I was told on September 1 that HR had received a complaint about me. The district manager and the one training her asked me about it. I had told the person if she went to he that there would be repercussions against me. She didn’t put that in her complaint. They suspected me and told me to take a long weekend. On September 6 my district manager called and said dollar general had decided to terminate me and that I needed to bring my keys in and that I could not shop at the store. Now they are saying because I was terminated before they gave out last quarter bonuses that I am not going to get mine or my vacation.
Desired outcome: Bonus and vacation pay and reason for termination.
