Dollar Tree first I can't even contact the kevin the district manager of the store no one has his number

I started working for dollor tree for 2 weeks i got one pay check since then i haven been working on the clock IM STILL in the schedule books but i have no hours no days of work the general manger seem not to like me after the fact,
I reported her to human resources for trying to throw a box at my head while i was working in the store backroom unloading products out the truck on to U-Boats
She hit me with a box everyone and yelled at told me she would hurt me she even told me she didnt want my kind in the store im spanish by the way, since then i have not any calls from HUMAN resource management or anyone else she still working at the store in MACON GA, & POONONO BY THE save a lot and she getting paid and i havent had work since that day and no pay i applied for the job so i can earn income not be home for weeks because they cant fix there problems i been calling human resources for days now no one picks up can someone else help

I STILL AM ALIGED TO WORK AT DOLLOR TREE i was not fired i did not quit

I just called the manager at that store her name is juily
She told me that we didnt fire me we just not working you and hung up in my face thats was it

Dollar Tree ordering online

This business is the worst. They never follow through on what they say they are doing. They are rude and unapologetic when they screw up and you call them out on something. They have no communication and something you ordered from them can take up to 2 months to receive because of there lack of responsibility and accountability. But from a diffferent dollar store not from here!

Dollar Tree discrimination

Was very pleased with your store #3640 until today. Went in & purchased $10.33 worth of products. Handed the cashier Brittany a $50.00 bill and she calls the manager for help. Managers asks what do you need and Brittany answered I need verification. Jen the manager then replies OH give him all one's because that's all we got. Brittany never said I need change she said verification. Cashier hands me a fives and a stack of one's I then said I don't want one's I will take fives. Jen the manager then said ok I'm calling the police & proceeds to lie to them and say I am refusing to leave when she never asked me to. I was just amazed & how she was handling all this. Try to comfort the manager by saying you can make more change if you run out. You can go to the bank, the grocery store that's a few doors down, there's options. She said there's only 2 of us here now. I then replied well can't you go later when someone else arrives? She ignored my statement. It also wasn't just what she said which was already bad enough but how she was saying things. She should really be careful in not provoking people if she is already giving customers a hard and discriminatory time. After 2 customers Brittany gave me the rest of my change in fives and I left. WOW AND WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY.

BOYCOTT the freaking stores with idiots, disrespectfuls and incompetents as managers and see just how long Dollar Tree will pay these idiots, incompetent, and disrespectful beings to do nothing everyday. Dollar Tree will eventually get the message. It isn't rocket science. If you continue to hire unfit, incompetent and abusive managers you will get the same results. Why not open a hiring day, hire a few good people, train them to be respectful, and productive managers and VOILE!...your problems are resolved.

Dollar Tree so called manager

I went in to the dollar tree store located in Hamden plaza where I proceeded to one of 2 very long lines with my 1 item after work. the cashier in my checkout decided to walk away from the cash register to fill multiple balloons while the line waited I simy stated (with my persy knowledge of retail) that shouldn't have walked away from the cash register to help in another department while she has customers waiting in line the "manager" Jonathan I believe decided to open his mouth n a quit belligerent way and go off on me for my statement and tryed to use his size to intimidate me while the cashier I was making the statement about remained calm and curtious. This so called very unprofessional "manager cont. To argue with me about budget and not having enough employees in which I returned with "you have to work around it" a d remain professional in a retail setting of this nature" in which case I told him I was reporting him all awhile multiple customers were in the store a nd beared witness to his u professionalism!

Dollar Tree cheese shreds, soybean, oil spread mocha latte

I went to store #2086 in Brownsburg IN on 8/15/18. I spent $109.70. I bought 10 Cheese Shreds...2 for myself and 8 for a family gathering over the following weekend. On Friday night I made a Salad using the Cheese Shreds. My lips swelled up huge and I had blisters inside my mouth and lips. Needless to say I was unable to attend the gathering and certainly did not want anyone else to eat it anyway! I also felt very sick from the Soybean Oil Blend and I did not care for the Mocha Latte. On Monday 8/ 20/18, my nephew went to exchange these 12 items for me. He was met with a bit of hostility, being told Dollar Tree did not take back food items. I belong to many YouTube channels that have thousands of members and we all frequent Dollar Tree Stores. Many people responded to me telling me they had no problem exchanging food items of any kind! I am out $12.00 and I am very upset. As much as I spend in that store and they do not want to help their best customers. ..or any for that matter. I deserve a store credit for $12.00. Not to mention all the inconvenience this has caused. My nephew asked the store mgr. to just throw the items away because there was no need to take them back and the mgr said they did not have a trash can! This just made me furiuos. I am passing the word on YouTube to longer buy food items from Dollar Tree. The store could have handled this matter in a whole different way!

