I have been going to this store since it opened. Store is very clean. The staff has always been nice and polite. Until today. There was a young lady (new) asked if I was going to use my ebt card. Ebt card? What made her think I had a ebt card? I replied to her "no, I don't have an ebt card. Why would you assume that? She didn't have an answer and her I could tell she was flustered. It's ok, I told her, but in the future you may not want to assume that about someone. It could be offensive. At that time another older woman (employee) stepped to her side and said" we always "ask that of all our customers. Really? I stated. I've been here 100 times and I have never been asked about an ebt card. Yes we do, she said. I knew she was lying and at that point there was no need to continue the conversation with her. I asked her for her managers name and number. She walked away and would not give it. Well what's your name? I asked? She turned her back on me. I asked again, ma'am all I want is your managers name. She turned her head and proceeded to get on the phone and call the police. I stood there for a minute debating on how I should handle the situation. The funny thing is that, I work in the criminal justice field. So i'm well aware of how these"particular" calls to law enforcement are handled. It's a waste of valuable resources. They have more important issues to handle. So I made the decision to walk away. Which I did. I tried to call the customer service number, but they was closed. So I will post this review 1000 times everywhere, everyday until, I hear from somebody in management.
