Yes my name is rosaleitta Callwood I'm a employee of dollar tree on last week someone from hr call the store and spoke with me and told me that they have some tape of me stealing from the store by putting stuff in the bottom of my cart when i can't bend down low or pick up heavy stuff because of my pregnancy and everything I get from dollar tree i pay for. They told me i was suspend until the 30th of August but then they put me on the schedule to work for labor day and when i got there my name mysteriously was removed from it i am in the process of getting a lawyer against dollar Tree because I am a loyal employee and I don't steal from you i come and do my work and go home i will have the lawyer request to look at the tape which is wrong then I would like a explanation of why you took my job away the dollar tree store is on 970 American Legend highway

She was really rude about attending me at the cash register I had told her to hold on a minute i was exchanging an item being brought to me and she rudely said i dont see no one coming! As she was putting my items in the bags she threw them on the counter. So i paid my balance and i noticed she missed a bag. So i waited for her to hand me it and again she said oh and slammed it on the counter. She also was mummbling and complaining to her other employee memeber. Never have i ever been treated so bad at a store before!

I have been going to the dollar tree in Sedalia Mo on Broadway since it opened .I have always enjoyed going there . But the last month the store has been in shambles...Shelves half full, or totally empty of product, big boxes in aisle, as not to get cart around, items in places they shouldn't be, several items on floor in several aisles. Floors no swept.dusty shelves... only one checker, while other one sits in office ...just a bad situation ...poor managment

Hello, my name is Anthony Bell, im a Professional & Business Consultant. On Sept 2, 2018 at approximately or between 1-1:15 in the afternoon. The black male security guard, dressed in all black, bald head with dark shades, harassed me and caused me emotional duress, pain, and suffering. I am a frequent local consumer at this store location which is also where I work. I would like to see better performance from your guards. The managers and I at the store have a good rapport.. but this security guard must be removed. If he continues this harassment and intentional harm, I will file suit for vicarious negligence against the employer dollar tree. This complaint shall also serve as my evidence to persuade the employer to cause all inappropriate behavior to stop & desist. This particular guard is negligent and very hostile towards customers.

Hello. I just stopped by my local store in Aberdeen, SD. The poor girl working the register was the only one working. A customer was asking her, and she said she tried calling to get some help and no one answered.
Where is the manager? No manager? Do you not have district managers? Regional managers?
Maybe, just maybe, if your CEO Gary Philbin wasn't making $7, 000, 000 a year, you could afford to pay your workers a decent wage and workers like that poor girl would stick around. Not to mention the lack of safety in her being there by herself.
Get your act together. After today, I will be dumping my stock.

Crafters and diyers such as myself love Dollar Tree for many reasons, but when we go into a store that is unclean it makes us not want to shop there. I have never been into a more filthy place in my entire life. For whatever reason every time I go in there I need to use a restroom. Their restroom always is so dirty I can't and refuse to sit on the toilet for fear of catching a disease. The sink is so black I'm scared to wash my hands. The floor is so filthy you can't hardly see the natural flooring. Don't even get me started on the black filth on the walls inside and outside the restroom. Majority of the employees look like their on crack. If I were poor and homeless I wouldn't apply there for the reputation I would receive for working with unclean and unkept people. Majority of the employees are missing mpre than half their teeth and wear dirty clothes and smell like anus. Just being honest. The store is usually kept neat shelves wise but the walls and floors need to be cleaned desperately. Please do something about the Stephenville Texas location!

I came into this store with my receipt, asked about an exchange with my receipt from only three ago. Once I picked up the items I wanted and was checking out with a cashier, he said to the cashier, in front of me: I'm not taken that back, it was used." I had said already, it has a hole in the gloves and I was using them when I noticed the hole. He continued to say the same thing a few times and was rude more and more. This is the second time he has been rude to me, other costumers have been him. This is the closest one to my house, or I would just not go anymore

There was a long line in the store and she left the cashier Deborah on the line by herself because she was on the phone talking to corporate. Not complaining . ! Our store is awesome and friendly. We will go in the back a see if we have what your looking for. We do make mistakes, we are human. But we will correct it. I personally will go out my way to help you with your shopping. We try and keep up with cleaning. The toy isle can get unruly sometimes with unattended children, but we just reset it. maple nut goodies
I have been purchasing Maple Nut Goodies for years and they are not the same. It may be due to the use of Real Maple Syrup, not sure if they have always had this in them. Also the coating on the side is not as thick as it has been. Maybe this allows the inside of the Goodies to get hard. They really are not edible, I miss my Maple Nut Goodies, please fix ASAP.

On Sun 8/26 I went to the Dollar Tree . I gave the cashier $10.00 and change. I was supposed to receive $4.00 and change back, but I only received $1.00 and change back. I knew I was short changed and as soon as I got home I called the store. I spoke to the cashier and he apologized but said I had to speak the manager. The manager was unable to speak with me and I was told they would call me back. Well They never did. I called again on Tuesday 8/28 and spoke with a manager. I was told that the count was correct and there was nothing they could do. I am 62 y.o with a college degree. I know how to count and I know I was short changed.I am writing this because I am insulted by their resolve.
How did you not notice when they handed you one single dollar bill? You claimed you were due $4 in change. You aren't in Canada, so your change would come in the form of paper. Surely THAT was the time to speak up.

When I entered the store on a Sunday it was 7:55 and I was aware they closed at 8. The lady was standing at the door ready to close and told us "you have 3 mins hurry and get out" I was annoyed and walked over to exaclty what I needed when over the PA they annoyed they we're closed and to go to the register. My sister went to put something back when the lady yelled at her to get back in line. Once I told her she was putting stuff back she said to make it quick and get out.

Very bad attitude! Manager told us we were not allowed to buy a newspaper. Very rude and i felt very offended! Always changing their store rules and they treat people unfairly. Last week she said one newspaper per person now this week she said one newspaper per car. This is ridiculous! The employee Kathy at the Capitola Dollar tree was being very sassy and disrespectful towards me. I didn't notice the bike rack outside so I brought it in and when I was at the counter with my items ready to pay she told me to take it outside and not let me pay. I did so and when I came back in to pay she didn't look at me, threw my items on the counter and didn't believe that it was my debit card that I was paying with. I would not advise going there and being served by Kathy (Senior with grey hair wearing a pony tail) . She was extremely disrespectful.
I am complaining about a hiring manager
I was hired everything was great but then a personal family issues came up so I had to leave the job now I'm trying to get hired in a different store or the same one and I tried to contact the hiring manager and I also sent out a text to her phone and I was blocked with no response to any of the question I asked her even wen I was waiting there it was really hard to get in contact with her and she barley was at work she barley was giving me hours I don't believe that she fit to be a hiring manager I would appreciate it if someone look in to this her name was Shana I added the photo from wen the text was sent now wen I call it goes straight to voicemail so I called private and it was ringing she answered I asked for her and she hung up on me that really bad for business

At the time of my check out, a cashier named adriana who had her cashier station closed, decided to open it for a friend of hers so her friend could avoid the long line that was formed in the only cashier that was opened at the time. After I complained to her about her favoritism towards her friend and the disregard for the long line of people formed to check out, the cashier named Adriana assumed a belligerent attitude and another worker from the same store approached me in a menacing attitude even threatened with physical violence just for me asking why the Cashier adriana did ignored the long line of people waiting in order to favorite her friend.
