Ignorant Cashiers, Don't have NO Carts, Unorganized, Dirty, & for this to be a New Store, they sure know how to make it look beat down. My Mom lost her Food Stamp Card & this Bald head black ignorant guy just felt like he had some vendetta against her. didn't have no care to help her look for it or to see if it was in the store. idk why or how they managed to hire ignorant jackrabbits like this. if you don't like your job, then quit & find something that suits you. plain & Simple..

Went into the Millington Tn store today around 3:00 pm central standard time. Used the restroom and it was in horrible shape! There was a sign on the wall that stated that if the bathroom wasn't clean please notify the staff! Well after exiting the restroom I just wanted to germx my hands. I then warned the lady that was waiting to use the bathroom with her small granddaughter that it was not in good condition so if she could to wait to do so. I then dug around in my purse for he germx! Found it then started walking to the front! As I got around to the middle about 7-9 employees lined up and were chattering/whispering about me and just kept lookin at me ! So I asked them what was the problem?! The what seemed to be a man actually was a female started screaming at me just Random nonsense!? I told her that there was a sign in the bathroom stating that if the bathroom was not cleaned that I need to notify an employee so I let them know that the bathroom needed to be cleaned! They then informed me this wasn't their store and they didn't have to do such a thing! Then I was cursed at more than once! I made my way to the front by my husband! My husband asked to speak to the manger! The manager said they (unruly employees) were not from her store and she couldn't do anything about it! Well it kept on and on! So the employees went outside and tried to rally their friends! Continually calling me a hoe and who knows what else! Then they began yelling from outside in the front of the store that they hated white people and that I could get my [censored] beat right now! This was completely unexceptionable! Luckily for me I'm not that scared of anything! So my husband tells the manager to call the police bc it wasn't gonna be pretty if they try anything once we got outside! Well they didn't do anything but talk [censored]! And threaten me some more! It is my understanding that the unruly employees came from the Austin Peay store! I went to the dollar store on North McDowell in Petaluma as I always do. There was a different manager on duty her name was Dee. I had problems with my card, I went outside to fix it ask them if they can just suspend hold the transaction cash it out I knew I could be rectified. I came in three minutes later they proceeded to have me waiting line again which was fine, when I got to the front of the line explained my situation she made me get in line again. Then the manager D proceeded to be snotty and rude to me about the whole situation I got upset, not going to lie and then of course your attitude changes. I do not sign that okay when I spend a lot of money in your stores on a weekly basis. Manager should be hired that can deal with problems not create bigger ones

Works hard comes to work on her days off when nobody else does, also has worked at other stores when needed.
Alexis was working today 08-07-2018, the general Manager came in the store while Alexis was working. Alexis grabbed a drink inbetween customers for it was busy. Had not yet paid for it, but had every intention of paying for it once customers were gone, as she always does an has permission from the working Manager Amy. The General Manager Debbie saw that Alexis had not yet paid for her drink an keep in mind she is the only colored woman who works at this store. An told Alexis she was fired. I'm sorry if there has not been an issue before why now? I strongly feel that Ms Debbie was looking for a reason to terminate Alexis due to the color of her skin an thats discrimination. The Manager on duty Amy tried sticking up for Alexis an the General Manager wrote her up an told her that was the last time or ahe would be terminated. I don't think a woman like Ms Debbie should be working for a well known company an terminates people for the color of there skin

The cashier at amite dollar tree name CC has a very bad way of being a cashier she complained about keep having to do voids on people Things and she mention if she had to do one more she was gonna quit she also stated to me that the other worker didn't want to work but I had been in the store 30 maybe 40mins and when I seen her the first time she was picking up and putting items back on the shelves from a buggy that she had and when I seen her before I headed to check out she was sweeping the floor with a dust mop the cashier was wrong for what she was saying about the other worker and I don't think working for Dollar tree is the kind of job she needs just getting out of high school, she rung my items up and slammed my bag down to the end of the register she also didn't try to offer me a box or wrap my glasses up that I purchase I ended up losing one of my glasses because it broke as I was pushing them outside.

Older lady attitude was terrible, she didn't greet no one coming in she was Super slow ringing up customers she didn't ask hi how are you doing or anything. I guess something happened a few few stores down and 3 police came up she went to the door to see what was happening. She nevered apologized for the long wait or anything, she didn't say thank you for shopping with us, she was just horrible and not to mention she answered her cellphone while with a customer. The managers Mr. Jamie is so rude and Ms. Carol I found out she does the schedules and every time I goes there they always has one line open and the line is down the isle. I have a child work their and they don't give they no days to work. The owner need to do a pop up visit this store asap .

