Dollar General management

I would like to say the st. Mary's ohio dollar General is a joke. Management if u can call it that is a joke. They have no clue how to treat customers or how to operate the store. You have let all the good employees go now we are stuck with clueless rude lazy an dirty looking employees that have not been trained. I spend on average 125 a week there...not no more til u clean up the employees and the store. This should be a total embarrassment to your corporation

Dollar General management

Every time I go to your store in box springs ga your key or assistant manager I'm not sure of her title her name is candy is always having a mental breakdown and crying and screaming her personal business so the customers can hear it. It unprofessional. Not only is she always having a meltdown about her personal life but she looks like she's been up all night partying. Not only does she put her personal business out there but She goes the extra mile and talks about stuff no one should hear like drugs.
She is not making your store look good.

Dollar General dollar general hwy 187 anderson sc

My husband and I live very close to this store and visit it probably at least once a day. My husband is 53 years old and buys cigarettes in there all the time . Not to mention he is grey headed with a white beard, but I worked in retail many years and the rule has always been if customer looks under 30, and my husband definitely does not, then you check ID The new little girl with pink hair would not sell him cigarettes because he did not have his ID on him. Not to mention it was closing time and failed to give him all his bags . Are yall having problems finding sensible help. ?

Dollar General rude, angry, poor service

7/31/2017 New Dollar General store on 3104 hwy 30 pikeville Tn. Cashier named Latoya or latonya was mean to my age 5 and under children, and was very rude to myself. I shop DG alot it is my favorite dollar store, but I will never shop that store again as long as she is employed there even though it is closets to my home
Thank you for your time James Thomas. P S she also lied and said she was the assistant manager and that I was banned from the DG when I told her she was being rude to me and my children. Again Thank you very much.

Dollar General an employee

There is an employee that works at the store in Hephzibah Ga, that I feel has got personal information to contact my husband. My husband had rented a carpet cleaner from that store and a few days later she started contacting him and also mentioned to him that she also has our address. This is also an employee that has known me personally for a few years. I don't understand her reasoning for doing so but it is very unprofessional and we will no longer be shopping at that store.

Dollar General the looks outside the store

The store in Monroe county ga (High Falls location) has a fruit stand that looks like hell with about 4 homemade sheds or buildings in the parking lot. The store stays pretty busy and you have to park across the street because of this fruit stand and the owners of the stand cars. And during the winter they just leave there stuff out there unattended. I can't express enough how trashy it looks. Also there is someone living in the red and white building. I know we are a small community in the country but we love it and we have complained many many times to the store, thanks in advance. Store address

Dollar General employee at dollar general in madisonville, texas

On 07/31/17 I went to the dollar general store here in my town, madisonville texas, and the assistant manager was very rude because we wanted to use the digital coupons. I will never understand why they get mad about using the digital coupons, is it more work for them and they do not want to go through all the trouble? I will never understand. I was making my transaction and I explained to her that I was using the the digital coupons and I also had the $3.00 survey coupon where I buy $15 and get the $3.00 off. She said I would not be able to use the $3.00 coupon since she was overriding an item because of incorrect pricing. I asked to speak to chelsea since she was always friendly and always provided an explanation. In a rude tone, she said chelsea was no longer working there and she was the new assistant manager and i would not be able to use the coupon . I told her that I did not want the items and would go to the store in bedias, texas since they were always friendly and always willing to help. Can you please send your employees to customer service training because they never have a smile on their face and they are never willing to help when needed. Also it ALWAYS makes them mad when using the digital coupons. I feel if they are always going to be upset about customers then working at dollar general is not the job for them. Customer service makes a HUGE difference in any place of business and they lack that training. thank you in advance for your understanding. My main complaint is the customer service that is provided in that store.

Dollar General a man I guess was the managers husband coming in and screaming and cussing

I was in the Rhodhiss Dollar General store 13465 Sunday July 30, 2017 around about 8:30 pm or alittle after when a man came in screaming and cussing at the lady at the cash register I believe he said her name was Angel, he was screaming what the hell is this Angel a hangout now. and then he asked her if any of the boys belong to her, he was screaming and cussing, and was very rude to the lady and she was trying to do her job. I believe the man that was screaming and cussing is the store mangers husband. he was wearing a green hat and I believe it was a grey shirt with shorts. something needs to be done about this. the young lady was upset after the fact.