Dollar Tree store filthy

I was in the Selma, AL store next to Walmart and I could not believe the condition of this store! Disgusting as there was trash everywhere, isles blocked, bathrooms had not been clean or restocked for a while. We were there about 40 minutes and an employee, which I later learned was the store manager made you go around while she talked to a customer the entire time we were there. I wanted to go but my wife over road me by saying it was the only one for over an hour away. I will never shop that store again!

Dollar Tree store atmosphere

I recently visited your store located in Chipley, FL. The store temperature was between 80 to 85 degrees. I was approached by two (2) other shoppers regarding the hotness of the store. We all left and took our business next door to WalMart. This location I feel would be frequented more if the AC was fixed and the store maintain a pleasant temperature. Being a small town, the store is known for its unpleasant temperatures and is losing business due to this problem! I, myself will not return until the problem is rectified!

Dollar Tree very very rude employees

I go to your store once a week to pick up 3 boxes of candy. Last week I bought the last 3 boxes so I didn't think I would find them today. Because the store is a mess it is really really bad. Please the people that work there do not have any pride but I hope you do it is empty and dirty. Any way I checked the shelf over and over I couldn't find them. There was a man there packing out I said to him i'm gonna look at your u boat and see if my candy is here. He ignored me so I didn't think he heard me. So I found them on top and I said omg here they are i'm so happy. I said to him i'll get them don't worry.in a low voice he said mame mame get your hands off my boxes when I am ready to help you I will help you. I said ok I need 3 boxes of these. He just stood there looking at me with the meanest look ever like he was trying to scare me. So I just put my stuff down and started opening the box. Again in a low voice he starts telling me to get my hands off. I started to yell at him who do you think you are talking to all I want is a box of candy. He started yelling something and a customer who did not even hear what he said to me was screaming at me to leave him alone. I am a very nice person who just wanted a couple of boxes of candy. So now this woman comes up to me who works there gets in my face and tells me to get out of the store or she is calling the police. I said omg did you hear what he said to me she said he didn't say anything to you I saw the whole thing. Well she couldn't have because something was wrong with that guy. I work in retail I have seen people in a bad mood but you do not stick up for your employees who are wrong. This woman followed me outside all the way out like right on top of me. It was like I was robbing them or something. When we got outside I cursed her very badly. She repeated every word back to me and then some. I don't ever remember being that mad or embarrassed in all my life. Then I called my sister who came in to speak with the lady my sister does not get upset like me. She asked what happened and the girl said I could see I have to call the police. The girl was mean to her too. My sister said you know my sis does not get mad unless you give her a reason. She asked for the managers name and the girl told her to find it out herself. I do hope someone from corporate visit's them because it's terrible. I had 1 item in my hand qtips when she told me to get out I through it on the shelf. I already know the story they will tell cause they told my sister. Even the cashier who was no where around since she was as usual the only cashier with 12 people on her line only heard the commotion when I was on my out but she told my sister it was my fault. I'm going to stop now i'm sure you get the point but please that store cannot be doing any business with empty shelves.

Dollar Tree general

I shop dollar tree at least once a week in Hauppauge New York 11788
At least 2 out of every three times I shop..and it's not lunch time..there are At least 12 to 16 people on line with only one cashier working
Doesn't seem right ...when I speak to existing cashier he states no one is available..5 minutes later, , someone comes out of the office and takes over the register. I'm assuming it's the manager but I don't know for sure. This is inappropriate customer service. Thank you for your attention

Dollar Tree store appearance

8/19/18, The store is located in Wichita Kansas on W Kellogg.
I am wondering what happened at this store. Use to be a pleasant time when I did my usual 3 to 4 visits a week. For the past two months I can't stand to even enter this location. The store is always trashed. There are full boxes of items stacked every where to where you can not even see what is on shelves.

