I purchased a case of water, tin foil, a soda, lice kit and two pieces of candy which was about 20.00. the cashier who was a boy charged me 70.00 and was not going to say anything about it until I cancelled my payment and told him there was no way my total could be that high. He aborted the transaction and said he rang up 40 pieces of candy. How do you get forty pieces of candy out of two pieces. He needs to be fired or better training. I will not let him check me out again.

a few weeks ago i file a complaint with you regarding the store manager costing me $35 in bank fees because she was not paying attention to what she was doing and charged my debt card $44 dollars instead of $17. due to this i was forced not only to pay the extra money but a $35 bank fee i couldnt afford to pay. i havnt even got the respect to hear back from you regarding this matter that this manager or the store owes me this money back. i am on ssi and cant afford this.
OMG the manager/cashier screwed up and you are putting the blame of it on me are you kidding me right now. at the DG store i go to they ALWAYS run debt first and cash second. i told her to ONLY run 17 on debt. Every time I go into the Dollar Store when I get to the check out they tell me that the check machine is down I spend a lot of time and money in this store and it is very frustrating to not be able to write a check. About 8 out of 10 times when I go in shopping and I get to the register to pay I put in my number and the digital coupons doesn't work they do not load. Every time this happens. I got to dollar general in my town like 5 to 6 times a week. The thing is they don't try to resolve the issue they r just rude and say well this is home office concern not ours. I am very disappointed in our store in clermont. I am thinking of never even going back.
heartland farms tender and crunchy beef and bacon bites
I stopped to get a bag of dog food and chose the heartland farms. When I got the dog food home I opened it. When I dumped the food into the bowl it was a giant ball of mildew. The bag was sealed, no tears or any openings. This was totally disgusting. After a long day at work this is the last thing I wanted to do was go back to store to get more dog food.

I was shopping in this store and all I could hear was the blonde girl with glasses screaming and cussing at a ladie not to come back to her F-ing I understand if someone is not supposed to be on the property but there was a lot of people in the store and all of that I think was uncalled for I hate it because I've always enjoyed the people that work there. These people need to provide handicap buggies in their stores . I was shopping tonight and an elderly man was ahead of me in line and knelt down thought he was picking up something but he was moaning and breathing hard and no one asked was he ok the cashiers were just looking at him and not offering assistance. I asked the gentleman did he need me to call 911 for him and he said no his back was bothering him and he can't get around that good he needed to sit down. This was on October 3rd at the Store in Fitzgerald Ga 31750 . You really do need handicap buggies like Walmart there are a lot of disabled people in town. Store #15233. Bought an Xbox card lost the receipt with code they said they couldn' t help me. Please have them to clip the code to the card. My husband is old and doesn't always pay attention to things. The clerk didn't tell him that he needed the code to activate the card. She told him when he went back for help and was told she couldn't help him and had to buy another card. I told him to never go back to dollar general and buy a card!

We shop there every 2 weeks... Today was the worst... There were advertisement in the store buy this and you get this free... We bought toilet paper cottonelle 12 pack and you get the wipes free no we were charged... We bought ramono and parmassan cheese you get spaghetti free no we were charged...