Dollar General manager behavior

The manager at the Gregory store has a personality of brick. I have complain about her in the past and you chose to do nothing about it. I say this because she is the same A_ _ hole she has always been. This latest issue takes the cake and if you choose to nothing about it I will be forced to handle this a different way with the State. Some time ago when were shopping at the store my wife needed to use the rest room really bad. She walked up to the counter and spoke to the manager who was working that day, and asked to use the rest room. The manager said that they didn't have public rest rooms. On July30th my wife was shopping at the same dollar store as before, when she noticed a man asking the clerk for the rest room key and she promptly gave it to him. The clerk this visit was not the manager. My wife asked the clerk if they just started letting people use the rest room. She said they have always given costumer's the rest room key when needed. My wife tolled the clerk about her experience she had with the manager about using the rest room. The clerk replied that ever since she has worked their she has never been told to not give a customer a key to the rest room. She should be fired for this behavior. This is clearly a discrimination action and something needs to be done. My wife is handy capped and can't get around to fast. If she would of had a accident their this would have really been an embarrassment.

Dollar General store 04644 in amarillo, texas

Store 04644 is messy, like disaster worthy. Totes and truck still on the floor, merchandise in wrong places and on the floors. Someone who is/has worked there has stated that the manager has changed the schedule without informing people with changed hours about the schedule change and noted that request offs well in advance have not been given.
There is something up with this store. It needs an overhaul badly.

Dollar General the return of two net10 phones

Purchased two net10 phones only to find out that they couldn't be activated where I live so I returned them, I paid $106.00 for both phones only to get back $72.73 shorting me $33.82 from what I actually paid even though the receipt I was given shows that my account was credited the full purchase price of $106.55, you got your product back and the way I see it you also stole $33.82 from me I have my account statement to show what was actually paid back to me, can you revolve this problem?

Dollar General management

I was in the villa ridge store at 2:00pm today with my sister and my 7 year old daughter, my sister is on crutches so I was helping her. My mom was the cashier and you are not allowed to check family out, so she text the manager for her to come check us out and about 8 min later finally the key holder Tasha came up and Linda (my mom) asked her if she could check us out and she said no it's not my drawer with a attitude and threw a box knife across the counter! Finally about 4 min later the manager Tina came up, Linda said thank you very much because she knew my sister could not stand any longer and Tina told my mom to go home, and as she rang us out she threw everything in the bag! I do NOT appreciate a box knife being thrown while my daughter was in there!

Dollar General store

Rochester store needs to have the floors cleaned, water fountain hasn't worked in months, exhaust in restroom hasn't worked for months, air conditioner filters haven't been changed in a year and it is summer. The store is humid and labels are coming off products, and the sticky shelf strips are also coming off. This is not the first complaint. Can something please be done?

Dollar General rude manager treated very unfairly

I go into the villa ridge mo dollar general at least once a day and it is just getting worse everyday. I will be making a long trip when I need to go to dollar general after today. I am actually a general manager and if employees acted like that did there at my store I would not employ them any longer. I don't know how often the district manager checks in but I do know that they need to at the villa Ridge MO store. Right now I'm on crutches and I couldn't even walk thru the store there are so many boxes and just stuff all over the ground. Stuff is just thrown all over the shelf u can't even find things you want, that's not even the worst. My mom works there so she doesn't cash me out. I was in there shopping for at least 15 min and the only person I seen working was my mom. She was cashiering and stocking front shelfs . Usually the manager there is sitting on the baggage thing up from when u come in or in office so I figured she would be up to help me I had my sister and my 7yr old niece there with me. We finished our shopping and went to the other lane to be checked out. My mom called for help and continues waiting on the other customers. We stood there for ten min before a key holder tasha came over and my mom asked if she could check me out she said she was busy and thru her box knife across the register. Then she walked off and went to the bathroom. About 7 min later the manager Tina which was no where to be seen the whole time came to cash me out after my leg is shaking and I'm about in tears from standing on crutches and my leg needing surgery. And she flipped my mom's switch off and said for her to go home for no reason. And cashed me out very rudely then she wouldn't give me a reciept . When my mom asked y she was sent home she was told her additive and they wouldn't allow her to grab her drawer or clock out. I do not appreciate my niece seeing all this and being treated like I was. I understand the other worker is my mom but there are cameras there so they need to go look at them. It was the worst customer service I have seen ever and that is bad being a general manager for 5 yrs and manager for lots of years before that, stuff usually doesn't suprise me but that did

Dollar General I'm complaining about the manager name sandra

It was in Sunday in the morning when I went to my nearest dollar general located at 1600 s Salinas Blvd Donna Tx 78537 store # 13959 when I was at the store a ask the employee Sandra that if she could tell me a price and she really rude told me to looked by my self she didn't give me the price so I went and got some other stuff and when I was going to pay i ask her if some discounts came off and she still been rude told me that they did, so I pay my stuff and when I check the recipe none of the store discount came off so I told her that I wanted to return the stuff and I explain her why and she told me that it wasn't her fault and that I could return the stuff, and if i had a problem to tell the manager, knowing that she was the manager and then i told her that she was really rude and that she didn't support to talk like that to the customer and i was going to report her, and then she was ok thank you.And since I walk in to the store she was in her phone.