Dollar Tree cleanliness, empty shelves, management

I have shopped at the 32 Auest Ave. Utica N Y #1403 since it opened and have never complained about anything, but I have been very disappointed with the cleanliness and not having things on the shelve for weeks. I mentioned it to the cashier a few weeks ago and had to go to another store to get the items I wanted. The cashier blamed the manager and said the stuff is probably in the stockroom, but she really couldn't go and get it. Since then I have gone in there and the same thing nothing really on the shelves empty. I spend a lot of money in the dollar store, my brother always says I am the only person who can go into a dollar store and spend between $50.00 to a $100.00 lol! You have missed out on a lot of sales. Last Monday I was there and I was talking to someone out front of the store and that same cashier was outside complaining about the roads being closed off for the president instead of stocking shelves that are empty. When I was out there I was told she is the day floor manager not very professional. She was On the sidewalk outside the store yelling "He is not my president "so why do we have to put up with this . This is not in my opinion the action of someone on your management staff, should conduct themselves . Last but not least I was having a big party at my house I had to pick up a cake at the grocery store in that mall and decided to pick up some extra plates etc. I was standing in line and noticed a second light on and asked if they were open she told me to stay in line where I was. In the mean time my sister walked in and just picked up one thing while we were all standing in line and she opened up the line, I was so upset as so as the lady in front of me we left the stuff and walked out. Little did she know my sister was in line and she was ranting and raving about me and complaining that I come in there all the time and complain, which is not true until recently when nothing is on the shelves I have said something after driving over there. Always enjoyed going in th ere and talking to the girls at the register that I don't even see them anymore and to see what stuff you had but not any more. This person is not very professional at all. Just wanted to bring this to your a ttention before you lose more customers at this location, I did notice on their website the numbers for th at site is really d own. Thank you for your time

I shop at the Dollar Tree on a weekly basis, Waynesboro Virginia on West Main Street.
Use to like shopping there.
But, lately, the store is a mess, empty shelves, one cashier.
have to drive 9 miles to shop at the Staunton Va store.
In my opinion, Corporate needs to hire more employees and offer better pay and benefits to them.

Dollar Tree customer service

I visited the dollar tree off of 40th st and Thomas road. I spent about 45 min shopping for needed items and my friend also was grabbing a few items he needed. When we went to pay the manager there told my friend that she could not punch in his numbers on his EBT card to try and get it to work. She was very rude and refused to help my friend so he could pay for his food. Then when I went to pay for my items she would not take my money. She refused saying she already made her drop for the night and she would not take my 100 dollar bill. She was very rude about it and we had to leave our items there. It was very degrating and frustrating. It was only 9 o'clock. Something needs to be done about the management there. That store is loosing a lot of money due to bad management.. I will never shop there again and I will tell everyone I know about how people are treated by your company. The store is at 3909 Thomas Street.

Dollar Tree cashier splashed a cleaner with bleach on my shirt and shorts

On saturday 8-18-2018 around 4:30 in the afternoon I was in line with about 16 items when the cashier grabbed one of the items, "tile plus bathroom cleaner with bleach" and the top blew of shooting the product all over my shirt and shorts. She immediately started yelling that this was not her fault and tried to get me out of there. I told her I needed to see a manager and martha came by and told the cashier to go away. Martha saw the damage as bleach was all over my clothes and counter. She tried to get me to buy the rest and leave. I insisted on filling out a form for reimbursement, but she told me there is no such thing and I need to go to the website. I along with others were a bit mortified by the very cold reaction to this incident. My pink ralph lauren button down polo shirt and palm beach shorts are now ruined. I am attaching pictures. Dollar Tree customer service

I was shopping at your Cherry Hill New Jersey location store number 4784. this very nice lady Miss Mary was running the register. She had a really long line and ballons to blow up. there was no one around to help her. We stood in line for about 15-20 minutes.Well come to find out her manager Jessica was outside smoking a cigarette. I've seen her in the store a few times she always has earbuds in her ear and she's always outside smoking a cigarette and she always has this look like she smells poo on her face. I think Miss Mary handled everything very well she even apologized to us for the wait.

Dollar Tree store #3110 not observing hours

Dollar Tree, store #3110 - Arlington, TX 76010 is supposed to remain open until 9:00. I arrived at about 7:45 and the doors were already closed and locked. There were maybe about 10 people that I could see already inside of the store, and the Cashier was standing in front of the door. I don't know if she was a manager or not, but she commented, "we close at 9:00, and with the amount of people we have in the store, it'll be well after 9:00 before we get out." There were 2 additional customers that approached the door and were also denied entry. The employee began fumbling for store keys and took several minutes to unlock the door to let about 8 customers out. I'm sure they were just as inconvenienced being locked inside the store as we were frustrated being locked outside during normal operating hours. While a few customers remained inside the store, the employee stepped outside to smoke a cigarette about 5 feet in front of the main entrance. The total experience was very unprofessional and patrons should not have to tolerate that kind of behavior, no matter the amount of money we spend.

Dollar Tree I am complain about how the store looks.

There's not enough merchandise on the shelf's . Very disorganized and so much freight in the back room customer's can not even go to the restroom . Very dangerous . Why do u not put out your freight? THE WHOLE BACK IS FULL OF IT .. MAYBE U SHOULD SEEND HELP TO THE PLAINVIEW STORE . The customers would really appreciate it if u could clean up your store and stock your merchandise . Thanks A very concern shopper .

Dollar Tree poorly stocked store especially whole wheat bread. empty or partially empty shelves. stock not keeping up with volume of customers.

