Carl's Jr. Customer service

My son and I were in the vehicle when I asked her for a number 2 plain and for the seprate order she tells me they dont do seprate orders there and if I dont like it I can eat somewhere elde. She is one of those rude [censored] employee that screw off the customers because there is no supervisor over looking there actions. She has got to go. She has too much attitude to work the drive thru.

Carl's Jr. Drive Through Service

I was at the San Jacinto Carl's Jr drive through Saturday 9/30 at roughly 6:30pm

I placed my order and went right thru as normal once I got to the window my order was incorrect. I waited for roughly 2min there was 4 employees 3 were talking away 1 was on her phone. When I didn't see them acknowledge me I honked my horn seems they were all startled. one came to the window the one that was on her phone she had bad attitude and requested my receipt I handed her my receipt and with attitude said "You were not charged for a shake" My answer was "Ok charge me for it" she kept questioning me with attitude and when I told her I just wanted her to make my order right she gave me more attitude at this time I was fuming and answered her back with a stern tone she crumbled my receipt threw it out the window and said "[censored] You"

Desired outcome: Watch who you put as a service person and more strongly select your managers better I am sure one of the 4 was a manager and was no better than the one that had the bad attitude. At not time did anyone try to stop her and make it all right.

Carl's Jr. Chicken Tenders (Strips)

September 21, 2023 - 9:00 pm, ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders through the drive-through, from your restaurant in Lemon Grove, CA. I paid over $6.00 for them and they were horrendous. When I arrived home and opened the bag, they looked like they had been under a heat lamp all day. I was probably able to salvage a half of chicken strip for consumption. They were tough and impossible to chew. For the amount of money we pay, we should be able to count on Carl's Jr. to provide us a quality project, regardless of the hour we place our order.

I have had the chicken strips many times during day time hours with no problems. These must have been leftovers. They went in the garbage.

Desired outcome: Please refund or send a coupon so I can order a decent meal. Train staff not to sell anything to customers that they would not eat or feed to their families. Thank you.

We went in for lunch today, haven't been there is some time but figured since it was close we would give it a try. Now I remember why we don't frequent this establishment. The burgers are not hot, ours were cold. The cheese didn't even attempt to melt on it. The fries were not hot, and were too salty. Just thought I'd give my two cents. We won't be going back.

Carl's Jr. Your App does Not let me submit receipts for My Rewards

Within the past 72 hours, I made two in-store purchases.

I have repeatedly tried to submit the receipts' barcodes for My Rewards

on your app, but your app always has blocked me from doing so.

Your app always gives this message:

"SORRY SOMETHING'S WRONG.

We need more coffee. Sorry this is taking longer than expected but

Stars will be added to your account soon!"

That has been the same message for the past three days.

Your app states:

"All receipts must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase."

But your app ALWAYS has blocked me from submitting my receipts.

8/21/2023 at around 3:30pm. I got home with my order (a Carl's Jr original hamburger) took 1 or 2 bites of the hamburger and the bottom half of the bun disintegrates from the sauces put on it. This is an on going problem with Carl's Jr's hamburger buns. I love the fact that it's fresh but the bottom half of the bun should be thicker as to not fall apart as you proceed to eat the hamburger! It creates a mess!

This happened on 08/19/23 We just noticed there’s something in his drink, while we’re on the free way already. So it was hard to make a turn around drive, cause we need to get home due to bad weather that day. So I took pictures and a video for evidence. This is very sad, we threw away the drinks, cause we don’t wanna take risk of drinking it.

I went through the drive through at 5:45 am looking to get a nice hot breakfast before work, what do I get? A smashed bacon and egg biscuit, that is cold, as well as cold smashed hash browns that both look like they pulled it out of the trash! I spent $11.00 dollars on a breakfast for this?! Check your bag before you leave the drive thru! I've certainly learned my lesson on that!

Went to Carl’s Jr. And found out I needed to bring a spotter scope to see the menu, I’m old but 12-15 feet away from the speaker and 8-10 feet away from the road, with small lettering. Whoever thought it was a good idea to make a sign so stupidly placed, must be a California contractor. P.S. there are several other people making the same complaint on other platforms.

Over charge me on my burger and when I asked the employee, she said I will get a small one if I was asking for that $8,99 PRICE. I said that's what is says on the menu for a single burger only. they charged me $10.99 and when I asked for a refund she walked away and pretend someone else was ordering when no one was in line. Carl's Jr. Loss of money

My name is Stephenie McCoffin, I ordered online, my order came up to between $28-$31. I changed the pick up location to Bakersfield, CA instead of Delano, CA. Some how it changed back and my order was to be picked up in Delano. I called the Delano and Bakersfield location, and they said, even with receipt, and confirmation number, there's no cancellation, or Refund. Basically I'm just out of luck and money. I'm in law school, I have no income, so the little money hustle for, it hurts to basically get robbed for it. My email and number is [protected]