Dollar General your app coupon in store

I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have gone to your store(s) after spending time making sure i have all coupons available from your app that i want to use saved .only to go into the store, spend another hour + filling my cart Just to get to check out and it NEVER works! ! You ask an employee to print out the receipt so you can see what purchases the digital coupons &sale price didn't apply to BUT...they can't until your purchase is complete.Also if you accidentally put in the wrong phone number and try to put the correct one in it does not allow that! And your employees just stand there ! Exactly what kind of customer service is that!? well I only bought certain items due to the sale price or digital coupons available. Im NOT paying full price ! Do you do that so people just say ok..here's the money..i don't want to hold the line up or have you have to void the order and re ring everything back up is this so you get full price for things that should of had a discount ? You are the only store that operates in this manner therefore I won't be shopping in your store other than for basic dollar items.I've spent alot of money in your store in the past but i don't have my valuable time to waste just to have to end up going to another store to get the items at a cheaper price. I have a big family and i budget to save.you are a dollar store therefore most people who shop there are for sales, discounts or deals due to tight budgets. Dollar General slander/racial discrimination

I Fatoumata Toure do hereby make a complaint against Dollar General its agents and/or employees namely Page Harrison at store #[protected] Gulfport, ms. 39507 for slander/ racial discrimination on july 15, 2017 did make false and damaging statements alleging theft of some product that resulted in calling law enforcement to which camera was reviewed with myself and family that resulted in nothing however myself and family with minor children subject to submitting to taking in store pictures and told we were banned back in store and said manager was laughing at us. I am a business owner of Sister African Hair Braiding who as a customer did make frequent purchases at store. we were treated less favorably than others because of ethnic status as Africans who have slight language barrier. The above complaint has and continue to cause mental anguish of being deprived equal footing of human rights and fundamental freedoms. We were not arrested for no wrong doing yet our pictures were taken and posted as common thieves that can cause irreparable harm to my business. The said manager action is deemed a reflection of Dollar GENERAL corp. Pictures of myself and family removed without delay and contacted at said business.

Dollar General employee customer service

I was at the Dollar General on 435B E US Highway 69, Kansas City, MO 64119 when several employees were in the front open room very loudly arguing over something. It was so loud I couldn't ignore it and it made me very uncomfortable. One man asked for help and they told him to f*** off and continued to argue. I didn't see any of their faces because I tried not to get involved but they were all in the employee area towards the front where it has a door but is usually open. This store is also filthy on a regular basis and every time I've been in there my cashier has always complained about one of their co-workers to me which is very unprofessional. I will not shop there any longer unless this all changes.

Good evening,
To whom it may concern today july, 30, 2017 i decided to go my nearest dollar general as usual to return 4 bags of tide pods that my husband purchased and wasnt able to use because of the washer he was using he works 6 wks out of state thats why he purchased 4 bags where he works his nearest store is a couple miles down so he decided to take 4 bags to his need the washer at work does not accept pods im thinking its a front loader well anywayz i decided today to go return them my husband doesnt remember where he could of left the receipt which i said dont think its a problem so as i got there a young man approached me amd i told him if i could return them he said yes but only for store merchandise which for me was fine since i needed a few things as i was looking for my items i just felt very uncomfortable there was the young man and 1 other employee by the name of yvonn and another employee out of the clock just visiting i can hear them talking about my transaction as i approached the checkout the employee that was of the clock kept telling the young man call her see if she answers call her so he dialed as i waited she then dialls not sure yet who then she says she doesnt ans they both step a bit down and she tells him multiple times its ur call its ur call so then i ask is there a problem and the person that wasnt in uniform which im guessing employee respons with were calling the manager because its 4 bags and because of coupons i said what coupons i didnt use coupons my husband can bearly use his card she states we dont know we need to ask they were going back and forth by this time im already getting fustrated and customers in line looking like whats going on they looked at me both employees as if merchandise was stolen or either given with coupons total disrespect i felt that i was being treated like if i was a thief my kids kept looking like whats going on i feel so dissapointed and embarrassed by the way the employees took upon me taking 4 bags after i then said if theres a problem let me talk to ur supervisor or if theres a problem call me he then said no im going to do it so he started ringing up the items i left so embarrassed and furious if this is the way im going to be treated for not having a receipt why have a business total disrespect...