The store is poorly stocked especially a lack of whole wheat bread and frozen foods such as chicken patties, nuggets, and strips. There are many empty or partially empty shelves in this store. There is a constant turnover of personnel so that customers can't get used to dealing with familiar people. Some items should be two for a dollar such as canned milk, snack items and juices.

Dollar Tree cashier

I shop at a Dollar Tree about 2 times a month. Usually I go to the one in Livonia near my work. I've always been very happy with the service and the products. It is hard to believe some of the great things you can purchase for only a $1.00
Last night I stopped at the one on Ford Road in Garden City, MI. I was shocked that not only was the cashier Rahshine chewing gum when waiting on the public, but continuously cracking her gum LOUDLY while waiting on me and other customers! Nothing like bringing the level of the store to Trash!
I was SO distracted by this, and walked out of there knowing I will never step foot in this location again!

Dollar Tree discrimination/ defamation of character/slander

Today at 9:50 pm, employees Janice and Delondra wellre discriminatory and acted by slandering my daughters reputation with false accusations as Delandra made a spoken false accusation to a random customer at the store after Janice had already apologized for lying about camera footage.

On this date, my twin daughters, my son and my father, and myself shopped at the Dollar tree store on 935 grafton street in Worcester Massacussettes.
Upon completing our transaction and paying cash I was approached by Janice. She asked if I spoke English, and told me that she saw footage where my daughters put a nail polish in their pocket. I asked to see the footage and she said she couldnt show me. After this, My daughters denied this accusation. Janice then proceeded to apologize and say that this was a mistake and she was sorry as she didnt see them on camera doing this. She then said that the cashier Delondra said she did. While we are conversing, Delondra was telling a random customer that she saw my daughters put a nail polish in their pocket. I told Delondra that this was very unprofessional and why if she had no proof as my daughters had no such items in their clothing would she slander my daughters reputation in such a manner. Janice stated that delondra was mistaken as she thinks it was a cell phone that my daughter had in her pocket. I asked Janice what happened next after she suppossedly saw the alledged footage if my daughters have no said item in their possession and Janice said thats why
She apologized because she didnt see anything, and delondra will be written up for talking about your daughters to random people. I then told Janice that she lied when she said she saw footage as she admitted that she didnt, and Janice said this is why she was apologizing because she didnt see anything and was sorry for the mistake. At this point customers were commenting and looking at my daughters. My daughters and all of us were very embarrassed and our reputation and integrity was damaged due to the slander, discrimination based on age and etnicity as Janice asked me if I spoke English before she made the accusation. Janice said she has lost alot of dollars due to young girls and she apologized once more for their mistake. I explained that we are not even from this state and look at the experience that we had to endure. I asked for my money back and at first Janice didnt want to as she claimed to be closed, she took our cash receipt and didnt give it back once she gave us our money. I also asked for a written statement from her stating how she lied about seeing footage that showed my daughters taking something, and Delondra talking to a customer about the lies she made up. Janice said she wouldnt give a written statement and why i needed one if she has already apologized for the mistake. Delondra just said ok, laughed in our faces, and never apologized for pointing at my daughters and accusing them of such an immoral act. My daughters are faithful Catholics and would never engage in such an act. I am a professional in my career and never would I allow that an employee treat unfairly, discriminate, slander, and humiliate any consumer under any circumstance.
My daughters cried of embarrassment and felt profiled based on age and etnicity and so do I. My young son was also humiliated and confused and my father who lives in this state was humiliated.
Apologies do not change the fact that your employees lied and singled us out to strangers with false spoken accusations. They completely ruined our trip.

Dollar Tree employee susan

Visited this store today at about 530 pm I was shopping as I heard a women yell over load speaker that she wanted security to check all aisles immediately. Then I went to get in line an the woman at checkout lanes (Susan) yelled over PA again "Alesha you need to get up to these registers NOW." About 30 seconds later Alesha walked up to register apologing that she had to use restroom. Susan then stated loudly that was unacceptable and that she needed to tell someone n get permission to use restroom. Alesha then said she told someone. Susan yelled again who did u tell "Ice"( another employee) ? Alesha said yes, Susan then proceeded in yelling at her saying "he isn't your boss I am" I was completely in shock. I am a business owner and know you don't talk or treat your employees this way. Especially in front of a store of people. I very see race as an issue, I myself am white, but I truly believe this was a race issue. So if that wasn't bad enough when I finally got up to Susan at the register I had my items in a basket she then told me that I had to remove my items from the basket before she would ring me up. I think my mouth literally dropped. I can not believe how rude, loud, disrespectful, and unprofessional Susan is. I truly believe you should reconsider either her told employment with this company or her position. She definitely needs some human resource and customer service training.