I went to work as schedule on 08/06/2018 . I said to my boss the assistant manager at the time "hey I'm gonna go to the bank on my break" the bank is in the same complex as the store. I wanted to cash my check to get a drink at work. She said "if you go there on your break don't bother coming back" . That being said I didn't feel she or Dollar tree could dictate what I did on my break, so I went to the bank and currently at home trying to reach someone in HR to get this resolved weather she's in the right or wrong I just want answers and someone to talk to. There is a manager there by the name of kerry, she is extremely rude to her employees she talks down to her employees like they are beneath her. I heard her scream at her managers everytime I have came there to shop. This poor store has gone through "hell" their loyal employees deserves respect and a break. I have spoken to their upper handed manager once before when I was in there to complain on her and he acted like he didnt want to do anything about it. Thus is such a great store and have wonderful people in here working but that woman is evil! You all need to get her out of there !

I've been working at the Dollar Tree Store #4273 for half a year now and I'm on the verge of quitting. Our district managers do not care about their employees or their customers. There has been no functioning A/C throughout the entire building for MONTHS-including our warehouse which contains all of our merchandise and food, (our district manager has told our employees that if we're hot then bring a fan from home), the bathrooms have been out of order for months, the ceiling has been leaking inside the warehouse and inside the office, and we're overworked while being short staffed, it's ridiculous. I've been trying to reach out to corporate about these issues but I've had no luck in contacting anyone. I come to work almost every day regretting not calling out because it's so hot inside the store, me and other cashiers have had times where we thought we were going to pass out on the job. I don't like the way this store is being ran, it's almost like we're just pawns to them. They don't care if we get a heat stroke or if we constantly have customers leave while shopping because the store is too uncomfortable to be in. I really hope that these issues, especially our A/C, will be fixed soon but I highly doubt it. They won't realize it's a problem until someone gets hurt.

Youssoupha ASM at Dollar tree in store 4512 gathers merchandise in a bag or box and stores it at the 2nd emergency door in the back of the store out of camera view and he puts the merchandise outside where when he us done with his shift, he picks it up.
He also sleeps in the break room and is constantly on his phone all day not paying attention to customers and employees. The safe is always short when we count for his shift and he never knows what happens. He ends up blaming someone else. I'm tired of his attitude. Please can something be done about him?

The Parker Co. Dollar Tree store on Main St. & Parker Rd is a mess. The manager there is abrupt and mildly inappropriate with his comments and humor. The store is never well stocked and there are always boxes of product stacked in the aisles that block shelves and that u cannot access the products inside them. They do not man the registers well and lines are often way too long. The staff is unfriendly and never smiles and are incredibly unhelpful and act put out. When I was in there the other day one of their stock boys was standing in the aisle where he was suppose to be stocking shelves but instead was playing on his phone, eating and smelled strongly of marijuana.

I was shopping today at the Dollar Tree in my town, (the only one), and as I was looking through the cleaning supplies aisle, I came across a plunger that looked as if it had just come out of a toilet, very dirty and faded. Completely disgusting. I still can't believe what I was seeing. I can't believe someone would put this on a shelf and try to sell it to someone.

I had your cashier Shalonda call me a "idiot." when I tried to give her back a bag I did not need. The whole incident was done in front of the security guard Mr. Merchado. I complained to the store manager "Mirna."
I told her for rude and disrectful the cashier had treated me and I told her I would file a complaint with the Corporate Office.

The store as been absolutely filthy for the pasr few of months...I think it is the same spill marks, dirt, trash and merchandise on the floor that was on there a few months ago... It use to be so clean and organized... And the workers use to be so pleasant as soon as you walk in... Today the cashier was on her cell phone while she was ringing up customers...a worker that was suppose to be putting out stock was on her cell phone after standing around leaning up against the product for 10 minutes talking to another employee named Stephanie...I know her name because she checked me out and was rude AND put chemicals in with food... What happened to this store? The only one that was pleasant was an older lady with glasses...I think her name was Rebecca...I thought I would go there one more time in hopes that it had improved but never again.

