1st thing, is is it OK to have your granddaughter present while your cashing out customers. Not give full attention to the customer being helped.
2nd, never addressing a complaining customer, with any type of greeting, yet greeted outs whom walked in, because we were returning, juices which that have expired by 3-4months and this is the actually manager. I'm constantly concerned of why nobody who applies for work is ever hired. If the manager is working with granddaughter in tote... I've applied for thr hiring position within the last 2months on indeed, as well as my nephew just recently. In visiting to the store I pointed out how this Mgr never addresses me in a friendly manner. My nephew asked why she does like me.. I couldn't give an answer. Thos person whom. is the manager at Dollar General in Haxtun Co. Should not be working in this non customer friendly way. Which isn't how I'd see here job. I returned bad juice, she never asked if I'd like new juice, or if she could do anything. As I stood there she basically expressed the money would go on my card.. probably the only words she spoke to me. I was astonished, how little care she took in me returning this expired juices which I think I bought just a week earlier.. so I just ask this situation be addressed, to why they are always short staffed and nobody close ever get a job they may need.
Claimed loss: Bad, serviced for expired product, that have been repeated
Desired outcome: That this really be addresses, for one the safety of her granddaughter, she has at work while doing her job. It's an infant.
