost the hygienist didn't know. That I would need to talk to the office manager. I told the hygienist that I just had my teeth cleaned about a year ago and I had no calcium build up.
After the procedure was done I went into the Office and talked to the office manager Brian he told me what the bill was I was shocked. He checked my insurance he told me that the insurance would pay $1545 and the remaining balance of $811 would be my responsibility. I agreed with this. After a few months Brian calls me and says that the insurance company denied the claim stated that I didn't have insurance with them. So I called the insurance company and I did indeed have insurance since 11/2021. That the number was put in CL1 instead of CLI for the letters. So I went into aspen dental here in Topeka Ks and gave them another copy of my insurance card and told them to enter CLI not CL1. I believe that the office personnel wasn't trained properly. I find out from the insurance company that I needed to be with them for 12 months before I can file this type of claim. Brian never called me back and told me anything. This is poor customer service.
Another issue is billing they don't seem to get the claim in. I had my teeth cleaned in 2023 and they told me that I needed to have the same treatment that I had before a year ago. This hygienist didn't numb my mouth and after the third time she hit a nerve I told her we are about done I was very discussed when I left the office. They still tell me that there is a bill but I have no record just what the insurance company tells me on their statement.
I had a chip tooth in from fixed in March 2023 this is after I had the cleaning done. It came off a two weeks ago I called for an appointment for 07/12/2023 to get the tooth fixed for the second time. When I arrived the girl at the front desk told me that there was a note for when I had called in but no appointment was set. So i had to set another appointment for 07/19/2033.
The whole experience with Aspendental has been a nightmare. After reading some of the complaints I have to agree with a lot of them for the service and the quality and procedures of the dental work poorly executed last but least customer service. When I talk to the office manager, I feel that I'M treated like don't know what I'm talking about getting the run around. All the years that I have been going to dentist this is the worst. The office is located in Topeka Kansas. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com.Thank You
Desired outcome: I would appreciate some kind of a response please
Overpaid for dentures and was treated badly by staff Refused to help there patient out!