I had called your Milford MA store at 122 Medway Road and spoke to a Linda when I called. I asked her if they had any 5x7 frames since I would be coming in to but a good amount of them. She quickly brushed me off and said call back in 10 minutes because she was in the middle of something. I then asked if there was anyone else who could help me she said no they were all busy ringing. I made this phone call 8/2/2018 at 1pm. I said ok and I called back 30 minutes later. I again spoke to Linda who gave me the same answer. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. All I wanted was a simple yes or no if she had frames instock. And she wouldn't even do that for me! What kind of customer service is being provided at this store if even the manager speaks to customers this way. I will never go back/call this store again. Today I called your store but the one at 146 S. Main St also in Milford, MA and spoke to a lovely lady who said that yes they have plenty of frames and when I spoke to her about your other store and Linda she said she was not surprised!

Hello,
I went into Dollar Tree to buy hand soap & candles. I saw a lot of the stuff from Assured Antibacterial Moist Wipes was ripped open & stolen. So I went to two women who worked there & asked "hi, who is the boss here." This women told me & (let me say I've gone to this Dollar Tree for year's & she has always been rude to me & other people shopping there), so I told her about the Assured Antibacterial Moist Wipes & that the people who work there should remove it so other people wont be buying stuff that was stolen & most of it is gone from the packages. She said 'there's nothing we can do about it" in a real snotty voice. Then looked back at the other women chatting away about whatever. So I honesty said "you know you are a real B" which wasn't right, but yes I did. She said it right back & started laughing. I then said "I am going to report you to the corporate." She said "you can, they wont do anything."
Got to the cashier to buy the stuff & saw her passing so I took some photo's so the corporate office can see who I am talking about. Bought the stuff, and started to go towards the door to exit. She came up to me, punched me in the face, & took my phone. Said "you can't take photo's of me!" Said it over & over. I said "yes I can, & am only taking them so the corporate office can see who I am reporting about." I said "give me my phone back" She wouldn't so I tried to grab it from her right hand about 3 time's, & two staff who work there grabbed me & pushed me those time's. She took my phone & through it on the ground. I asked people to call the police, & no one did. I picked up my phone & said "I am calling the police for assault." She said "I am calling also for you taking photo's of me."
I went to the police station & reported it. I said "I do not want to press charges, I just thought I should call, because of the assault & she said she was calling about the photo's which is legal to do as you now." A officer told me that she can press charges because I assaulted her. Which I did not. He said "you can be under arrest though because she said it." The officer said "you will not be arrested because you said you didn't want to press charges though."
She didn't want to press charges because I would of had her arrested, & it's on camera.
The officer also said "tell the corporate office about this & send them the photo's of her. Most likely they will let her go, because of how she acted."
That is a good Dollar Tree, but staff need to learn how to show respect for people who shop there. I was wrong for saying the B word, but she was wayyyy more then wrong for what she did. Also I had seen her in the past. Rude to me & other people shopping there.

I applied for a position at your Dollar tree on 12th st in Nampa ID. I was told that they were not hiring ..only seasonal and not to hold my breath since she had a stack of applications..they had a stand in the store to fill out applications and signs saying they were hiring oart time positions. I told the manager I was on SDI and was looking to start out part time available any days any hours ..positions ..etc..I am very qualified..gave her my resume and was king to her said I woyld not mind working for minimum wage and am very flexable and reliable. She was very rude and unkind to me. Pretty much would give me the time of day. Please tell me why a manager would act this way to me and let me know if this is true. I placed an order online on 7-19-18 and received notification that it shipped on 7-28-18. the order was scheduled to be at the store on 7-30-18 according to information obtained from Dollar Tree. On 8-2-18 which is today I still have not been notified that the package has arrived. I called the 877 number and was told again that the order should have arrived at the store on 7-30-18 and because they were updating their systems I may not have received notice. I was then instructed to call the store. I called the store located in Bowie, MD and the phone rang about 15 times, it then begin to ring busy. I called back several more times and it continued to ring busy. Not sure I order from Dollar Tree again. Very disappointed.

I have been discriminated against and harassed by my manger Carmen. She wrote me up for excessive abscence. This was so unfair towards me because I have provided medical excuse documents and informed her about emegency call outs. She had approved of it all. The moment she caused me to lose two days of pay she decided to write me up because of one day that I could not work. I get written up for discrimination and retaliation. She knew I could not afford a baby sitter because she cut my hours so of course how could I not call out if my Grandmother is sick and cant baby sit. Humbly I signed the write up and went home. Days later I came to realize she only wrote me up as excessive abscence to cover her mistakes.
Just show up and do your job and you won't have these problems. A company needs to know it can rely on the people they are paying to show up and work. It's not the company's fault you can't afford to pay your bills.
